Eureka Forbes — Valid amc o have but struggling to get the service done for my Eureka Forbes water purifier..they are closing tickets at will

I am registering complaint and escalating also from past one month but no service provided to me till date. And service tickets are being closed without attending and with out my notice...what kind of service is this.

Right now my purifier is not working and no one is attended.

Plz either do service or refund my amc amount, this is pathetic service.
