I have received request to renew AMC well in advance. SEsrvice associate called to ask if i payed for the AMC or not as he told me that he will receive incentive. I told him that i already payed for the AMC.
He came and changed the filter in non professional manner. He came with no proper tools. He dint have TDS checking machine and he is not able to fix the water filter which was leaking.
Now i am trying to schedule for last 2-3 weeks for the service and he is not ready to attend. i called the customer service several times. no feedback. i called the Manager from their office, he is not picking the calls from my mobile number.
I asked the company for the refund for not providing for the required service in baner pashan link road. Pune.
