I have the product AQUASURE MAXIMA + RO+UF+ME. I bought AMC for this product on 27th April 2025 through Eureka Forbes App(Rs.3499 through phone pe) and raised a service request for filter change on the same day. On 1st may your technician V HEMADASU (Cell: [protected]) attended and he told me that "the motor was damaged and the product was unable to be repaired and also he told me that he raise a request to cancel AMC and it would be refund to the account". As he said he cancelled the AMC on the same day. But the refund is still not done today.

Already raised a complaint regarding the same issue with

so please resolve my issue as soon as possible and refund my money

    I had made the above service complaint on 27/04/2025 to attend and got a slot on 30/04/2025 at 2-3 pm with a registered service request No CM[protected]. As such i started following up from the date of the slot provided and invariably, the staff at Customer care portal choose to repeat the same dialogue " SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE, we have escalated this issue to our service agency and they will depute the technician very soon". but after second day onwards the same staff in customer care division communicating the same dialogue with apology.
    AMC is paid and service is poor from Eureka Forbes.
    The public whoever bought their devices from them and made as fools running from pillar to post for the defect in the devices supplied by then despite the AMC paid . Do they really worth of solving the issue ?

      I am reaching out to you regarding my Water Purifier replair.

      I had raised my complain on 21st April, Later again raised again.

      But no response.

      I had similar experience last month. And i struggled to get a technician to repair. After 2 wks .. one technician came from RAS Service and replaced my filter after 15-20days same problem started.

      I had renewd by AMC which start from 17th MAY 2025. I would like to get FULL Refund of same as I donot see any HOPE of this company.

      Hope you can ESCALATE TO HIGHEST AUTHORITY WITHIN EUREKA FORBES Company.

        I have aquaguard crystal nxt uv hot and cold water purifier model purchased on august 2022
        It stopped working and service guy say pcb board need to be replaced after back and forth they said can’t repair as spare is not available.
        And i have had paid for 2years amc after they told me if I pay they will fix.

            Dear Eureka Forbes Team,

            I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the highly unprofessional and negligent service experience I am facing under my AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for the water cooler.

            Despite being a loyal customer and holding an active AMC, your authorized agent Akash Enterprises has consistently failed to provide the promised service. Repeatedly, they have ignored my phone calls and messages. Additionally, I have escalated this issue multiple times by sending over 10 emails to your customer care team, but unfortunately, the response has been equally negligent. No service engineer has been sent, and no concrete action has been taken to resolve my problem.

            This kind of indifference from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes is shocking and unacceptable. It clearly reflects a serious failure in honoring service commitments and in maintaining basic customer relationship standards.

            I demand the following actions immediately:

            Arrange an urgent visit by a qualified service engineer within 24 hours.

            Issue a formal explanation for the lack of response and negligence by Akash Enterprises and your service team.

            Ensure that future AMC services are provided without any further lapses.

            If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally through the Consumer Forum, social media, and other public platforms.

            I expect immediate action on this matter. Kindly treat this complaint as extremely urgent.

              On 1st April, 2025 – a complaint was raised for non-functional RO which was under AMC purchased for approx. 5200/- INR. Literally, being harassed by the Eureka Team/Service Centre for upto a month to fix a simple RO issue despite taken advance amount of an AMC legal contract. It was highlighted probably 6 time but no follow up started yet(26/04/2025) – Eureka’s accountability to Refund the loss incurred for their inability to fulfill the obligation under the AMC contract.
              Had to purchase drinking water (20L can) for Family from outside market for over a month @~100INR each day. Chased Eureka Teams/Departments via customer Care on Calls. Refund (INR 3000/-) issue and all the services under AMC due from Eureka Forbes, hence lodged a consumer complaint for the same.

                I have been booking complaints continuously for my Eureka Forbes Water filter from April 05th 2025 and it has not been attended to still.
                My AMC was expiring on april 23rd and it went on asking me to renew the AMC and I did that also. in spite of repeated complaints, nobody has visited or attended to my complaint.

                  Dear Eureka Forbes Team,

                  I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the service experience we have had today, despite being enrolled under the Gold AMC plan.

                  My elderly parents (aged 93 and 86) are returning to our Kolkata residence from Mumbai today, April 19th, 2025. The Eureka Forbes machine at our home has been non-operational since they left for Mumbai on April 1st. Given the critical need for clean drinking water upon their return, I proactively scheduled a service request through your app, selecting the preferred timing of 8:00 PM IST today, which was clearly listed as an available time slot.

                  As per the app, a service professional was assigned to our request (please find the attached screenshot for reference). I immediately contacted the individual on the number provided. To my dismay, he informed me that services in Kolkata are only provided till 5:00 PM IST and that night service is not available. His casual suggestion that my elderly parents could “manage the night with a few Bisleri bottles” was not only insensitive but also entirely unacceptable.

