I called up Eureka Forbes and asked for a security device to be installed. However, after making a payment of ₹8000 and a week later, they have not installed the device. This is robbery in Broad daylight.

    I have given one complaint against eureka Forbes regarding my water purifier container 80 present water label and rest 20 present is empty after giving this complaint engineer is coming and resolve this issue but he is not proper fitting the water purifier so that what will happen again water is linkage for the top and bottom joint position. when i saw this type of work that engineer is doing same day i will again complaint but still not yet resolve.
    Please take this complaint and take necessary action on him.
    I extremely dissatisfied with Service engineers and not company no priority to his customer.

        Keeping the above mentioned subject in mind, i would like to draw attention of the concerned authorities on the fact that due to continuous leakage from the aquaguard, which your company failed to repair on time and take almost a month for the repair of the same. This lack in your service had damaged all my kitchen furniture and i have been seeking for compensation of the same from a long time. But your company hasn't taken action regarding the issue so, as a result i would once again request you to please solve my issue.

          Its been more than a month we raised complaint for water purifier issues, however company is not just bothered to address the issue. I dont understand how can any resposible company do such thing when it is directly related to health issues. It is so frustating to call the customer support daily and hear same answer everyday. I am really concerned about our health and eureka forbes will be directly resposnible if we have any hellalth issues due to drinkin unsafe water.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I am the owner of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard model no ENH UV since 2014. I have been taking AMC every 2 years since my purchase on my product.

              Last AMC was purchased by me on 21.12.2019 for a period of 2 years valid up to 20.12.2021 vide contract no[protected] by paying an amount of Rs 3630/- in cash at my residence located in Ambica Vihar Paschim Vihar New Delhi.

              In December 2019 end I shifted my residence to Bengaluru and the address was updated in your records then. Due to COVID situation in the country I didn’t get the service done. Thereafter in April 2021 I have shifted back to New Delhi and in September 2021 my aquaguard was installed at my new address in Delhi I.e. Ramesh Nagar New Delhi. I have been trying to get the candles changed of my aquaguard Since September 2021 but unable to get them changed since as per your company records it has already been changed in July 2021 in Bengaluru. How is that possible since I have shifted my residence from Bengaluru in April 2021 and the aquaguard was packed for 6 months.

              I regret to inform that this is very annoying as I have paid full amount for AMC of 2 years and didn’t get the change of candles in my aquaguard. At the time of Taking money your staff makes false promises and didn’t fulfill the commitment made. I may also say that such forgery on part of such a big organisation like yours is not acceptable at all. I have raised various complaints on your customer care but have not got any reply/ solution for the same.

              I hereby write to you to seek your interference in the matter and get a solution immediately.

              Faster solution in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                I have ordered hot and cold fusion water purifier to the dealer almost 20 days back...first he said the model is out of stock then he ordered in website using my contact number on Dec 2nd and still no response...eureka has become one of the worst company nowadays...

                  मेरे पास एक्वागार्ड सुपर्ब आरओ + यूवी + एमटीडीएस है, इसे प्रारंभ तिथि से डिफ़ॉल्ट किया जा रहा है जब मैंने पहली बार इस तकनीशियन को फोन किया तो उसने कहा कि यह ठीक हो जाएगा लेकिन अब भी मेरी मशीनें ठीक नहीं हैं मैंने फोन किया है 20 बार लेकिन अब भी हल नहीं हुआ और अब वह कह रहा है कि इस मशीन को ठीक नहीं किया जा सकता है आप इसे फेंक दें इसमें निर्माण की समस्या है और जब मैंने कंपनी को इस मामले के बारे में बताया तो उन्होंने कहा कि यह हमारे वॉरंटी के क्षेत्र में नहीं आ रहा है, मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि कृपया यूरेका फोर्ब्स कंपनी से कोई उत्पाद न खरीदें, यह मेरा सभी से मेरा विनम्र अनुरोध है। यह quility बहुत ही घटिया गुण है बस इतना कह रही है कि हम आपकी समस्या का समाधान करेंगे कंपनी कह रही है कि आप उस डीलर के पास वापस जाएं जहां से आपने उत्पाद खरीदा है और मैं रक्षा बलों में हूं और मैंने यह उत्पाद सीएसडी कैंटीन कोलकाता से खरीदा है और वे कहते हैं कि कंपनी से संपर्क करें हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते

