[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Technician not coming to install the water purifier

I raised a request to install a newly purchased water purifier. But still after 2 working days no one came. And on calling the customer care, every time I was assured that the technician is going to visit my place the same day. Today I called them thrice. First in the morning, they said someone is gonna come before 3 pm, no one came. Then I called at 3 pm, they said someone is gonna come before 6, no one came. Then I again called at 6, they said someone is gonna come for sure tomorrow before noon.
I don't understand why they keep promise me for something they can't keep. It's such a poor customer service and unprofessional-ism. While selling the product, their sells executives go all bonkers and always ready to be at your service. But once the product is sold they just forget.
Pathetic and poor service. I have bought the product and stuck now. I will never recommend you guys to anyone else.

Aquaguard RO enhance is giving very high TDS water...after repeated complain the technician is not able to understand the reason therefore is not able to resolve the problem
