1. I'm having model: Enhance RO+UV+UF Water Purifications System. My previous AMC was completed in 28th Feb, 2025.
2. The person came for servicing on Last Oct, 2024 informed that your AMC will be completed soon. Repeatedly asked that a good schem is running. Please pay the amount for 3 years, which will be benefecial. I have expressed that the product under AMC till Feb, 2025. He expressed that it will be implemented after February, 2025. When I expressed that I could not give you cheque, he informed that our office will send you link, you can pay through credit card.
3. I had received payment advice from Eureka Forbes, link received on my phone on 29.10.2024 and paid the amount through my ICICI bank credit card for Rs. 12699 bearing Ser.No.[protected].
4. However, it was observed that invoice was not opening through 5 digit mobile last numbers, as per the system made by Eureka Forbes. Everything is known by the Agency from whom the service was taken up (Moumita Service, [protected]/[protected], Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal).
5. From End of January regular message was received from Eureka Forbes that your AMC is going to end and pay for AMC, On query to Service centre regarding AMC and payment, no response was received. In the month of Feb, 25 this repeated message came in whatsapp that your AMC was completed on 28th Feb, 2025, Opt for new AMC.
6. In the mean time asked your customer care regarding my payment and AMC, they informed that amount deposited was in favour of Kolkata some other address, somone's account which is not belongs to me or any of my relative is staying there.
7. It seems that your agency has made the fraud with the person visited in last Oct, 2024. They are tried to conceal the thing and avoid to taking the phone calls from us.
8. In the mean time our equipment was not giving proper quality water, we are bound to purchase water from outside to run the daily need.
9. Lastly, I have again purchase Gold AMC for this machine from online by paying Rs.11817. After purchasing the AMC and repeated call and online complain, they turned in and replaced the filter and made the service.
10. My question is I have paid AMC for the same water purifier machine for two times. Once paid through your representative on 29.10.2024 believing your genuine service personnel. Another not any action taken by your agency and your customer care.
11. several times it has contacted with customercare, only they have made it prolong calls and informed that within 24 hours you will be contacted. But till date that time has not yet come. Several mail communication completed and no action has been done to repay my amount.
12. Now when I visited through App, it is found that AMC started from 29th October, 2024. How my AMC will start from 29.10.2024, when AMC was running till Feb 28, 2025. What about my payment done in March, 2025 due to non-response from your agent and customer care.
13. My complain is Payment which has done on 29.10.2024 should return with interest. New AMC started on March, 2025 by paying Rs.11817 for 3 years to be continued. Legal action should be taken up the players involved for making the fraud.
