[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Regarding the demo and the service.

I have purchased the aquaguard verve and till now after the installation no one has came for the demo and for the servicing alreay nearly a year happened i have contacted the customer care and the branch manager regarding the demo and the service they informed me that we will send the executive to your home. And nearly 30times i have visited and contacted the customer care, But till now no one has came to the servicing or for the demo after the installation really a very bad customer service in the eureka forbes. And recently i have contacted the branch manager regarding the service they said we will send but in the next day the other agency person will call and ask we will come for service and if i ask are you from eureka forbes they say no we are from other private serice center. Recently one person done call from the private service center and he informed me that can i come for service later i asked are you from eureka frobes authorised service center he said no and i said who has informed you and later he said no sir we are just comming for the exchange offer and not for servicing and we don't do service he changed the words suddenly. But when i received the call he said we are comming for servicing. His name is Kumar Swamy Contact no - [protected] And he speak to me very rudely and he refused to give his adress and he didn't came for the service or demo and the company people are not taking response or any necessary action regarding this. I need the person for a demo and the service. And they are not looking towards the customer service. While installation or purchasing they call many times and come but after installation no one has came and i have visited directly to the office still now my concern is not solved.
