Eureka Forbes — Water purifier filters replacement

My self K.Raghavendra, i have purchased a water purifier of Your brand, i have purchased AMC and requested for replacement of filters. the request has been made on 15/04/2025, till date[protected] no body visited to replacement. i have taken this for my parents who are about 70years age. i have been calling from each and every day for completion of the work. till date no one visited.
i have irritated and got frustrated bacoz of not providing the service, i will escalate this in consumer court, if you are unable to provide service in heart of the hyderabad city. how u can provide service in other ares.
you people are playing with drink water of many persons, we have made payment for AMC still not taking care 1 day or 2 days delay can be accepted but one week, that to im mentioned so many times thay are aged about 70 years least bothered about customers concern.
