Yesterday (24.03.2024) I requested for service of my Aquaguard water purifier. A technician by name Sayed Tabrez contacted me and changed the filters of both units of water purifier. I paid him Rs. 8600/- (Rs. 4300 for each unit) and asked for a receipt. He said he would send the receipt on to my WhatsApp. So far I have not received the receipt even after repeatedly calling him. Kindly look into the matter urgently and send me the receipt. The techninian's cell number is [protected]

    I have purchased AMC for my water purifier on 4th September 2023. But no service, no call, any response from Eureka Forbes even after many requests and call. AS per the AMC filters to be changed, but they never responds. The stopped working from the month of February and immediately I reported to Eureka Forbes. Finally after many requests and after almost a month one technician came with a packet of the filters on 7th March 2024 but don't know whether it was used filters or new. Just after 3 days the purifier again stopped working. Called customer care 10-15 times they says technician will come within 24 Hrs. Even mailed to grievance cell but no response.
    I have contacted local technician also but not responded. Then there is no use of such fraud AMC. From the last One and half month I am purchasing drinking water.
    I want my AMC amount to be refunded because there no use of AMC if they not provide any service.

      I have two water filters registered under my name. When I tried to renew AMC for one of the filter online, I have selected wrong model which is already under AMC.

      I called customer care for refund of Rs.3599 which was paid for the wrong product. Customer care representative {[protected]} said they cannot take a complaint to refund the amount and asked to reach out to online helpline support ([protected]). Online helpline support team is saying they cannot take refund request and asking me to contact customer care team. Every day I am making more than 10 calls, but issue is not resolved yet.

      Please try to address the issue as soon as possible.

        I have purchased Eureka Forbes AMC 12Feb 24, And raised filter changed request 3 times. Called customer care 10-15 times they told our technician will come and resolve.
        I have contacted their local Dealer they said filter not available. Then there is no use of such fraud AMC. Because of this from last One and half month I am purchasing drinking water.
        I want my AMC amount return because there no use of AMC if they not provide any service and on time.

          Since last 15-20 days, my aquasure xpert water purifier is blinking and beeping continuously with a message fault no 1 call helpline.

          I called the helpline and booked a service on 4th march 2024. They came and did nothing and said qe are getting new parts.

          Again i booked a service on 8th march 2024 which is still unattended.

          I am also calling the helpline, they have said that they will help but no help is being provided.

          The eureka forbes guys called to get the otp without servicing and asked me to buy a new water purifier under exchange.

          Now the water purifier aquasure xpert has stopped working.

            Bought NEO UV+UF purifier on November 2022. (Our house is locked and nobody is living there.)
            6 months free service was requested but no service guys called or came for the service.
            On 10 November 2023, just before end of warranty, service technician called and my brother opened the house for the service guy.
            On 20 January 2024, I visited the house and saw the purifier is not working. Booked complaint and technician came and said PCB is dead and needs paid replacement.
            After raising many service requests, which were automatically closed, I became suspicious and opened the purifier and noticed that the PCB had been replaced with a very old and dirty one which is not even compatible with the NEO product.
            All complaints to Eureka Forbes goes into deaf ears with the same automated reply that a technician will call soon.
            Shouldn't a reputable firm like Eureka Forbes take action against their Service Center for deliberately cheating customers and spoiling the name of Eureka Forbes?

              We raised a complaint on March 1 saying our Aquaguard is not wokring. For 5 days no technician visited us and the complaint was automatically closed by the company stating the issue is resolved. On March 5 we again raised a complaint saying no one has visited, technician that is generally assigned to my area said he is in his village. Till today 12th March, our issue still stands unresolved with no technician visiting us. Since past 12 days we have been drinking tap water. On calling customer care, they just make us wait on hold for 1 hour and say we ll do. Very disappointed by the service

                Return denied after purchase under 30 day return policy

                Bought air purifier under 30 day return policy, but company is denying refund and asking to deduct filter replacement charges from refund if I return the product.

