I lodged a complain on 1st April for the broken water tab of my water purifier. Docket no is 81006358. It is said that within 24hours I will get service.Since then till today, I did not get a single communication from their side.Its only me who is contacting them. I have called on 6th, 8th, 11th, 13th(today). Every time they said, we have put it on higher priority /within 24hrs you will get service . But, result is I'm not getting fresh water since last 2 weeks, and nobody bothers. Very bad service of Eureka Forbes. Didn't expect that. I will never buy a product of this company.

Today is 21st April. One week after "Apr 14, 2015" when I got the above comment. And till now, there is no communication from your side. Now, tell me what should I do? I think I have to throw the water purifier away, and buy a new one, off course not from Eureka Forbes.

    I bought ST 2000 in 90s and it is throughout under maintenance contract. My multiple requests for non functioning of booster motor pump have not been attended to properly. The last being REQ [protected]. Before that Motor was replaced but it was not working. There was no response to repeated phone calls. It was found by me that electric connections were not properly joined. It is evide4nt that your service boys are not properly trained. What is the use of having a contract if I had to get it rectified the faults myself by spending further money? Who will pay this cost? My vital particulars like my name, my phone number in your record are all incorrect. My earlier contract was valid till March 2015. It was renewed in Dec. 14 for three years but it does not record correct expiry date. It should be valid till March, 2018. Please correct your record immediately.

      I registered a complaint on 06 Apr 15 regarding problem with the RO+UV purifier, the complaint no.being 91625559. I have been calling the Aqua sure helpline number consecutively from the day I lodged the complaint.The response is that they will be sending someone to look into the matter but till date nobody has showed up. Being a defence establishment with rigorous day-to-day jobs, we are facing difficulties due to insufficient supply of drinking water.

        The water purifier was bought on17/03/15 receipt no :143 no - 010382, till now it is not installed.As we are working people .When we call them for follow up our calls are diverted for many persons start from manager level, team lead, technician and so on.Even after repeated instruction asking not to report during working hours(8 A.M - 4 P.M), they a make a point to do so just to record customer not available. When we call them to attendend the issue either our phone call is not responded or we are getting reply that the technicians are busy.We are very unhappy about your service.

          Hi I am Raghavendra Kumar PGV and booked a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Magna Order # [protected], through a sales person Mohan Kumar Mobile# [protected] on 4.4.2015. My mobile no [protected] and email id is raghavendra.[protected]@gmail.com. He said that the product will be delivered by Tuesday 7th April 2015 and took an amount of Rs.17990/-, the amount online for the same product is Rs.17490/-. No details of additional Rs. 500/-. I did not get any confirmation from the company side and started to follow up. Then the actual problem started, he told me that it will be delivered by 13th April 2015 as the audit is going on. When I questioned why did you say that it will be delivered by 7th April 2015, no answer for the same. Why did you took the amount when you know the product will be delayed, you could have taken it after the product is received - no answer for the same. The only answer from him is that he will be delivering the product by 13th April 2015. When I asked to canel the order and refund the amount, he gave me a number of person Yogesh with mobile # [protected]. This person tells that you will receive the amount after 20 or 30 days if you cancel it now. Don't know the reason for delay again? I got Mr. Manoj Area manager number from one of the offices with mobile # [protected] and had to wait for almost half an hour to speak with him (mobile busy). Later he says that it will be delivered by Sunday[protected]. I asked him why should I believe in Eureka Forbes after all these mess, answer is you have to believe me and later he preteneded that he is not able to hear me (before my call spoke for half an hour and he could not hear me for 4 mins) and disconnected the call. I had to call almost 5 to 6 times again for this Sir to answer me. I don't know what kind of service you are giving to customers by taking premium amount for products (similar products are cheaper in market). Please let me know how to cancel the product and how to get my money back. Awaiting reply. Thanks, Raghavendra Kumar

