I had booked a complaint in the first week of Mar 2015 regarding my aqua guard classic water purifier not switching on with Karwar office Tel:[protected]. After a week on rep Mr. Sai Kiran visited and told me that a fuse had gone and immediately replaced the fuse. After replacing the fuse and immediately on switching ON, the PCB just burnt due to short circuit right in front of me. The rep immediately stated that there was a fault in the PCB and had to be replaced and I would have to pay for it. Also, he said he would come the next day with another PCB and would replace it. If there was a fault he should have checked it first and then replaced the fuse. Further, I stated to him that the PCB was just replaced six months back around 26 Sep 14 and that I had paid Rs. 850/- for the same. He asked me for the receipt and since I could not remember where I had kept it, I told him to go ahead and replace the PCB and check with his office if it is possible to replace it free of cost. He said that he would check and come back. After that there was no news about him or anyone from the eureka forbes office for the next one week. Subsequently after a week or 10 days, another two reps from the office came with a replacement PCB for repair. On putting the new PCB, the aqua guard switched on for sometime and subsequently did not switch. Again after checking, the reps stated that the new PCB has also gone. They then took both their PCB and my aqua guard PCB and told me that they would 100% come the next day and rectify the defect. Its almost 15 days now and no news from the reps or the eureka forbes office till date. Due to this delay, it will be more than six months since my PCB was last replaced in Sep 14 and I would be automatically forced to pay for the new PCB if at all it comes. This is a very poor customer service of eureka forbes because in todays world I dont think it takes so long to get a spare PCB especially for an indian company. Further, Eureka forbes is also not bothered to intimate or give status of our complaint. My complaint number is 734 at eureka forbes office at Karwar. Their tel no. is[protected]. The moment I had registered the complaint on this forum, a rep from eureka forbes visited and repaired my aqua guard within half an hour and also intimated his regrets for the delay. Still don't understand where the spares suddenly came from!!! Anyway, my complaint can be considered as close.

    I had purchased Aquaguard in Dec 8, 2014. It got repaired on 24th Dec. I have chased for service and found the fault on 8th Dec where UV lamp got failure. I was replaced and again it got failure. Two times it was replaced and now PCP part was not working. Meanwhile, while servicing the body got cracked. I was not happy with the service and the product provided. UV lamp was failed two times and now PCP was also failed. While servicing, one of the service person damaged the body of the product. It got cracked. I have filed 4 complaints within 4 months and service is also very worst till date. Totally the product was not functioning and most of the parts inside the product are damaged. I need product replacement. Since I bought it on 8th Dec, 2014 (4 months old).

      Again, after changing filter on November 11, 2014, since then no one has come to my house for servicing of Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV Water purifier. Please send someone for servicing and checking the water quality as soon as possible. The guy promised 4 free services while changing the filter. My neighbours have Kent Purifier, they are receiving free 4 service per year regularly as promised, than why Eureka Forbes is doing this. I feel you people are not keeping track of your customers.         I would like to complain against Eureka Forbes. Despite repeated complaints, they have not solved my problem in Vacuum Cleaner model -Trendy Steel. I purchased this model a few months back. I used it twice. After that the suction power of the model reduced. I contacted customer care and they sent a person Harish 2 month back. He checked and told that hose pipe had to be changed and will get the hose pipe if ready. After that, since 2 months whenever I call, he says that the hose pipe is not ready. 3 weeks back, I called up the customer care again to issue me a complaint number : 80836180. Then Harish called and told that his manager is not buying the hose pipe despite repeatedly asking him. So I called up his manager, Nagaraj who told me to wait 5 days. But no news from him. I am tired of calling up these people who dont care about heir customers. Since 2 months I cannot use the vacuum cleaner. The product is still in warranty and like this, the time will elapse and they will charge when the warranty expires. I encourage all people who read this post, to not buy any product from Eureka Forbes as there is no customer service.

