Eureka Forbes — Water purifier not working and not able to service my raised request

I had raised a complaint for water purifier not working on April 2nd 2025.
They have not resolved my issue and I had escalated many times in different ways (customer call, whatsapp chat) but no use.
For the past 2 months I was purchasing the water outside which makes harder for me.
I am under AMC plan and I request to replace my water purifier with the new if they are not able to resolve my issue.
Please do the needful
