i have a repair request tracing from more thn a week.

nobody has responded me so far your backend team is full of Buffon who picks up the call and make all nuisance possible under the sky.

    Subject: Urgent Service Request Resolution and Future Course of Action

    Dear Team Eureka Fobes,

    I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your attention the persisting issue with my service request, as well as express my deep concern regarding the quality of service provided by your company.

    On August 25, 2023, I initiated Service Request number CM[protected] for the re-installation of my Green RO water purifier. I would like to emphasize that I have already paid for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to ensure the proper functioning of this essential appliance. Regrettably, my request remains unresolved, and I have yet to receive the service that I have paid for.

    Furthermore, it is with great disappointment that I highlight the lack of attention and customer care exhibited by your disgusting service team. Their apparent disregard for registered service requests, whether attended to, solved, or pending, is indicative of a concerning issue within your team management policy. Harassing consumers in the name of Customer Care not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also raises legal concerns.

    As a paying consumer, I have the right to expect prompt and efficient service, especially when I have fulfilled my financial obligations through the AMC. It is imperative that my Green RO water purifier be brought to its best working condition through re-installation as a paid service, as originally requested.

    Presently, my family is facing medical urgency and is under doctor’s treatment. As a human being, you must agree that harassment for drinking water by your company management is just extending extreme pain to live a normal hygienic life intentionally.

    I would also like to know also, why I should not claim this extended delayed period as a validity extension for my existing paid AMC duration. Now, I do expect/demand this too.

    In light of these ongoing issues, I kindly request the following actions:

    a. Immediate Resolution: I urge you to expedite the resolution of Service Request number CM[protected] without further delay. I believe this is not only my right as a customer but also a testament to your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

    b. Transparent Communication: I request regular updates on the progress of my service request and a clear timeline (+/- 24 hours) for its completion. Transparency in communication is crucial in maintaining a positive customer-company relationship.

    c. Rectification of Service Team Conduct: It is vital that your company address the behaviour of the service team and implement measures to ensure that such issues do not recur. A professional and courteous approach towards customers is essential.

    d. Future Service Assurance: To prevent such issues from arising in the future, I suggest instituting a customer feedback mechanism and regularly reviewing and improving your service procedures. This proactive approach will contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction.

    Please consider this letter as an earnest appeal to resolve my immediate concerns. However, if the issues persist or if there is no satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and, if necessary, seek legal redress.

    I believe that your company values its customers and takes their concerns seriously. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and professionally. I look forward to a swift resolution to my service request and a more positive experience with your company in the future.

      Refund my AMC

      Since my Product was Unde AMC suddenly stopped working and technician said some parts needs to be replaced and i meed to pay foe spare part even though my AMC includes spare parts also.

      Since i don't want to continue with fake AMC i want refund of 3000 INR, I called customer care many time its useless....

      Within warranty service complaint registered on 28.08.2023 vide no CM[protected] not being responded despite a lapse of 6 days after repeated escalations. More than 20 calls to customer care number with only assurances, er are sorry, we have escalated the same to next level with high priority . No action on ground . very torturing experiance as the water purifiier still under warranty/AMc till 05.12.2023 is not working for last 8 days and whole family is exposed to health risk.
      No other option left after this compliant but to move to consumer court and social media to highlight the poor service quality of so called reputed company . Repenting for chosing Eureka forbes brand

      No response or resolution despite lapse of 12 days, Very horrifying experience . Even customer care executives are helpless and barred from sharing the contact numbers of their seniors .one feels totally helpless..Service of aquaguard especially in jammu is total failure and I will suggest all the residents not to buy the product of aquaguard .
      Very Bad experience with Equaquard from local executive from Nagpur Mr. Ajay Patrikar and Ravi Nemad. Also I was opened ticket with Grievance Officer but no resolution. I was purchased AquaGuard Select Classic+ Water purifier last year from local sales executiive Mr. Ravi Nemad and Ajay Patrikar with offer of Extended AMC for 1 year after warranty. Now my warranty getting expire on 17th Mar 2024 without additional one AMC. I already paid the amount for the AMC while purchasing machine. Now one responding. It is very pathetic sales and server found from Aqua Guard.

