Dear Team,
We were informed yesterday by your partner that our AMC was renewed without our prior consent or information, and our code was not entered during the renewal process. Following this, he was unresponsive to our calls.
Later in the evening, he contacted us and assured he would visit on 15th June 2025. However, today (15th June 2025), we have again been informed that he will not be able to come for another 3 to 4 days.
This continued delay and lack of communication reflect a highly unprofessional approach, which has resulted in a loss of trust and inconvenience at our end. Sorry to say but in future we will never buy or recommend any one to buy a such company product who is not loyal to his customer but loyal to their wrong partner
In light of the above, we request an immediate refund of the Annual AMC amount that was paid in advance.
Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