        Uptil now, nobody has contacted me. My brand new product, for which I spent my hard earned money is lying waste. I made a huge mistake.

            I have purchased 1 Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier on 18/04/2014. the product was under warranty upto 17/04/2015. The product when purchased was delivered by one of the sales representatives.naed Mr. Prosenjit Bose Lord's Appartment, 21/2, Khetra Mohan Banerjee Lane, Mandirtala, Howrah - 711 102, Mobile No. [protected]. Recently this guy called me and ask me change the filter and the ironguard as it has already been due for a change. I agreed to change the same. Today this guy Mr. Prosenjit Bose came with another guy and replaced the same which was a duplicate product and took Rs 1600/- from me. I came to know about the same, when today evening another official from Aquaguard came and informed me that the products supplied to me are duplicate and not a product of Eureka Forbes. I repeatedly tried to contact them but unable to do so as he is not attending my calls . He has also not supplied any Bills for the replacement done. Hope to get a resolution soon.

              Purchased water purifier in 2009 (Model-Crystal), Now in AMC period up to march 2016, Water purifier was partially complaint since November 2014 and informed the franchisee over phone.After the repeated calls, in January 2015 a Technician came at home, checked the purifier and informed that sensor to be replaced, then there was no response from their side, so after the repeated calls another technician came at home with a sensor on 23/03/2015, inspected the purifier and telling that the purifiers board has complaints and it should be replaced, and he is guaranteed that within two days he will come with board and replace it. As there was no response from their side we registered a complaint with company's toll free number on 27/03/2015, surprisingly they also confirmed that "your problem will be solved on Monday(30/03/2015), Nobody came on that day. On Wednesday 01/04/2015 again made a call to the toll free number and got a reply that our problem will be solved today itself. Today is 05/04/2015, not even a call we received from the company or authorised persons.

                AG Total Nova Water filter back frame has become brittle and fallen off. The unit was due for service on 26-MAR-2015 under AMC in force. My complaint is registered under No [protected] dated 13-MAR-2015 and inspite of several calls on mobile No: [protected] of Goa area (Mr Mathran) no action is forthcoming. This is second complaint for Most unreliable after sales service/AMC. Pls keep that in mind when you buy any product from Eureka Forbes. While they are very quick to collect Amcs, they are very unresponsive to any complaints. I am suffering from their inaction since 13th March 2015.                     I have register my complaint 20 days back with Eureka Forbes since Security System not functioning. The complaint was closed without attending. Once again i registered my complaint on 28/03/2015 vide complaint number 80880855 unfortunately till today nobody attended. I am calling them every day to find out status of the complaint but there is proper response and nobody attending to sort out the same. I invested around 40000/- to get this system in place but unfortunately it's not working and totally my investment is became useless.                       Hi, This is to inform you that I, R K Gupta (Customer Code: [protected]) had renewed the annual AMC (Platinum) on 25/10/2014 by giving Citibank cheque no 036250 to Prashanth (+91-[protected]) working with JP Services Jayanagar. I was told at the time renewal that every four months service shall be done automatically. I waited till Feb end 2015 (4 months from Oct, 2014) and thought that the service will be done automatically but nobody from Eureka Forbes called me. Then I had raised a complaint on 21st March, 2015 (Complaint Number:[protected] and did not receive a single call from the technician till 28th March, 2015. I again called customer care on 28th March and asked them the reason for not attending my complaint and was told that they are extremely sorry and will be done ASAP. I said it is fine and got a call from Prashanth (+91-[protected]) this week during one weekday and he told that he can come that day. I was at office at that time and told that he can come at 5:30pm same day and I will come early to home that day. He then said that he does not work after 5pm on any week day and will come on Saturday (i.e. 4th April). Then I called Eureka Forbes to find out what are the working hours of technicians from Mon-Sat every week. I was told that the timings are from 9:30-6PM daily. Now I want to know how can a service person refuse to come at 5:30PM on a week day, he is paid for the service and is a employee of Eureka Forbes. This is not at all acceptable. Also I tried to call his Manager from JP Services Jayanagar (Umesh - +91-[protected]), he does not even pick up the call. I had sent him SMS also but there was no response. As a customer first of all we are not getting services on time and on top of that when we try to reach the concerned people there is no response from them also. We are helpless. This is the worst ever service I have seen from Eureka Forbes. I am not at all satisfied with the service. As a customer even after doing AMC we have to call to the customer service to remind them of the due service. Now I am going to Consumer Court and will put forward my case to them.                         Cockroach in the Machine

