I purchases Gold AMC plan on 5th Nov and on same day I raised request to change filter. My purifier is not working properly and water quality is not good.

I have been chasing the Customer care for last 21 days - calling them on daily basis but no one is visiting me to check my water filter.

I am buying water from outside daily for a family of 5 people for last 21 days ! What is the use of buying such costly Water Purifiers and AMC if we cannot use it ? How will this loss be compensated ?

    1. Service Request# WO[protected] nov 8th - no one reverted back for my service request, no one called, despite so many paid calls made to the customer service

    2. Service Request# CM[protected] nov 18th - no one reverted back for my service request, no one called, despite so many paid calls made to the customer service

    3. Service Request# WO[protected] nov 20th - escalated again, and one person finally showed up and said the aquaguard will need a filter change, i said ok, do it. He said it will be done next day. I am now waiting for last 3 days and the person is not picking or saying when he will come. Today again i complained to the customer care on their paid 1800 number.
    my house is without drinking water for last 10 days and i have to buy drinking water to survive with kids at my home, this is like a full harrasment and torture to my family. complete time waste for such a small thing. i demand that when the person shows up my filter be changed for free of cost, as i have suffered enough for such a small thing.

          I have requested for servicing of my water purifier on 5th November, since then i am taking continuous followup but no outcome from Eureka Forbes, just passing time. Basic need is drinking water and its human rights. We are facing hurdles to get basic need due to such issues! Why gov is providing licence to such company who fails again and again, same issue i have gone through in Feb-23, i have tweeted same issue. This need to get resolve please help me with this and also request you to take strict action against such lethargic service.

            My Water purifier has not been working for the last 12 days and no one is able to resolve my issue.

            My machine is under AMC contract with Eureka.

            After so many escalations to eureka still i am struggling to resolve my complaint.

              I purchased a vacuum cleaner on 20 September 2023, based on misrepresented information. Despite requesting a return a month ago, there has been no response or pickup arrangements.

              Repeated calls to customer care led to extended return dates. Post the return deadline, the company now insists on providing service, not allowing a return.

              Additionally, I have emailed the grievance office of Eureka Forbes, but there has been no response.

                AquaFresh Pro (AFP), a fraudulent company claiming to be authorized Service provider of Eureka Forbes Water filter (EF) has collected a payment of Rs 3730/- through UPI transaction (GPay) linked with my SB account under reference above. The tax invoice copy for this amount is also attached for your information which does not have any GST or CIN no.

                On verification with EF, they confirmed that AFP is not authorized by them and filters used by them are not genuine EF spares. It is now evident that AFP has the information from EF of my AMC data and made this fraudulent operation and forced me to pay. Further the search in internet revealed several such complaints of fraudulent operations by AFP and heating the customers with money transactions.

                Even after reporting to Eureka Forbes, you are reluctant to act further. By saying that there was a public info about such operation, EF cannot wash off its hand from responsibility. When EF is sending several WhatsApp messages for AMC renewal, they have not bothered to send cautionary messages regarding such frauds periodically. Further EF has not taken sufficient care to safeguard the Customer data or intentionally it is leaked or its ex employees have stolen it. No action have been initiated by the company against such fraudsters.

                Complaints already given with Cyber crime dep even against EF for its negligence. Their service tech is more worried about his next business than trying to bring it to his hierarchy. They can look for /search in public domain how many such complaints are floating and EF is not worried to take any corrective action. Only customers are being taken for a royal ride.

                If EF does not safeguard the interest of the helpless customers, they will have to face customers complaints and actions to be taken by criminal investigations of data breach.

                The eternal service business for water filters have to end. More than the product cost, service cost several times is adding up annually.

                  I purchased a vacuum cleaner on (purchase date), based on false information provided during the transaction. Despite requesting a return a month ago, there has been no response or attempt for pickup.

                  Numerous calls to the company’s customer care have yielded only extended return dates. Now, after the return deadline has passed, I am being informed that only service can be provided, with no option for return.

                  This situation is highly inconvenient, and I insist on a prompt resolution to either facilitate the return or provide a suitable alternative.

                    Booked service request for filters change on October 23rd, 2023, technician came and asked me to renew AMC, so i Purchased AMC for 2years with 8099 rupees. after that he told he will bring the filters kit in two days and will change. But till now he didn't came, I use to call customer care every day continuously and there used to say same story will escalate and assign person and he will come today. It's been 14 days till now no one came. It's very frustrating and disappointment. The worst service ever.
                    I used to raise multiple requests and those requests were assigned to same person again and again .i used to call that assigned person, but he never picked my call.
                    i am done with this company, and i need my money back.

                      Hello,
                      I bought vaccum cleaner 1900w, the 1st month itself the plastic hook has broken, 3rd month we got the cord problem and motor got changed from customer team still later started getting lot of sound while using, 4th month the plastic tube which we use to clean that also broken while inserting and removing.
                      Earlier we used multiple products of Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner and aqua gaurd for our extended family members tooo we never face any issues till now, i used my old vaccum cleaner for 13 years with out singile complaint.
                      But this model looks utter flop we have blindly taken without seeing reviews as we relay on the company with our previous experience.
                      I want to give back this product back as am not satisfied at all and spent around 10k on this for broken parts, it's under warranty only.

