[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Servicing not being done despite AMC for 21 Water purifiers

LIC as an institution has entered into an AMC agreement for servicing of 21 water purifiers ( in the residence of senior executives) at Patna. AMC details are as follows: For 9 water purifiers- date of AMC from 1.10.2012 to 30.9.2014 For 4 water purifiers date of AMC from 1.07 2012 to 8.07.2014 For 5 water purifiers- date of AMC from 5.6.2013 to 04.6.2015 For 1 water purifier- date of AMC from 1.4.2013 to 31.3.2015 For 1 water purifier- date of AMC from 13.6.2013 to 12.6.2015 For 1 water purifier- date of AMC from 19.2.2013 to 18.02.2015 No servicing has been done despite repeated follow-ups.No response has been made to our complaints. Despite being an institution with over 21 water purifiers the callous approach of your servicing personnel has shocked us. Is this the way you treat Clients?