                        I had purchase Enhance machine in October 2014...When the service technician came...the machine was fill with cockroach...we request him to please the change the machine immediately..but he said the seal was not proper and he has adjusted with a sealant...next day my son again spot the cockroaches...after I have being only given false promise ...I am horrified by this act of the company, , , , , I shall sent pictures to all our whats up and...

                        Dear Sir / Mam, I have got enhanced UV+ installed and got the AMC renewed today from Eureka authorised service centre. However earlier in the machine the "Miracle" metal remover was installed was of big size but newly installed "Miracle" filter size is less than half of what was installed earlier (pics attached). Please confirm for its genuineness and whether it will work on same lines as was installed earlier and I understand now the filteration process will not be as good as was earlier. Further out of 4 filters replaced one of the filter was not duly packed in Eureka's cover but engineer said it comes this way only with which I am not satisfied.                           I took AMC in Oct 2014 for 2 years and paid ~Rs. 9500/-. That time the technician told there will be 4 yearly services and if there is any complaint, they would attend with in 24 hrs. Once they changed all the filters in Oct/Nov.14. Since then there is leakage of water and I am very much fed up with these bloody people, neither they are calling back nor they are sending anybody to rectify this issue. Now its switch does not come in automode and the tap is totally burst. Nobody is there to hear my concern. I want my money back and I will call some good technician from outside to rectify it. Eureka forbes are cheaters. Don't believe them. I will not suggest anybody to buy their product. Govt should take a stern action against them.                             We have bought Auqa Sure Nano RO Water Purifier in Online Dated. 20/10/14. But We didnt get the purity of Water till now & Not even used the product. We have complainted through Customer care for several times. A Person from you side came and told problem in membarine and it will be changed under warrenty. But then onwards no response from the Aqua Guard. Finally I have decided to suggest to dont buy these Eureka Forbes any products because of the poor response in resolving as i am facing from last 5 Months.

                                I had purchased Aqua Guard RO+UV on 28 Feb 2015 (customer id: [protected], transaction no. 33953 ). I proceeded for cancellation since they could not deliver on time. After multiple interactions with different customer executives for cancellation both on email and telephone, they have not proceeded on this. Neither they are confirming if they have cancelled the product nor giving a reference no. for this grievance. The cancellation was request was sent on [protected]@eurekaforbes.in and to one of the customer service executive's direct email. the cancellation request was done 2-3 weeks back. I have no acknowledgement or confirmation from their end. All i hear is the complaint has been escalated. On top of it i got a call today asking if the product has been delivered. The entire refund has been stuck due to this ridiculous behaviour on their part. I advise the consumers never to go in for eureka forbes product ever. The complaint process is one of the worst I have seen or action to be taken on the complaints. - Deepak [protected] PS I had posted a complaint for non delivery earlier as well in this forum. A service fellow called me up and asks when should he do installation. These people do not also understand the problem posted as well.

                                  I am calling eureka forbes costomer care since 19th March and registered my complain 5 times with service request no 80738856, 80914301, 71968639 But till date no one turned to me for service, not even a single call i have received regarding my complain. I dont know what to do as the customer service team on phone are mindless and ask again and again the same questions and they are not able to communicate properly. This is the situation of Eureka Forbes. God forgive me for buying their Enhance RO. bad product and worst service or no service at all. Can anyone help me with the service of my product. regards kamlesh kaushik
