I purchased one dr. Aquaguard magna, and my customer i/ d [protected]. I am within the a. M. C. Of the company, w. E. From 06/11/2018 to 05/11/2020, but sorry to say that the service of the company ls not at all timely & very poor. At present i am not getting water & lodged the complaint before the company through emsil & also through my registered mobile, my current complaint no. Is [protected] dated 15/04/2020, though not yet received any service from the company. Being a senior citizen i am in painful condition as not getting water for drink, though company assured me that due to lock down, service will be delayed and i shall get sevice within 72 hours of the complaint, but 72 hours have passed & till i have not received any service from the company

    The light blinks but stops immediately. No water is flowing into the container. This uv model eureka forbes water filter is used by my parents who are above 90 years old. Item was purchased in nov 2019.

      Hi team,
      Its been 1 month, not yet received the delivery.
      Spoke to the cc executive and had a bad fight as-well. How stupid, you people don't have escalation matrix and call back service even. Surely post my review in consumer complaint forum.
      My friend already ordered and received much before.
      Please escalate this issue and need a managerial call back asap on [protected]. Don't need call from customer care executive orelse situation will be bad.
      Please send me a mail, with approval from your manager, that you cannot delivery and customer need to cancel and book through amazon or any other online service provider.

      Today unable to deliver mail, because o[censored]r site issue ([protected]@eurekaforbes.com). There is no escalation call facility and mail id except this.

        Have to spend Rs, 5000 yearly for filter replacement is not worth for the product.And technician says despite no fault with filter Software is designed by Eureka Forbes such that filter need to be replaced after 5000 litre.Good way to exploit customers.Product not recommended.

          water purifier machine not working properly

          Water purifier is under warranty period, a ex-salesman of eureka forbes came and independently replaced the water cartridges before telling us that he is not a part of eureka forbes now. He has charged rs 2500 for the same, now it has been observed that cartridges are not working again. Machine is still under warranty period now its electronic analog system is not working properly.             aquaguard nova- under amc - no service/ response in last 12 days

            No service provided for my water purifier under AMC despite many complaints from 30th March 2020. As everyone knows water is essential commodity and it is highly deplorable that company like Eureka Forbes is not honouring commitment to serve us....

              After turning on, blue light blinks and then gets stable. Which is normal. Then green lights appear which is actually for purifying so that is also normal and then blue lights becomes stable. So far so good. Now suddenly my purifier starts green light on as stable. Why is it that? I am sure this is a problem. I have already logged two customer complaints but of no use. They don't even know the reason. So disappointing with the service. Please...

                After being patience for 2 to 3 months i am reaching you guys. First i am not at all happy with the level of service the guys are giving.

                Paying almost rs:5000 per year as amc and literally begging you guys to give the support. Since 2 months we are getting continuous issues and water is not getting purified. Whenever i raise request it will be minimum 10 days to give the support. The technician will come and he will do basic work and finally he will say this is how the purifier works because the tds level is more than 1000 and he will say we can't do anything on this.

                Understand about covid-19 if they attended the request on time it could have resolved. Since 2 months i am buying water cans and for another 2 weeks i need to continue as my water purifier is not working. Does this make any sense paying yearly amc for you guys and since almost 2 months i am using water cans.

                Who is going to give the money for the 2 months water cans.

                What is need for raising the requests to track the work the technician is doing. Still i wonder what the manager's are doing and don't they track the requests and technicians?

                So after seeing all these i want to go to consumer court

                Not at all happy with the service given by Eureka Forbes and i will stop using it and decided to go with some other comapny.So i need my AMC money back.
                Sir, I am the Ex Service men of INDIAN ARMY. I use a Aquaguard genius model last 4 years but any time we did not get satisfied Service by your company.                   Our aquaguard reviva water purifier is under amc since we purchased. It was working alright till 16/3/2020. We renewed our amcon line on 13/3/2020 for two years by paying rs 7750. Your technician came to our home and changed all cylinders of water purifier. After two days the water purifier stopped working. The motor is running and no water is comining from outlet pipe. Water is filled in the tank without purified.
                  Moreover we have fixed forbes softener cylinder (Softener by paying for hardness) two years back as advised by your technician by paying the amount.
                  Due to small crack in the lid of the cylinder it started leaking. Inspite of several complaints it is repaired/lid replaced.
                  Please look into the matter and get our water purifier repaired.

