Eureka Forbes — water purifier - amc service not providing

Extremely disappointed with @EurekaForbes service.

I’ve been calling customer care every single day since August 22, 2025, but till now, no technician has visited to service my water purifier.

Even after a follow-up email on Sep 2, there's been zero action.

Please refund my AMC amount so I can move to a brand that respects its customers. The after-sales service in Ernakulam is shockingly poor.

A well-known name like Eureka Forbes shouldn’t ignore customers like this.
