Eureka Forbes — Scam service provided by Aquaguard

My registered mobile number with Aquaguard is [protected]. My Aquaguard water purifier is under Gold AMC and recently it was serviced. However, after service it stopped working. I again raised a complaint and a service person named Koppu Naveen visited on Thursday, 23rd October 2025. After checking he said that the motor was damaged and said that he will take a complaint to repair it as soon as possible. However, even after 10 days there was no update from him. I then raised several complaints and also escalated my issue on Twitter. The motor was then replaced by another person named Krishna, last week. He said that Koppu Naveen never even registered for a replacement motor in the service centre. Today again within 1 week of motor replacement my Aquaguard stopped working. On raising another complaint Koppu Naveen visited again. He was extremely rude and said that the motor has stopped working again and demanded that I need to pay for a new motor even though the motor was replaced last week only. I’m facing extreme difficulties without the water purifier. Even after taking Gold AMC this kind of bad service is not expected from a renowned brand like Eureka Forbes and this will result in negative feedback from customers like me towards the Aquaguard product. My service request number is CM[protected]. Could you please look into this at the earliest and kindly get my motor replaced ASAP? I’d also request you to take strict action against Koppu Naveen for his irresponsible behaviour and bad service. Hope to get a positive resolution ASAP.