                  Following this, I received a call from a lady who identified herself as Nayantara Madam, apparently the head of the service unit. She stated that since the service personnel reside in distant locations, they are unable to attend to service requests in the evening. When I questioned this in light of the app displaying time slots till 9:00 PM IST, she promised to return my call. Unfortunately, her call came from what appears to be a virtual number, which I am unable to call back.

                  I am left with several questions that demand immediate clarification:

                  Why does the Eureka Forbes app offer service booking slots till 9:00 PM IST if the local team does not honor them?

                  Why is there a discrepancy between what your app promises and what the ground team delivers? Is the service department operating independently from the organization’s published policies?

                  What is the true value of a ‘Gold AMC’ if timely and committed service cannot be ensured, especially in urgent situations involving elderly customers?

                  This experience reflects a clear breakdown of process, communication, and customer commitment. I urge you to take immediate corrective action, not just to address this specific incident but also to review the systemic flaws that caused it.

                  I expect a written response at the earliest and a senior representative to ensure my service request is attended to tonight, as originally scheduled and promised via your app.

                      I am writing to formally lodge a strong complaint regarding the AQUAGUARD SELECT NRICH RO+UV+MTDS unit purchased by us, which was under warranty until 28th March 2025.

                      The product began malfunctioning just two months after purchase, producing unwanted noise. Despite raising this issue during the free service period, the problem remained unresolved. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when water completely stopped coming from the outlet, and the reserved tank began to overflow and spill, creating a serious inconvenience and hazard.

                      On 4th February 2025, we reported the issue. A service technician visited, inspected the unit, and replaced the filter, charging us INR 5, 000 and claiming the issue was resolved. However, within less than 20 days, the same issue reoccurred, and the filter completely stopped working again.

                      We raised a formal complaint via [protected] on 20th March 2025, but to our utter disappointment, no one from Eureka Forbes has contacted us since then. Despite multiple frustrating follow-ups (all of which we have audio recordings for), no action has been taken till date.

                      We feel deeply cheated and let down by Eureka Forbes — both in terms of the defective product sold to us and the utterly negligent after-sales support. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental stress to our household.

                      We request an immediate resolution, including:

                      1. Full servicing or replacement of the faulty unit free of cost

                      2. Refund of the INR 5, 000 charged for the ineffective filter replacement

                      3. Written assurance that the issue will be permanently resolved

                      Please treat this as extremely urgent, failing which we will be compelled to escalate this matter through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

                        We have taken an  AMC for Aquaguard Select Enrich UV in the Silver AMC Category in February 2025. We were assured that a Technician would visit and change crucial components of the machine as part of the Maintenance Contract. Not a single Technician has visited the previous address at E/301, Bramha Exuberence , Kondhwa Khurd, Pune-411048. All attempts to file Service Requests met with a response that Service BP is not online. Since then we have shifted to A/19, Chaitraban Residency A CHS, S No 127/1, Aundh, Pune 411007. With great difficulty we could get the address changed in your record. Now, the Technician is appointed and he is not attending the complaint as there is no Kit provided by the Company. Now the position is that the aquaguard has stopped working and there is no water output. The technician has advised to keep the machine closed as it may get damaged. We are buying water of about Rs 250/- daily due to non-functioning of the Aquaguard machine on account of failure to honor conditions of Annual Maintenance Contract. The helpline provided is of no USE as they only take note of complaints and do not provide solutions. Neither is any Service Manager listed on your website, nor is an escalation matrix provided as is the case in reputed companies. Details of AMC:- ( 1).                           AMC renewed on 3.3.2025
                          AMC No. SO[protected]
                          Complaint CM[protected]
                          AMC service not attended till date.
                          As given to understand on 4.5.25, the AMC service request CM[protected] is cancelled by the service head without my involvement to do away with the delay he had caused with false reason as remark.
                          Further, a new request is created on 21.3.25 again not attended but was cancelled on 31.3.2025. Ref. CM[protected]. This also is cancelled further with same un-true reasons.
                          Subsequently on 31.3.2025, one more complaint is registered by EU service team Ref CM[protected], again is not attended till date.
                          Overall delay is more than 32 days against their stated policy of 24 Hrs for completing such complaints.
                          I had paid the amount online for the AMC renewal and got it on 3.3.25 but the related service, change of filters, etc. is not yet done.
                          My repeated requests to customer care 53 nos. and around 16 emails are not yielding fruits.
                          Request for immediate service or pay for the losses and mental torture incurred for their delay, refund of the AMC with penal interest and proper action on the service team so that they will abstain from cheating any more customer.
                          Customer care executives go on promising action within 24 Hrs. but no result till date.
                          The customer grievance team is again giving false promises and information on the service complaints cancellation.

