[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Return denied after purchase under 30 day return policy

Bought air purifier under 30 day return policy, but company is denying refund and asking to deduct filter replacement charges from refund if I return the product.

Confirmed with eureka forbes sales team many times before purchase and they confirmed that the product will be returned with full refund.
