I, Mr. Maneck D. Sahiar - residing at 11-12, Mahavir C.H.S., Ajit Nagar, Chala, Vapi- 396191, Gujarat.

We had purchased +EUREKA FORBES ROBO LVAC VOICENUO VACUUM CLEANER through SURAT Sales Office from Mr. Bharat Marghawala - vide your Invoice No.:[protected] dated 17/03/2023-for an amount of Rs.31, 990/-.

Throughout this period we have barely used this machine for not more than 25 occasions.

This machine has given us problems in that the battery gets discharged and the machine comes to a halt in between without having completed the cleaning cycle.

Our first complaint was on or around 14th October, 2024.The machine was inspected by your Service Engineer - Mr. Tejas Padiya who comes from Surat and attends Vapi complaints twice a week viz. Tuesdays and Fridays. These visits are also not regular & after several telephonic follow-ups, the person receives the call only to say that he has not come to Vapi on those designated days due to one reason or another. He has visited our residence only twice during this six month period.

Anyway, the machine was taken to Surat & a new battery was replaced for which we were made to pay an additional Rs.4, 500/- approx. This was also not done efficiently & promptly ensuing a delay of 2-3 weeks.

Even after replacing the new battery, the old problem persisted and the machine was once again taken to Surat through Shri Vikas Singh, as per instructions from Tejas - on 30th January, 2025.

The machine is still lying at your Surat office, till date, with Mr. Tejas. In the meanwhile, this matter was brought to the attention of Mr. Dilip Purohit, Service Head - Surat. His response being that he will look into the matter - however, NO ACTION WAS FORTH COMING. Again this matter was brought to the attention of his higher-up, Mr. Girish Chhabra, Service Head, Ahmedabad. His response was also similar that he will 'look into the matter", with a very similar outcome - NO ACTION WAS FORTH-COMING.

We wish to add that we are your old customers having used your EUROCLEAN-2000 and your AQUAGUARD Water Purifier & are using the same - till date,

However, we are totally dissatisfied with this product - ROBOVAC NUO and more so for your Service for this product.

We, therefore, want you to take back this faulty product and initiate full refund for the same.

We hope that the matter will be resolved with due urgency at your end .