            I had raised a re-installation request on 28-Mar. SR #91565187. Nobody called or attended after that. Called twice later and complained, but executives only gave false hopes. Raised a complaint in website. SR #[protected]. This also is not attended yet Customer care gave a Branch manager no. Ms.Sudha Raj and the no. is not reachable or no response. This shows their very poor service and no value to customers. My request to any new buyers - PLEASE DON'T BUY

              I have never seen such a ridiculos service as of Eureka Forbes. They take the service request and never send anyone. Keep calling the customer center, many a times none pick the call and you get a message all customer service executives are busy. i am due for a filter change more than 4 months but these irresponsible guys do not turn up. Wureka has pathetic service! NEVER BUY IT!

                Hi, We had ordered for eureka forbes water purifier, one of your representatives had come home and accepted the complete payment for the product promising delivery of it in 3 business days(order number:[protected].It has been 12 days since and i have not received the product .Each time i call i hear some or the other excuse but have not got the product delivered home. We have registered two complaints with your customer care center and have not got any response for either?(Complaint number:91616119 on 4th april, 91641292 on 9th of april) We really unhappy with the kind of response we have received from the company representatives in spite of calling and follow up.I cant believe that we have to go through this after making the payment upfront.

                  Hi, I live in Choithram Hospital campus, Manik baug road, Indore. My water filter is Forbes Aquaflo Designa, purchased in Pune in the year 2006/7. Its filter candle was last changed in July'14. It is to be replaced after 6 months. I have been calling Mr. Ram kunwar, local, Eureka Forbes, service in charge. He promised to come many times but never turned up. Some weeks ago, I got a call from the company. I told this matter to them. They gave a local EF care taker's (Mr.Babu) number_[protected]. Today, when I called him he said he would forward this to your Bhopal office (no.[protected]. However, he advised me to ring up to them and tell this problem. When I called them, instead of promising me to send someone to give me a service they kept on asking me my old Pune contact number, which is not in use and I forgot a long time ago. This is strange.                     I would like to inform you, you & your team only interested into sale your product instead provide services. after many calls, reminders your executive Ramesh Jaiswar has no time to provide demo for vaccum cleaner yet. he is making excuses only to not to provide services to his customers. he has commited me many times to reach my place for demo service but did not reached yet. I purchased 2 products from him on 12th Dec 2014 without any demo with trust his words to provide demo service when i require. I am chasing him past complete week's of time but he has no time to give service to his customers. he is busy into new product sales. I have called him to purchase more 2-3 products, but definetly yes I will never buy any product with same guy.                         I bought Aquaguard Compact a year back (technically it was forced on us as their representative begged, cried and did everything to sell that product). As promised there was supposed to be a free servicing and change of filter within a year, which never happened. Now finally when I succeeded to reach out to them they are saying that I will have to pay for it. The best was their technician (Pramod Mandavade - [protected])who very clearly mentioned that do whatever I want to do, nothing gonna happen. Pay and use it further or forget it. Absolutely pretty confident with the fact that there is nobody who can do anything against them...Missing my pureit marvella. Any help?

