They will ask to replace Candles but candles guarantee them for 1 year at the time of replacement, later when they come for service they said like we are not guaranty on candles, they are kind of faking to customers, they will charge 6000 for AMC visit only 1 or 2 time and its useless service they provide.
my best suggestion please dont go with Euroka

    I had purchased AMC of 4700 rupees after consulting customer care. To my surprise, they denied service and it has been six months they denied refund of the AMC too.
    I consider this a fraudulent practice where company allows customers to buy AMC on their App and website without checking feasibility of service. And they deny refund as well despite their fault. I want a compensation for the frustration that I went through for six months almost following up on this one. It is my right to get a refund now as I have switched to other product, don’t need the service anymore. I have a photo of a service request that remained open for 4 months and then closed without any resolution. I don’t want any more service requests, just need my refund of Rs 4700 that I paid for AMC and Rs 2000 as compensation for my expenditure of sending them a legal notice which they didn’t respond to.

      I raised a complaint when my Nova Aquaguard stopped working in the 3rd week of Sept 2021. I had already paid my AMC and the technician who came said it was motherboard problem which he would resolve in a couple of days. It has been almost 2 months now and they are still not ready to rectify. I have raised 2 complaints after that.
      The manager of the service center keeps pushing us to buy a new model saying that the parts are unavailable. But we have found out from other sources that this is not true.
      They dont care about service and are waiting for our contract to end. They are not ready to replace the part even after shamelessly collecting AMC from me.

        Since I bought this purifier never use properly, always problem either PCB, or charger or filter or other problem, you will have to spend lot of money to keep this product in your kitchen. Service team have no idea about this product to repair properly. if you buy you have to spend[protected] every six month to repair this product. it is just product to loot your money.

        I want to return this product to the manufacture

            I have registered an complaint on 13th October 2021 regarding my water purifier aquaguard reviva RO is not working properly. Its under the AMC up to March 2022. I have paid 7500 rs for two years AMC. My water purifier is not working properly & it needs filter replacement. I have contacted several times to their customer care call centre(Mr. Karthik, Ms. Subha, Ms.Sruthi & Ms. Deepa). They have put my call on hold for more than half an hour. They were not responding for so long time. Their authorized service centre Krsh care, padi also haven't responded properly(Ms. priya & Mr. Kumar). I haven't received any call so far from eureka forbes. Need to file a case on eureka forbes for cheating the customer.

              Worst service criteria

              I have purchased Eureka Forbes aquagaurd water purifier . After completion of the warranty period of 1 year I have offered AMC and AMC charges of 5000 also paid. During the period of warranty also not served properly. Periodical checking have not been taken place. And also recently, one complaint booked on 23rd Oct21 due to non functioning of WATER PURIFIER. Unfortunately without repair, complaint was closed and nobody responded properly...

              I had purchased Aquaguard Superb RO+UV+UF+TDS Regulator Water Purifier from CROMA Store Greater Noida on 22/09/2018. In 2019, I renewed my maintenance contract recently on 05-Sep-2021. On the same day, the maintenance engineer replaced the filters. But after a few days, the red light started blinking, I registered the complaint but my problem is still not resolved.

              Now RO has completely stopped working. I have registered my complaint at all levels, but no one is acknowledging and responding to email, Also not responding to calls.

              I want my money back, as they are incapable of providing any kind of service. I don't not want to waste my valuable time in followup of complaint.

                I have raised Aquaguard complain no [protected] one month before, No one responding, multiple times called call centre, no use no one responding, device is not working with in a year, no one bothered to call back for complaints, Really very poor service ..I spoke to sales executives as well ..problem not solved.

                  WORST EXPERIENCE FACING WITH EUREKA FORBES

                  I have bought a bravo vaccum cleaner and raised a return request within 1 day from the day i received the product. And now it became more than 1 month and so far no one came to pick it up and no refund has been initiated. I keep calling to customer care very freqently and no proper response. Every time they say will escalate and resolve it at earliest but they did not do it from more than 1 month…Even today the product is with me and i am waiting for their person to come and pick it up….

                  Worst experience…i kindly suggest not to fall in their trap.

