Eureka Forbes — Water purifier - mandatory service not done

My customer ID is [protected]. i have taken Gold AMC for my Water purifer and it is valid till 27th Aug'25. As per the AMC terms, they are supposed to provide 2 mandatory service. As there was no visit, I logged a ticket on 28th july. the technician came and just checked the water purity level and just informed the filter needs change and I have to renew the AMC for that. He refused to do the maintenance service for which I logged the ticket. He said, there is nothing to maintain in the model that I have bought. In that case, why is Eureka forbes mentioning 2 mandatory visits when they take the AMC? I once again logged a ticket - WO[protected]. Same Technician called and informed that until i renew my AMC, he cannot come. The call centre number doesnt work ([protected]). in chat, there is no option to Escalate. Cant even throw the product as i have paid 20K and it is just 2 years old
