I have Purchased water purifier from Eureka, I have renewed service and paid the full amount of AMC online. The service provider has committed to provide the service in 48 hours. I haven't heard till now. Kindly refund my money.

Till this date no one turned up.
My advise to Eureka Forbes is better wind up your business if you can't redress the compliant despite several reminders and daily followup...

I took AMC for a water purifier and raised a service request but no response from eureka Forbes till now and said sorry when called to call center and did not visit for service till now,

AMC amount is in like international company and service is like street company.

My aquaguard reviva UV is under AMC, water stopped coming from the water purifier.
The support guys says I need to change the filter without which it won't work. The last filter change was before 8 months. Not even one year is completed and the filter change cost is 2500 +.
Eureka Forbes is looting the customers....

I have raised a complaint for water leaking and light not working on 23rd Dec. But till now no one has come for rectification THOUGH MACHINE IS COVERED UNDER AMC. I contacted customer support number and they informed that technician has already allotted long before. WORST SERVICE....

My water purifier is under AMC. It was leaking and the indicator light not working. I lodged a compliant on 23rd and till date no technician has visited. I have called their toll free number and they informed it has been allotted to a technician few days back, TILL NOW NO HAS COME. WORST SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF EUREKHA FORBES PRODUCT....

Tech and the area incharge are simpy telling the filters are out of stock. aid AMC rs 6000 on 13/12/2022. got the tech to home on 24th after a number of calls, emails and office visits. answered no stock. need to wait for atleast 10 days

Sorry to say but your Eureka Forbes services is again harassing me, as earlier i have informed in details about my product which is installed and about the pump which was installed to rectify the fault of your company. Previously same AMC related problem came and with your help my booster pump was repaired. As the same was the responsibility of Eureka Forbes. Again the same problem has again being repeated as your jharsuguda AMC Team is not...

Myself salil warekar bought a new water purifier from Amazon, but due to some reason I received my product late from Amazon vendors.
After I called to technician to install the purifier but they visit and after checking they said product is faulty meanwhile my return period was over. So I request you take necessary steps to provide me new product as early as possible.

Comapliant raised october for which techician visited and promised to visit in two days with spare. after nearly two week visited and told company running out of spare and will take another week. mean time collected charges for visit and again in novemeber last week visited and half work done without out put of water. know not lifiting the call. plz short out the issue...

I have raised service request to repair my aqua guard on November 30 2022 . Still no technician visited (dated 14/12/22). The product under amc as well. I made many call to customer care. No proper response or action. Cust ID.[protected].. Eureka is doing worst customer service i think. No proper channels to resolve their products issue..the interesting thing this the assigned technician put my mobile number in block....

I got the candles of the Aquasure water filter changed on sunday 11.12.2022 through the service person of Eureka forbes, Mr.Vinod reddy.. However, after he left, we noticed that water is leaking from the water filter. WE lodged a complaint through Eureka Forbes asking the service person to come and rectify the problem on 12.12.22. However, till date nobody has come which is not proper. Please instruct them to send the service person immediately....

I have raised the service request for water purifier service on 30-NOV-2022. But till today nobody for the Eureka forbes has not even called me or even not visited for the service. I have called the customer car multiple times and every time they say as soon as possible our technician will call and they your complaint has been escalated. But till today(11-DEC-2022) there is no response from them.

I have purchased Aqua guard Select Classic + Hot water purifier on 17 sept 2022 from the authorized sales representative of Eureka Forbes.
Within 3 days of the installation, the water has starred leaking from the machine. After visiting the technician, he has told us that the machine is faulty and will have to replace it. After 3 to 4 days the machine got replaced and re installed.
To my surprise after a month the same problem...

I own a ro water purifier from Eureka forbes- Aquasure Maxima+. My purifier stopped working around 23 October 2022 I called in the technician he told my purifier's pump is not working and I busy the AMC policy my repair and spare parts will be free of cost.
