I immediately contacted Eureka Forbes customer support and raised a formal complaint on 14th April 2025, requesting a refund under the company's refund and return policy.
While the company acknowledged my complaint and assured me that the refund process had been initiated, it has now been over one month, and I have yet to receive the refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to receive generic responses from their customer care team, with no resolution or progress provided.
