Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Fiza Qureshi from Kurla east, Mumbai 400070.
Few days back i have purchased Aquaguard Eden RO+UV+MTDS+ Water purification system (S/N: [protected]) from nearest Vijay Sales. Register No.[protected].
From the day one of the installation to till date i am facing water leakage issue with the purchased Aquaguard.
Installation didnt got complete by the technician Mr.Ravi Singh:[protected] . I don't know why he was in such a hurry, that he didn't complete the installation.
I tried to reach customer care service but didn't get proper response. I raised an compliant on 24th of july 2022 but till date no one visited to check and resolve my Aquaguard issue.
I was reached to eureka forbs salesgirl of Vijay Sales Miss.Afreen Ansari:[protected] who raised an compliant but still i didnt received any help from her as well.
On today evening i got a call from Miss.Sunita Kolekar:[protected] (Eureka Forbes Service provider). She. Shared one technician name and his contact details with me (technician name is Mr.Indrajeet Pawar: [protected]). When i called this technician he tolled me that he is not available at my area to provide the technical support. When i was hered this i was in shoked and started thinking if this technician is not available at my area (Kurla east, Mumbai) then why Miss.Sunita Kolekar shared his name and number. Totally worst service i am receiving here from Eureka Forbs.
In my house, my mother suffering from heart surgery also there is new born baby in ny house with three little kids. Keeping them health in mind, I bought a new Aquaguard, So that they get good water to drink and May them health always be good but nothing like this is happening after buying costly Aquaguard system. Really very very dissatisfied with this kind of service by Eureka Forbes.
NOTE: If any health issue happens to my family, because of drinking unhygienic water so only Eureka Forbes will be responsible for it.
Below are my complaints:
1) Not Satisfied with Aquaguard installation.
2) Water leakage problem till day one from Installation.
3) Unable to get proper response on my Aquaguard System issue Even after logging case in Eureka Forbes.
4) Very Poor Service provider support.
Request you to kindly look into it on very high priority.
