[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — the escalation management is very very poor

We purchased Dr. Aquaguard just 2 months back and observed that water was not filling up. We called up the Executive. He sent an Engineer who said Motherboard is gone. We called him multiple times to follow up on the issue. But no response from him. We decided to escalate on it and called the Customer care where the SR was registered and closed though the issue was not resolved.

I found the online complaint URL

but when I submit the SR, it errors out saying invalid SR.

Sucha waste of money, time. I do not recommend this product at all

We are being tossed around for more than 2 months by Eureka Forbes company, not having water to drink as ours is a flood affected area. Aquaguard infinity is what we have, changed filter & we have a 5 year AMC paid up already.

This is not acceptable, request you to immeadiatly look into this matter as inspite of several calls, request numbers, emails they have not yet completed their job.

We have the worst quality Aquagaurd that we bought few years ago and stupid enough we keep extending its warranty thinking that Eureka Forbes is a good name and it might be that issue we face is a special case scenario. But this year we realized the product quality as poor as it is the service quality is even more pathetic. Your service team bluntly say that they are only doing paid services and paid part replacements and would not send technicians for service of in warranty products. The phone calls to customer service team are of no use as they remain open for a period of time and get closed automatically.

While you are advertising your health products you do not realize that their is a health hazard for not servicing those products in time. Not to mention that during Corona times people are staying indoor and a non working water purifier would force them to step out to arrange for drinking water.

Our Aquagaurd reviva is not working for almost a month now when it started leaking. Also, the yearly filter replacement is due since March. Eureka forbes have no regards for a their in warranty products and their customers it seems. It is not acceptable and I require an immediate remedy for my concern.
