Eureka Forbes — Water purifier not being serviced

I’ve been trying to contact the local customer care executive to repair my water purifier in Thiruvanthapuram since 3 weeks. But they staff is gaslighting me and delaying the service inspite of the fact that I have a relevant servicing AMC. Please help!