        We have (customer code [protected]) purchased a water Purifier of Eureka Forbes and purchased the AMC of the same in October 2022 vide invoice no. I[protected] dated 10.10.2022 however despite our several requests no one came to service the purifier at the end when one executive visited in the 11th month of AMC, he denied to change water filters claiming they have already changed it. When I asked them to show us the proof of changing Filters/or any signed slip from our end for change of filter or service they were unable to provide any proof. the person who visited for service contacted to his back office for confirmation than the back office instructed him to physically check the machine to find out the date of filters and accordingly he did checked the machine physically by taking out all filters and did not found any dates on filters and confirmed that it has not changed but the back office did not agreed to him and called him back stating its lunch time we will get back to you. After that no one visited again to change the filters. We have raised another complaint for the same, which they closed their own without contacting us and stopped entertaining us.

        Looking forward to a resolution from the company at the earliest

            I have submitted a complaint for servicing of Aquaguard ASTOR UV+UF which is installed in my residence on[protected] vide service request number - CM[protected]. But no action taken and even no even a call received from the concern organization / company.

            Even though I have bought the AMC "Maintenance and Repair
            Services SAUVUF200C24 AG ASTOR UV+UF-24 MTHS COMP AMC" for the specified product on[protected] worth Rs.5000/-. But no action taken by the company / staff / authorized person for the repair / maintenance even after 17 days.

            As the rainy season has been started due to which the water is not advisable to drink without purifying. But me & my family are facing problems in purification of water, due to ignorance of the Eureka Forbes company.

            Hence I am bound to raise this complaint here. Hoping that quick action will be taken with justified compensation.

              We purchased a product from Eureka Forbes on 26/01/23. Model no [protected]. The model stopped working last day that is 27/08/2023 and even after registering a complaint it's been 24 hours but we have not got any technician visit from their side or response as to buy what timeline we can expect our issue to be resolved.

                I have opened a service request CM[protected] on 09/05/2023 for regular AMC visit for my Aquaguard water purifier. This purifier is in AMC till 2025. No technician has visited so far after multiple calls & emails. I engaged their Ombudsman as well but in vain. Eureka forbes has cancelled my service request on 22/07/2023 without addressing.
                They have opened a new service request CM[protected] for regular service from their side on 10/08/2023 & no one has bothered to contact me.

                They have displayed a very pathetic & unprofessional behavior towards me as a customer. Kindly requesting you to look into it & assist us.

                  Brought aquagaurd Sure Delight from Amazon and the product is delivered on august 19th and raised a Installation request to Install the product on 19th august. No one has even called me after calling multiple times and raised complaint. A guy named murali service manager and supervisor provided fake Information on date of Installation. The service is pathetic and mocked me multple times on the service.

                    I have taken the AMC for Aquaguard Enhance Ro+uv+uf+mtds model. In first year service filter was changed free of cost. In second year service denied the filter change in free. As per AMC filter are free once in year. Even after complaint there is no resoluation.

                      Bought AMC for aquaguard on 1st July 2023, filters stopped working on 16th and raised 2nd service request on same day. complaint number is CM[protected]
                      .But still not resolved after 6 days despite daily follow ups. keep getting same template responses from customer care/escalation desk. No action at all.

                        I am frusted with eureka service as recently i have paid 5800 and amc renewed i called multiple times to replace the filters but nobody come to replace the same and i CALL TO their vendor but he tells why you done amc trough online directly from eureka why you dont come to us now he telling which very pathetic response from them, now it has been 5-6 days we are with out water we used normal water which is no mean to purchase this ### which is not useful could you please HELP to check and ask to take necessary action on this.

                          I am using the Eureka Forbes Amaze purifier, The warranty of the product just got expired about 2 months ago. The product is not working, It is not purifying the water. I purchased AMC from for repairing the machine. In AMC it is mentioned that they will provide service within 48 hours. I purchased AMC on 2 August and from that, I continuously called them asking them to provide the service and repair the machine every time they are saying I will post the remainder and the technician will visit tomorrow but no one visited regarding my service request. I felt to be cheated here because I already paid the money and didn't they get service yet. I want to request through this platform please take some action against this company.