                      The aquagaurd was serviced by your service engineer mr sadab khan (M no [protected]) on 11th march 2020. After that outflow of water was more instead of inflow. Agaian telephoned him to rectify the problem. He was unable to come due to lockdown. Now the motor is not pumping the water for sorage and completey sopped. Therefore it is requested to do the needful and rectify the problem;

                        I purchase acquguard ehance 9 month back now it is showing red light they told me to change filter which cost an amount of 4650 or else they telling me to take amc which cost 4900... According to them within 27 months it will cost me maintained cost of around 15000... While machine cost is 18000... Why they charging spare parts like gold... Exploiting customer after purchasing purifer... At present my purifer is in warranty so cost of filter is 4650... Once it go out of warranty it will cost around 5000... Including service cost. I want to know why ur spare parts are costly like gold... Y u exploiting customer after purchasing of purifier. A middle class family cannot afford ur purifer... If possible plz take my purifer back i can't maintain ur purifer at this cost... I suggest a poor and middle class family never to buy their purifier... They know customer have no option other than buying their spare parts... Now i am stuck in... Trouble... No option left...

                          Aqua gaurd water is not flowing. I tried to check the water connection. Water is connected. Called your contract technician. He said the company is closed and i can only lodge the complain via the website and hence this is the complain. It is on service contract with your company.                             The ro unit sl no [protected] of eureka forbes presently under amc from period 26/4/2019 till 25/4/2020 in the name of pijush sengupta aganist payment of rs. 4355 vide contract receipt no:[protected] dated 15/4/20119. The said water purifier ro not working and the representative of eureka forbes on requisition of service contract visited today and inspected the condition.

                            I am now being asked by the representative of company who visited today that the present amc is almost likely to expire within a month time so i have to pay the next amc amount first to get the work done despite the fact that the present amc still in force till[protected].

                              trendy nano vacuum cleaner hose connector.

                              Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

                              The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

                              Please help me with this issue....

                              Dear sirs,
                              I own reviva aquaguard system at my home. Your technician visited me for servicing the equipment on 15.03.2020. When i asked him for tds value of water, he replied that it is good as bisleri water. I then got it checked from a private agency and i was shocked to know that the tds value of water was found as low as 6 (Six only) which is not acceptable from health point of view. Therefore i request you as under;

                              - please depute your technician to increase the tds of water
                              - visiting technician should always have the tds meter with him in view to satisfy the customer after servicing.

                                Guys, pathetic service and fraud i have ever seen in my life. I called on Eureka Forbes Helpline number and requested for someone to visit my home for getting the servicing done. Person visited and offered an AMC as my product was out of warranty and also recommended me to get all the filters changed on 01st October 2019. Accordingly, I said a Yes due to brand name. Mr. Alok Singh ([protected]) who came and offered me the AMC. When i saw "Maxpure RO Service" mentioned on the bill i asked him about the authenticity and i was given assurance by the person. From last 1 month, i've been continuously trying to speak to people and requesting them to align someone to visit and service my RO. Everytime i get to listen one or other reasons from so called ladies available on number ([protected]; [protected]) Bill Number 4272. Finally lady i nformed me that she has already aligned the engineer by the name of Ashish ([protected]) wherein false information provided to me that he will be visiting for the needful. I've been trying to speak to all above with no response. This seems to be fraudelent practise being done by some external third party vendor which needs to be addressed.

                                To my shock, when someone from the service center called me today to verify my details, he told me that the bill is fake. I tried my level best to make him understand about whole episode wherein he informed that the case will be closed and i may take up the matter further. Totally disgusting... I want proper response of my concern as my money is hard earned money...
