Dear Aquaguard Service Team,
I am writing to follow up on the service for my annual maintenance contract (AMC), which was recently renewed.
My AMC was renewed last week for the period of [September 2 2025] to [September 1 2026]. Despite the renewal, a service technician has not yet visited to perform the scheduled maintenance.
The service request is logged but there is no response. I had called customer care 100 times but no proper response from them.
There are two service requests logged, CM[protected] this has no technician assigned and is just flying in the air . No response .
One more service request is assigned CM[protected] but the assignment dates are getting postponed.
Perfectly there is no proper service from EUREKA FORBES. EUREKA FORBES CALL CUSTOMER MULTIPLE TIMES TO RENEW AMC BUT AFTER RENEWAL NO SUPPORT FROM THEM WHICH IS VERY VERY BAD.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly schedule a service technician to visit as soon as possible to complete the maintenance. IF NOT PLEASE CREDIT MY 4999 RUPEES BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. I DON WANT YOUR SERVICE AT ALL. I AM DEEPLY REGRETTED WITH THIS ISSUE AND THERE IS NO WATER WITHOUT THIS AQUAGUARD. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COOK AND EAT?