                            I am suffering from the leakage issue of the RO filter for the last four months.
                            Already 4 times the service personals attended the issue. But it fails again and again and the leakage continues to happen very often. The service personals are incapable of solving the issue.
                            Recently on wednesday I lodged a complaint for leakage but no one attended the issue till date. I contacted the local agency on No.[protected]. and requested for an immediate resolution of the problem as I am suffering for drinking water for the last four days.. The person who attended the call told me that he cannot help me out as he doesnt have staff to attend it now and I have to wait. I tried to convince him of my immediate requirement of drinking water but he rudely responded and switched off his phone. I felt very bad of his unfriendly behaviour. My product is under AMC for two years. I have been using the product for the last 15 years and all the time in AMC. It is very dissappointing that the agency is behaving to the customers like this.. I am from Bangalore and the product is registered with my mobile [protected].
                            I request you to initiate punitive action against this agency for this unfriendly and rude behaviour to customers. This types of agencieies will definitly spoil the image of your company. so please enthrust this work to some good agencies who are capable of handling the service issues of your products.

                                I ordered this product AQUAGUARD RITZ WATER PURIFIER on February 6, 2025, from the AquaGuard website under an exchange offer for my old AquaGuard water filter. The product was scheduled for delivery on February 9, 2025.

                                Since we needed drinking water, we had not yet dismantled the old water filter. The delivery person assured us that he would return later in the evening to complete the delivery and collect the old unit. However, he never came back.

                                This is where the problem began. The product was never delivered, yet the website falsely marks it as delivered. I have made multiple calls to Eureka Forbes customer care over the past 13 days, and each time, I am given the same response: "The matter has been escalated, and you will receive a call within two hours." No one has called.

                                In parallel, I also wrote an email to customer care, only to receive the same generic response—"The matter has been escalated." That’s all.

                                My complaint number is[protected]. If anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with this incompetent Eureka Forbes service, please let me know. Given their poor customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

                                Edit 08/03/25: Since the status quo prevailed with the online customer care number, I tried a different customer care number and quoted the same issue. This time, my complaint was lodged under a different complaint number—CM[protected]. I even received a message stating that a representative will contact me in the next 4 working hours. Well, that was 4 days ago, and I am yet to hear from them!!!

                                EDIT 31/03/25: Status quo!!! I even told the company that I will be approaching the Consumer court regarding the dispute! They assured me again that a back end team member will contact me within 2 working hours!!. I am still waiting for my refund!

                                EDIT 07/04/25: ON 31/03/25 I posted the complaint on their "X" handle. (erstwhile TWITTER). I received a call the same evening from one of their manager enquiring about my issue. I briefed him about the whole issue. He said that they will get back to me at the earliest. Couple of days later, I received one more call from another manager. He said the same thing. That's all! I am still waiting for my refund!!

                                EDIT 17-04-25: Despite my repeated posts on Aquaguard’s official X (Twitter) handle regarding the delay in refund, I consistently received a generic and automated response stating: “There’s no way we want to keep you waiting. A case manager has been assigned to your request and will contact you as soon as possible.”

                                To verify whether these responses were actually being read, I conducted a simple test by posting an unrelated message — “My pet’s name is Rambo” — and received the exact same reply. This clearly confirms that the responses are either bot-generated or sent without reviewing the actual content of the messages.

                                This experience not only highlights the company’s insincere approach to customer support but also reflects a serious lapse in accountability and transparency. I request that this be taken into account as further evidence of negligence and mental harassment caused by Aquaguard's handling of the issue.

                                  I am waiting for the installation of the product since I bought and no updates what so ever. No one assigned & nothing scheduled.

                                    Dear Eureka Forbes Customer Support,

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality of the Forbes SmartClean with Home Mapping Pro. Despite raising multiple complaints and struggling for over 1.5 months, I finally received a replacement unit. However, the issue still persists, and the replacement product is also defective.
                                    New Issues Observed in the Replacement Unit:

                                    1️⃣ Parts Near Screws Getting Damaged – The plastic near the screws is weak and cracking, causing structural instability.
                                    2️⃣ Other Parts Breaking – The build quality is extremely poor, and parts are falling apart after minimal use.

                                    This is completely unacceptable. I have already suffered significant inconvenience and mental harassment due to the non-functional original unit. Now, even the replacement is faulty, proving that Eureka Forbes is supplying substandard products.
                                    My Final Demand:

                                    ⚠️ I do NOT want another defective replacement.
                                    ⚠️ I demand a full refund of ₹21, 730 immediately.
                                    ⚠️ If my request is ignored again, I will take legal action.

                                    If I do not receive a proper resolution within 7 days, I will:

                                    File a case in the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for selling defective products.
                                    Expose this issue on all social media platforms and consumer forums to warn other buyers.

                                    I expect immediate action and a refund process to be initiated at the earliest.

                                      I had purchased the AMC of your product (RO) filter this year
                                      Since then I have raised the complaint of product several times.
                                      But no response is being given from your side.
                                      Every time a fresh date of service is given but no one visited to service the filter.
                                      Such a pathetic service from eureka forbes