                Confirmed with eureka forbes sales team many times before purchase and they confirmed that the product will be returned with full refund.

                I have purchased water Purifier from Eureka Forbes in January 2023, below are the details of the product.

                I am trying to contact customer care for Eureka Forbes since January 8th, 2024, after purchasing an AMC contract on January 5th, 2024, since then I have raised numerous service requests through Mobile application from Company, got them escalated by calling customer care, each time I got a typical reply that your service will be attended by technician in next 48 hours, but ending up waiting endlessly.
                Only once through customer care got the Service center person online and he very rudely told me that 'Who asked you to purchase AMC without asking us if we have service kits available or not, right now we do not have service kits, we will send technician after 5 days when kits will be available'.
                After this I sent email to Customer care with service request number and all details and following up since then but to get the same replies that your service request will be escalated and will be serviced in next 48 hours.
                It's been more than 2 months, and I cannot use the water filter and had to depend on water bottles purchased from outside.
                I hope Consumer Complaints can help me providing some kind of solution on this.

                  I booked a service request for my device NRICH HD RO+UV+MRDS bearing S/N[protected] and a technician by name Raghu (Mob # [protected]) was assigned. The device was out of warranty, and I paid the technician an amount of Rs 5830 towards purchase of AMC (Gold) for the device on 1st Feb 2024. Further to this I have not received the tax invoice or the AMC contract. I have sent multiple mails to the customer support and the so called grievance officers. but getting the same useless response that my concern is escalated, prioritized and will be attended without any delay. This is going on 1for last 3 weeks with numerous complaint ID generated every day. I have not come across such a horrible and pathetic service from any other company. I would never ever recommend anyone to go for Eureka Forbes products due to their team of highly unqualified and unprofessional service and grievance handling teams. Lastly, I am filing FIR against the technician for the fraud/cheating and initiate legal process to recover the paid amount and the mental trauma caused by this useless set of people at Eureka Forbes.

                    Sir /madam
                    I purchased the lvac rob cleaner from croma in kanakapura road Bangalore. The initial demo itself took 2 weeks

                    The unit is not cleaning properly and also has other problems
                    Complaint raised 23 Dec 2023. It's been two months there is no solution. The service engineer without even seeing the unit updated the complaint as " spares requested"
                    Last week after repeated calls some engineer came and suggested to replace the unit

                    I have exchanged more than 15 emails to both grievance and escalation desk.
                    No respite.

                    I want this unit to be taken back and refund initiated

                      I bought the euroka Forbes lvac pro vacuum cleaner in Nov 2023. I lodged a complaint about the unit in Dec 2023. I did call the customer support several times only to be told they are working. I exchanged about 15 emails with grievance team. One of the service engineer visited in 3rd week of Feb and informed that his unit would come back. Till date there is no update nor action

                        My name is N. Saravanan, a practicing Civil Engineer, and I am writing this with deep concern regarding the persisting issues/ non-operational condition with the water softener (AWS 3500) I purchased from Eureka Forbes.
                        Unfortunately, the water softener has consistently failed to meet the promised standards, and despite my numerous attempts to resolve the matter, the responses have been limited to automated emails.

                        I have reached out to your CEO escalation desk team and CEO more than 45 times over the period of more than 6 months and regrettably, the issues have not been adequately addressed. Before, I started writing an email to the CEO escalation desk, a number of times I raised complaints through the App but the customer care people here have not resolved problems and the unit is continuously not being able to utilize it. I have requested through Email to talk to a person from the CEO escalation desk to explain the situation but it went in vain.

                        The problems I am facing include, and these challenges have significantly impacted my daily life. I have diligently followed the prescribed troubleshooting steps, and yet, the water softener continues non operational. As the issue cannot be resolved I started requesting to refund the amount and take back the unit.

                        I have sought assistance from various channels within the company, and the auto-generated responses have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. As a last resort before considering legal avenues, I am reaching out to you directly in the hope that you can intervene and ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.

