Eureka Forbes — Service issue — with amc — no one attending

I was asked to apply for amc to get my service, and when I took gold back, no one has even attended, my service request was following up with the team for last 4 days nearly 3 times a day by wats app, online and even by calling customer case.
Feel like cheated for my amc amount of 4700 rs, and no one coming hope need to opt for the local technician
I have all recordings with customer care, wats app discussion and others.. Need your support in escalating this
