[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier machine not working properly

Water purifier is under warranty period, a ex-salesman of eureka forbes came and independently replaced the water cartridges before telling us that he is not a part of eureka forbes now. He has charged rs 2500 for the same, now it has been observed that cartridges are not working again. Machine is still under warranty period now its electronic analog system is not working properly. I am unable to understand whether machine is proper so it should be freely maintain or replaced by company!