                        I anticipate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

                          I registered complaint for my aquasure RO+UV+MTDS as it is not working, on 22/02/2024. Technician came on 23/02/2024 and start blaming me that why I have not renewed my AMC through him. Then he try to convince me to buy new RO and my AMC amount will be adjust in new one. When I denied, he then spending 2 min with RO, said that it will take 2-3 days to repair and left. Since then nobody responded.i contacted customer care call center, I was assured that my complaint will be resolved within 24hrs but nobody responded. The I escalated the issue through mobile app option, still nobody responded. Then I made a mail complaint to customer care provided grievance email id, I was assured by Mr Rupak Bandyopadhyay that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours, still nothing happen. I again resend the mail, this time I didn’t even got a mail in response. Despite of availing GOLD AMC I don’t know when will my product will get repair. I am just waiting for response. I have small baby in my house. Despite of spending money in renewing AMC, my family is drinking water by purchasing from market on daily basis.

                            We have taken amc of aquaguard water purifier on 26 feb 2024 More than 24 hours has passed and no agent has visited yet. We have raised complaint but there is no response from your end. Customer care says connecting to higher authority but they don't do that and simply hung up on us. It seems we drowned the money in some fraud.

                            We are requesting on daily basis no service has been done previously also wen AMC was valid. Now we renewed it and still no service has been done. Purifier is not working and we are buying water from outside

                              Poor Quality of Service: During AMC, I was told that service request will be Auto-Generated and technician will come on scheduled time without any manual booking request. I am extremely disappointed to say that auto request was generated in Nov'23 but nobody responded. I am following from past 4-5 days for the service as my entire family is not well these days and I feel it's happening due to intake of impure water but nobody is taking ownership. I registered a complaint about the ongoing issue but still nobody responded. Despite repeated follow-ups, the service technician did not arrive as promised, and the delay caused a great deal of inconvenience to my family. The lack of punctuality and failure to resolve the issue in a timely manner reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service.

                                I would like to state some facts for us to understand my case
                                1. I first raised a service request on 23 dec 23
                                2. Since I did not get any response other than a call inquiring about the issue, I rescheduled it on 09 the jan 24
                                3. This time I did not get the courtesy call also and I had to speak to customer care executive who rescheduled it to 19 jan 24.
                                4. This time to my utter surprise I got a message from eureka Forbes that I denied service .
                                5. During the feedback survey I narrated the incident to your customer care executive and he raised a complaint and I received a confirmation.
                                6. To my amusement this time too without my knowledge, service request was cancelled stating that I denied service .
                                7. Now earlier I was unaware but on enquiring
                                enquiring from your customer care I came to know that my AMC expired on 02 jan 24.
                                8. As narrated above you can understand my request for service was first loved when equipment was under AMC and I should not be paying any service charge.
                                9. During one of the calls in jan( as per point 2) the service executive asked me about it and I told him that since my request was during the AMC I won’t pay him .
                                10 . Since then it's been almost 45 days and I am being denied service and your service executive and agency is violating consumer rights .
                                11. It’s requested to write me back and tell me why I should not take your company to consumer court .
                                12. I am running short of patience . I can manage my needs from other sources when due lack of time I could not pursue this case, it doesn’t mean eureka Forbes won’t fulfil its duty towards its customer .
                                13. I am requesting for the last time to resolve my issue by this week
                                Even after my mail to their executive all I have got till now is two reference numbers and no executive visit

                                  Water Purifiers purchased in the year 2018.
                                  Sparingly used as self was out of station for four years.
                                  Always AMC maintained
                                  Last AMC was for 24 months called Gold AMC, no:sales order no:[protected] dated 02=02=2024.
                                  Observed powering up problem for the machines on 17th February 2024, complain on line given no :CM[protected].
                                  technician attended on 20th February after repetitive request on line but could not solve the problem. highlights: demented the machine, removed the electronic cards, cut the wires, kept everything opened.went out and told next day he will attend. Till today nobody turned up.

                                  Getting doubt about Eureka Forbes wether this company deteriorated so below or standard of the technicians are very poor standard. Or management are not bothered to do business. No comments.