                            I brought water purifier 1 year back, from day 1 onwards i facing multiple issues with the product. Right now except the body remaining all inner parts are replaced due to that issues it created. For every 2 months it will have issues.

                            Right now i raised complain on 2nd of july. One of executive came and replace remaining parts and says wiring need to change and left Its been a month no response from any team(customer care and service people).

                            Its almost 2 months. Did not get any update from eureka people . they even take my machine no response.

                              Its been 1 year i taken Aquagard water purifier . From day 1 its giving lot of issue I raised multiple complaint almost every 2 months. As of now i can observe Except exterior box remaining all parts has been replaced replace. As water is necessity on daily life its create huge problem. Now i raised my complaint 1 month back and i followed with Customer care daily but no resolution

                                Dear Sir/ Maam,

                                I have filed my request on the helpline of Eureka Forbes on 25th July 2024. I have paid the full AMC amiunt for the whole year.
                                Compliant number: CM[protected]

                                I must have made over 10 calls to the helpline number. Everytime I get the same reply that the issue has been escalated and you will receive a call from the Service Engineer today.

                                That today has not arrived until this moment.

                                I am utterly frustrated with this approach and lacklustre response. why do they collect the AMC in advance ?
                                I cannot talk to anyone else except the helpline attendant, who can only promise and cannot share any other contact details.

                                Such unpressional service from Eureka Forbes is highly regrettable.
                                I will NEVER prucahse any product from this company again..

                                Pls help me in getting a refund my AMC amount or send the service engineer immediately.

                                If Eureka Forbes cannot do either, I would consider the AMC amount as donation to this ailing company.
                                May this Company's soul rest in peace.

                                    We have purchased Industrial Purifier of Model GWPDHACUV00000 Machine in 2019 Invoice copy of same is attached. We have taken AMC for same for 36months period from 2021 to 2024 invoice copy of same is attached. We are facing problem in water purifier from last 10 to 15 days, we have raised complaint for same with your Pune Branch Mr. Aparna Rakhade mobile number [protected] she is telling Coil and Value is not available with any branch of Eureka so it will take time but from last 4 to 5 days we are getting wrong commitment not getting proper reply from her office she gives the phone to her sir and he is also not supporting us. After telling them I am raising the compliant direct on aqua guard website the they are calling our person and telling they are sending technician to complete the work.

                                      I purchased Robovac n mop from an authorised store for Rs. 19, 700 in Feb 2022. This product has 1 year warranty. Even though its a fancy item, I had much of a good use in my home coz it cleans the floor automatically, thus reducing our intervention as my wife and myself are busy. It had a feature that if the battery is low, it should return to the charging station. In April 2023, i.e. in 1 year and 2 months (just 2 months after warranty) the machine stops functioning in the middle of cleaning. It stays at one place and shuts down and does not return to its station. I complained the same and a service engineer came in after 2 weeks of registering the complaint and then took the machine with him. I did not hear anything from them for over a wee, so I called in to know the status and they said its motherboard had a problem and thats they have ordered a new one and will cost some 7k Rs as the warranty expired. Even though I wasn't happy but I told them to continue. Again after 1 month I did not get any update so I put up a CEO escalation. I got a "copy paste" reply from them that they are looking into matters and bla bla.. but I am not receiving any update. Then one day again I called and the service centre said they had issues getting the parts but now they found one in Chennai and will repair it asap. After that for 3 weeks no response. Again I called them and they said the new board was also not working. Remember "I had to call them every time and not a single time they called me for the update". Anyways I asked them what next step was they said they will go for refund and then refund would be 50% depreciation of the product before GST as it was out of warranty (in just 2 months). I mean really?? I had a water purifier of the same company and in 8 months its motherboard also got damaged and was replaced. What is it with Eureka Forbes and their motherboards??? This is pure cheating by the company putting up cheap components that would last only till the warranty and then scam people of the money by saying it is out of warranty. I got only 9k Rs as refund. Rest of the money gone. I would like to let everyone know never to use Eureka Forbes products again, and I am sure I won't.

                                      Since no one has come forward for at least an apology, I am moving forward the application to Consumer Court. They will receive the advocate notice after Onam holidays.
