I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the lack of service under my renewed AMC.
In August 2025, a technician advised us that our filter kit was not working and needed replacement. He suggested renewing the AMC to proceed, so we did. A complaint was raised on 1st September 2025 (Service Request No: CM[protected] and again on 4th September, but no technician has visited or contacted us since then.
Despite repeated follow-ups over the past 2–3 weeks, all we’ve received are false assurances that a senior technician will contact us—nothing has happened.
Meanwhile, our water filter has been blocked for over 2 weeks, and we’ve been forced to purchase mineral water jars from outside, adding to our inconvenience and cost.
We also requested a refund, which was denied — even though no service has been provided under the AMC (Customer ID: [protected]).
As of 25th September 2025, we are stuck in a situation where:
1) We have paid for a 2-year AMC based on your technician’s advice,
2) We are not receiving the services promised,
3) Our filter is non-functional,
4) We are incurring extra costs for water supply,
5) And we are being denied a refund for a service not delivered.
I request that you take immediate action to:
Resolve the issue and complete the service, or
Refund the AMC amount if the service cannot be delivered.
If we do not receive a resolution within 48 hours, we will escalate the matter through consumer forums and other appropriate channels.
