I have been a long term customer of Eureka Forbes .
Last four days water leakage has been observed and we complain about it through call. The person visited and was informed that the problem is in the iron filter/sedimentation filter. As I was in the office, he called me and informed me that he repaired now and iron filter will be changed the next day and he had done his work and sent me the satisfaction code. After coming home I saw that nothing had been done and again I complained, he insisted that I cancel the complaint and I asked him why he had taken the satisfaction code when the work was not completed. He told me that as he attended it had to be shared, after 2 days, he came yesterday and changed the filter and had taken the money, we asked for the bill and he told me he will give it by mail or WhatsApp and nothing has been given till now .he insisted to cancel the complaint. In the evening we saw that water was leaking at higher flow as he had not attached the pipe of aquaguard.
TIll now he has not visited our house after several calls and when I called him, he didn't pick up the call. When we complained about it to your customer care executive, she didn't listen to us, rather misbehaved with us and told us that she can't do anything and she will not take any complaint and cut the call. You can check your record also. This is the service we are getting after paying a huge amount for AMC. We have to call service person from outside to repair the instrument as from last four days, we are not getting filter water And we have to purchase it from outside
When we mailed our complain, we observed that no action has been taken rather they advice us to contact the service person who is not pick up the call.
After paying so much for AMC, this service we are getting from eureka forbes. This is not the first time, previously also we have to face same problem. Was this information helpful? |