                      I have purchaged this to on 14th July 2021. Red light burning and ro not working. I have complained and after one and half month Technician has come and changed a part. But problem is not solved. I have complained again but no body turned back.
                      If the product is defective please replace.

                        Its only a 1.5 week since I got this water purifier
                        But now I am facing a problem of not getting a water in tank and not filling up it.
                        Now when I called customer care and technician visited, he told that we can't correct it and this device is defective
                        Pls look after my problem and replace it as soon as possible and replace my device

                          We have aquasure xpert .It was dur for AMS.initially they said 4000/- some change will be the charge.The guy comes and insists on talking 2yrs of warrenty for 9000/ in which the pump issue will not be covered for which we need to pay extra.Then what for we will pay such hefty amount.The guy didn't even clean or fix the filter he left purifier open n left staring at the customer.

                          This is no proffesional behaviour rather huligan or goons behaviour.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              As i have purchased the Aqua Guard in the year of 2014 but so far the services that i am getting from your karur branch in tamilnadu is not genuine we have to call for at least 5 times to get a single service and that also after the service some problems will be there last around 15-20 days back we have changed the motor in the ro but after 1 day air lock has happen in the device after calling several times the same person visited our home and taken the air lock but after 1 day again air locked.But it is around 6 days we are calling them they are not coming to attend the problem we have paid them around rs:3500 but no use in that .Now we are buying the can waters in local due to this issue which may affect our health but there is no other choice left to us.Since while changing the Spares & Filters they are not providing the GST invoices & Even the MRP is also not printed in the Covers of the Spares or Filters Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                                We took AMC from Aquacare ION EXCHANGE Pvt Ltd Jayanagar on 24th October 2020 paying 6300.
                                Since then no services were delivered and on repeatedly calling the company delivered its first service on 3rd August 2021.
                                On 26th September 2021 we reported an issue as the adaptor was not working, 29th the adaptor was replaced by a duplicate and used adaptor which was in a very bad condition and they charged us 1500 . Shocks were felt right from the second day of replacing the adaptor . On reporting the issue to Aquacare the manager got into a fight and refused to replace it and further stopped answering the calls.they stated a warrenty of 3months for the adaptor.
                                Not even a month after replacing the adaptor on 17th October 2021, the adaptor blasted for which I have proof. We tried to reach out to the customer care on 18th but no calls were answered. We decided to visit their new office at Banashankari location and reported to the manager incharge along with the picture and warranty bill of the adaptor. He said he would get it replaced by 19th. On 19th a representative was sent but he said the adaptor that he got was not suitable and would get a suitable adaptor and replace it by 19th October evening.
                                Since then no body has turned up. On asking the manager regarding the same he rudely responds saying he will send and we should wait without stating when .
                                It's been a week since the incident took place and till date(i.e 23rd October 2021) nobody has replaced the adaptor . It has caused great inconvenience for us.

                                We only got the AMC due to the faith we had on Eureka Forbes .
                                Extremely disappointed with the kind of service, behaviour towards customers, absolutely no value for money and customers.

                                  I am disappointed by the person claiming employee of Eureka forbes (Water purifier) and call oftenly and say "kab aan ahai for water purifier service".When I asked from where you got my number, he told that I got your details from Eureka Forbes customer data. I was out of the place due to covid (Work from home) and was at my native.
                                  I am not in need of any service as I have not used the water purifier for a year.
                                  I donot know how the Eureka forbes support this type of person and share all the customer confidential data with such type of people.

                                  My concern is, there should be customer information confidential agrreement with Eureka Forbes.
                                  It should be strictly followed.

                                  Genreally Eureka Forbes share customer care number with their customer and when there is need customer will call.

                                  My request with Eureka Forbes team is to maintain customer confidential data. to avoid such type of incidence

                                    If installation itself takes 10days time then for any service requests in future do you respond at all ????

                                      I am a customer from last more than 5 years. I take AMC every year. My RO is not woking properly from last 6 months and I am complaining every 15 days. Technician visit and correct the problem. But product again stops working. Please send qualified technician on priority and fix. My neighbours have RO product of other brands and they are not facing such issues.

                                      If you are unable to repair your own products, then let me know and refund my AMC amount. I will buy some other company's product.