                    We have bought the product Aquaguard Astor and installed it a month ago. Since that day it is not working at all. The water is not coming out and sometimes even when it did, the water was coming in very few quantity. So, we had it serviced for 2 times by now. Even after 2 times of servicing the product, there is no improvement. This has been very problematic because this is impacting the drinking water in our house. It has been just a month and within this we had it serviced 2 times but still we observe no improvement at all.

                    We are not at all satisfied by this product as there is no use of it at all. We want this to be exchanged with a new product. So, kindly suggest a best alternative/best product and exchange ours with a new one.

                    We request you to process this as soon as possible as it will have a huge impact on the daily drinking water.

                        It's been extremely frustrating with the 3rd class service of Eureka Forbes (Awuaguard) as being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, when I renewed my AMC in Nov 2019 for 3 years I have been provided with a defective filter which stopped working in 4 months, post creating 10 compliant and writing in social media the replaced the filter after another 4 months. Then they are not ready to replace the filter even after today (after 1.5 years) we are sick drinking dirty water. I raised 2 compliant ([protected], [protected]) and called them 15 times but they are not replacing my filter. It's absolutely useless service and they are mocking in advertisement on safe water pledge. Be extremely careful purchasing any Eureka Forbes appliances #WHO #water #Health

                          I have paid for and received the above mentioned water purifier on 1 December 2021. This product comes with free installation, which i have not received till now. The water purifier is not installed till now. I have requested several times to Eureka forbes and raised several complaints, but still there’s no positive response. Please look onto it.

                                  I have an AMC which will expire on 22/12/21. I made a service request for the re-installation of the unit on[protected] due to my transfer to Kerala State, Kottayam. The company closed my complaint without attending the same. They asked me to login the complaint again. I think they are waiting to expire thr AMC. The customer Service in Kerala Region is very Poor.

                                  Also, the maintenance person never calls and confirms his visit and my availability at home. I am really fed up with the way you treat your customers.

                                      I relocated from one society to another within Pune and I submitted a request to re-install my RO water purifier on 27th November but no response., then I called customer again on 28th and 29th November but still noone has come to re-install the RO. Customer care just keep re-iterating we have reminded local team and they will contact you. this is ridiculous.

                                        I have Eureka Forbes Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV (NXT) Customer ID [protected]
                                        Contract receipt no [protected] AMC Renewal Date 28/12/2019 .
                                        AMC ends 27/12/2021, as per company Policy Consumables are replaced every year, for my machine the Consumables ( cartridges ) was replaced on 27 Sept 2020, the technician Cheated and put a used RO cartridge which i rejected send many complaints to Eureka Forbes Customer services against their Service center and also filed a complaint with consumercomplaints.in on date 23 Oct 2020 . finally Eureka Forbes company Officials obliged and they replaced the cartridges with new brand cartridges on date 01 NOV 2020, now when i again called Eureka Forbes customer services Repair request No [protected] dt 15 NOV 2021 their service center has come in picture and again they are refusing to change the Consumables ( cartridges) which are more than one year oldand as per Eureka Forbes need to be replaced as its already more than one year old, Eureka forbes service technicians they don't have DATA, the Company Eureka Forbes just shielding their Service center Technicians, My Humble question to Eureka forbes how you can believe your Service technicians, you have just given a free hand to a private Franchise enterprise .please note I have paid Rs 8760 to Eureka Forbes for 2 years AMC contract, They have replaced the cartridges only once in 2 years contract, i Request Eureka Forbes to replace the Consumables ( cartridges ) immediately, and please don't shield scrupulous, uneducated Service technicians, I am a respected senior citizen of INDIA
