I had to reach out to you as I don’t have any option to resolve my issue with the Aquaguard I purchased last year. It is under amc and the back panel is broken since 11th May, 2025. I already raised two complaints and checked with customer service care executive multiple times for follow up as there’s no traction on the tickets. All the time they mentioned it will be resolved soon but unfortunately nothing have been done to address the issue. Even not a single engineer is assigned to the tickets yet.

I am sure they are cheating customers and always giving fake promises to customer. Also harassing the customers. They don't have proper escalation matrix.
