Eureka Forbes — Uv+ro water purifier is not working | |||||
Hi Sir, I bought this product with 16000/- cost on 30/06/2015 and warranty came till 29/06/2015. Till 1 year it worked properly and after that every 1 or 2 months I facing a problem in water purified and ask the money of 300/- every time visit. 1) As per eurekaphobes while buying the product, informed like there are 2 free services but only 1 free happened, this is also big disappointment for me 2) After that service exactly 1 month after there is loose contact in internal wiring problem and water is not purifying again raised a complaint, service person visited and rectified 3) After rectifying the loose contact issue again after month water is not purifying and then again I raised a complaint, service person visited and asked us to change the filters and taken 5000/- 4) Exact again 1 moth after mean water is not purifying and raised a complaint and rectified after 20 days (with one more time calling to customer care) - req number[protected] Jan 2015) 5) Again mean now mean (after 10 days) of the person visit again the same problem I really frustrated with this product and maintaining the service charges, every time I am paying 300 bugs to the person. Cusomer care is saying like after warrenty we will send the person and you have to pay the money even the problem is coming after a week he resolved. Please do need full action on this.
