We had purchased AMC from Eureka Forbes Invoice No.[protected] Dated 07th July, 2022. We have nee requesting for a repair visit since Novemeber month.
We initially filed a service request to address the water purifier's error - fault no. -5 after it had been running continuously for 40 minutes to an hour.
Despite changing a few internal parts over many visits by the service technician, the problem remained the same, and the initial complaint was later closed by service person or service centre without my permision.
and I once more made a new complaint, A service representative came back and informed us that there was a PCB problem. and after few days one more engineer came and replaced PCB with the one he bought (it's not the new one).
After chnging the PCB the things got worse, the purifier stopped functioning entirely and began flashing errors 4 and 7. That service technician promised to bring his supervisor to look at it, but he never showed up and, after a few days, the repair request was closed without my knowledge.
I complained once more, and this time an engineer came and removed the PCB and set up a different adaptor. As a result, the purifier no longer has a display, and drain water continues to flow from it even after it has been turned off.
Once more, the service request was cancelled this afternoon without my consent, so I had to file another one.
I would ask the support staff to replace fix the original PCB / replace the PCB that was taken out and resolve the problem with the proper display settings.