                        Hi, This is Prateek Shrivastava and I have purchase purifier on 21st of Nov 2023 from amazon which cost around 12k, because I have recently shifted to the new apartment I have no option of filtered water. Some how I am managing by using boiled water or corporation tap water /water bottle can . Till date its been more than 90 hrs. I called many times (recordings are available ) and every time a fake commitment and timeline provided by their team but till date no person has come to install the unit. Even my number has been de-register by them and also they have close the request mentioning that I have told them to close it . I am suffering from throat infection from past 5 days and again I register the service request on 28th Nov 2023, which is still unattended, no single called received from eureka team.

                        Closed by their own on last Friday 27 Nov 2023 msg received we have cancelled your service request based on your request (it is fake closure done by them)

                        I received a call from Mumbai office (regional office ) [protected] & [protected] in the evening 27 Nov 2023 and that person took it on ego (basically everyone has ego issue in this company) because if a mentally harassed customer tells him that he will register a complaint in consumer forum or upload the call audio on social media or LinkedIn and tag your team their as well, their ego get hurts.

                        After more than 90 hrs. if I am telling to lodge an FIR and consumer forum complaints against their team, what's wrong in this. Rather than solving the complaint on priority they pushed false msg on 27 Nov 2023 after disconnecting the call that service request is cancelled on your request. How cheap a company can be to hide their fraud, even I can seen lots of complaint are done in past over consumer complaint forum itself by several for the same .

                        I request you to take action on this, if call recording required I will share over email, please share the email id for the same.

                        Rest, along with this complaint I am doing online FIR against Eureka Forbes team (with specific person name ) and also upload the recording on social media as well because this people have no humanity left, I beg them as I am suffering from throat infection past 5 days, which can be easily heard in call recording but they have only ego issues, rather the solving the issue they kept on extending/stretching.

                        They gave me financial, mental & health issue, I will not tolerate this.
                        if company thinks I am doing this wrong, so for their kind of information its been more than 9 days and you have no one to install the device at my place.

                          I have Aquagard magna ro+uv installed, AMC is on. Complaint for repair logged Dt. 21.10.2023. Engineer not visited yet. Gives 24 hrs deadline every time escalation is done. Spent 3k+ purchasing water.

                            Eureka Forbes AMC for aquagard magna ro+uv is on still service engineer not visited after follow-up in-app and phone calls to toll-free number. Every complaint is escalated gives 24 hours deadline neglecting previous deadline.

                              Delays in Service to RO water purifier under AMC - Loss of 3k+ INR to purchase water

                              During the 1st week of Jan, 2023 – a complaint was raised for non-functional RO which was under AMC purchased for approx. 5200/- INR.                               1. I had purchased On line, Gold AMC for 24 months for my Genius+ aqua guard water purifier on 05 Oct 2023, vide Eureka Forbes Receipt No [protected] . I paid Rs 10229.00 using my Credit Card .
                              2. Eureka Forbes called me and informed that a Technician would visit and service my Aqua Guard within next 48 hrs .
                              3. On 10 Oct I called up Eureka Forbes Customer Service and informed them about non service of the Aqua Guard . The Customer Service person assured service within 24 hrs and gave me a complaint No – CM[protected] .
                              4. However no Service engineer visited nor I received any call from them till 18 Oct 2023. I then realized that I have been Defrauded by Eureka Forbes, and asked them to treat my AMC purchase as Cancelled and refund my payment of Rs 10229.00 at the earliest.
                              5. Till now there has not been any acknowledgement or response from Eureka Forbes on my refund request . A mail received on 20 Oct 2023, says that AMC money can not be refunded, as per Company policy – though they are unable to deliver Service or Product . Incidently, no such policy Warning is displayed while a Customer makes payment .
                              6. Eureka Forbes should not resort to selling a product online for which they are not able to provide service, it is an act of mis representation with intent to Defraud a customer .
                              7. Would request Strictest action against Eureka Forbes for such Business Practice .
                              8. Copies of their Receipt and Mails are attached for perusal

                              There has been no response from Eureka Forbes, I have asked them to Cancel my order and refund me the full amount of 10229/- for failing to service /deliver the product ordered. They replied that " as per Company Policy, refunds are not allowed " . This is good way of Cheating a customer . Since when Company started laying policy for Customers, thought the policy is for Employees and the intended service the company provides .
                              I paid amc contract which is not even started and asked to cancel amc and refund the payment., but it seems as per their policy the same cannot be refunded.
                              I want to throw the filter as it is useless and want to purchase of some other company.
                              My amc period has not even started and how can refund be denied

                                Hi,

                                After 20 days of frustration I am writing this I bought an AMC from Aquaguard on 01-Oct-23. Still, my water purifier is not working.

                                Observed few things

                                1.Technicians have a scope to cheat customers as they were saying replaced parts are not to give it to customers as per policy .

                                is it right if yes could you pls send me terms and conditions.

                                2.we don't know whether they changed cartridges and all filters. If they take new ones and sell outside how can we make sure this will not happen?

                                3.Do you have the Serial number for parts ?

                                4.is there any SLA to give service as i am waiting almost 20 days and still buying water outside who will pay as this is
                                completely a mistake by Aqua guard.
                                I don't want to waste my time calling daily ...is there any way to get my AMC money refunded?

                                    I purchased Anual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eurekaforbes for my Aquaguard RO water purifier through on line on 30-Sep-2023.
                                    Mandatory Service ticket got created and allocated to the technician Rathod Yuvaraj on the same day.

                                    During the previous visit, the same technician suggested taking AMC or new PRODUCT purchase through him so that he will get incentives.
                                    In Spite of it I purchased AMC through online...
