It is hard to understand that this is the first ever complaint after installation as I found the water flow has an issue, the technician demanded Rs. 3, 600/-.(The technician was loud on his voice as I have done some mistake)
Referring to a call the next day from Mrs. Alif Khan claiming to be the Owner of your ASP, I was asked if the machine was in working state Rs. 2250/- and if 4-6 months of purchase would be FOC basis
It is Hard To Understand that a TATA product never had such a hidden Warranty clause and an ASP demanding two different figures.
When asked to share terms and conditions on this, was never did.
We request that this be escalated and the water filter be kept working and continued with AMC on the day of expiry.
Secondly, when I asked for the warranty details, I was shared a picture of the Warranty terms and this condition and shared a picture, which I have accepted your Terms and conditions with my sign.