                          Sir, I wish to bring to your notice as a last recourse after making frantic efforts in reaching the concerned in the subject regard. It may be observed that the request bearing # [protected] has been made on[protected] and to anyone’s dismay, it has not been resolved till now. The Hyderabad telephone[protected] of Eureka Forbes is continuously out of reach and even the corporate office number of[protected] does not respond to the calls. I was given the telephone numbers of Mr Vikram Reddy – [protected] who installed UV Aqua guard water purifier at our residence at Flat-101, Neeraja Apartments, 1-9-328/1, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad- 500044 (local Tel#[protected] and Mr Praveen [protected] for services and it is disgusting to bring to your notice that both the persons are unreachable till date. The product of water purifier installed at my above address in Hyderabad is not working since morning hours of 03rd April, 2015 and all the persons at Hyderabad are despairingly unresponsive and request you to arrange for immediate attention and rectification.                               I had booked a complaint in the first week of Mar 2015 regarding my aqua guard classic water purifier not switching on with Karwar office Tel:[protected]. After a week on rep Mr. Sai Kiran visited and told me that a fuse had gone and immediately replaced the fuse. After replacing the fuse and immediately on switching ON, the PCB just burnt due to short circuit right in front of me. The rep immediately stated that there was a fault in the PCB and had to be replaced and I would have to pay for it. Also, he said he would come the next day with another PCB and would replace it. If there was a fault he should have checked it first and then replaced the fuse. Further, I stated to him that the PCB was just replaced six months back around 26 Sep 14 and that I had paid Rs. 850/- for the same. He asked me for the receipt and since I could not remember where I had kept it, I told him to go ahead and replace the PCB and check with his office if it is possible to replace it free of cost. He said that he would check and come back. After that there was no news about him or anyone from the eureka forbes office for the next one week. Subsequently after a week or 10 days, another two reps from the office came with a replacement PCB for repair. On putting the new PCB, the aqua guard switched on for sometime and subsequently did not switch. Again after checking, the reps stated that the new PCB has also gone. They then took both their PCB and my aqua guard PCB and told me that they would 100% come the next day and rectify the defect. Its almost 15 days now and no news from the reps or the eureka forbes office till date. Due to this delay, it will be more than six months since my PCB was last replaced in Sep 14 and I would be automatically forced to pay for the new PCB if at all it comes. This is a very poor customer service of eureka forbes because in todays world I dont think it takes so long to get a spare PCB especially for an indian company. Further, Eureka forbes is also not bothered to intimate or give status of our complaint. My complaint number is 734 at eureka forbes office at Karwar. Their tel no. is[protected]. Pse take action at the earliest.

                              The moment I had registered the complaint on this forum, a rep from eureka forbes visited and repaired my aqua guard within half an hour and also intimated his regrets for the delay. Still don't understand where the spares suddenly came from!!! Anyway, my complaint can be considered as close.

                                I had purchased Aquaguard in Dec 8, 2014. It got repaired on 24th Dec. I have chased for service and found the fault on 8th Dec where UV lamp got failure. I was replaced and again it got failure. Two times it was replaced and now PCP part was not working. Meanwhile, while servicing the body got cracked. I was not happy with the service and the product provided. UV lamp was failed two times and now PCP was also failed. While servicing, one of the service person damaged the body of the product. It got cracked. I have filed 4 complaints within 4 months and service is also very worst till date. Totally the product was not functioning and most of the parts inside the product are damaged. I need product replacement. Since I bought it on 8th Dec, 2014 (4 months old).

                                  Again, after changing filter on November 11, 2014, since then no one has come to my house for servicing of Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV Water purifier. Please send someone for servicing and checking the water quality as soon as possible. The guy promised 4 free services while changing the filter. My neighbours have Kent Purifier, they are receiving free 4 service per year regularly as promised, than why Eureka Forbes is doing this. I feel you people are not keeping track of your customers.                                     I would like to complain against Eureka Forbes. Despite repeated complaints, they have not solved my problem in Vacuum Cleaner model -Trendy Steel. I purchased this model a few months back. I used it twice. After that the suction power of the model reduced. I contacted customer care and they sent a person Harish 2 month back. He checked and told that hose pipe had to be changed and will get the hose pipe if ready. After that, since 2 months whenever I call, he says that the hose pipe is not ready. 3 weeks back, I called up the customer care again to issue me a complaint number : 80836180. Then Harish called and told that his manager is not buying the hose pipe despite repeatedly asking him. So I called up his manager, Nagaraj who told me to wait 5 days. But no news from him. I am tired of calling up these people who dont care about heir customers. Since 2 months I cannot use the vacuum cleaner. The product is still in warranty and like this, the time will elapse and they will charge when the warranty expires. I encourage all people who read this post, to not buy any product from Eureka Forbes as there is no customer service.

                                    Uptil now, nobody has contacted me. My brand new product, for which I spent my hard earned money is lying waste. I made a huge mistake.
