Eureka Forbes — Robo vac n mop stopped working within 6 months of purchase

I purchased robo vac n mop from Eureka Forbes in August 2021 and the product is under warranty period. It stopped working now and I logged complaint on 11 Jan 2022. And till now followed up about 4 times through calls and 2 times through email but everytime they say they will send technician within 24 hours but till date I haven't got ant technician to fix the product. They are not replacing the product as well.
