Eureka Forbes — refund for non-compliance with aquaguard purifier amc service

Since the purchase date, I have made several requests for AMC service between 08.06.2024 to 26.06.2024, but there has been no response from Eureka Forbes.customer care. They promised maintenance visits, filter replacements, and other services have not been provided. I have contacted Eureka Forbes customer care multiple times but costumer care representative said Technician doesn't received call, and the issue remains unresolved. The company has not fulfilled its obligations under the AMC.

Considering the non-compliance with the AMC, I request a full refund of the AMC cost.
