I'm really pissed off with the customer support associates who are unable to understand the concern.

It has been more than 5 days, and the technician hasn't been turned up for maintenance.

Hence, refund the AMC amount or else, I'll be escalating the matter on Social Media, as I have all the call recordings and there were no calls made to me regarding the same though been confirmed by the agents.

The CX agents need to be coached in call handling. The experience is really pathetic.

    I requested service from the Eureka Forbes helpline on 7th July which was served after repeated request, On that time there were replacement of products- filter etc. which costed me around Rs. 7700/- including AMC. but next day only our filter started overflowing which service agent took 3 days to fix, now again in month of August filter started overflowing, on service request, the service agent came and fixed it but soon in evening it again started overflowing and since then our request is not being entertained. It is just escalated everytime I request them status of request, almost a month, our filter is still overflowing and we are buying and drinking bottled water. So much time and money is being lost in this process, family members are falling sick due to contaminated water. I need refund of the AMC and part change as I have lost trust in Aquaguard- Eureka services. I feel like I have been cheated for the filter part change and AMC too as it was not fixed at first place, it was just a makeshift work that had been done.

      Its been long time no technician visited so far after repeated followup

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      We have been using Eureka Forbes products for more than 15 years. This time we are facing problem of your product of Dr Aquaguard (Water Purifier). We have made complaints several time from 12th September. Till now no service engineer turned up to attend the fault. The complaint number is [protected] (Dated 12th Sep)Another Complaint number is CM[protected]dated 13th Sep).

      We also made several calls and no technician has attended our place so far.
      We have found complaint CM[protected] registered on 13/09/2022 is still in progress.

        Aquaguard Astor RO

        I’ve purchased the aquaguard astro RO September 2021, it started having issues within the few months of purchase, after several calls to the dealer from whom we got (bhakiyam and co, Udumalpet ) who refused come for the service. Even after registering a official complaint no one came for the service. The product is not working now.

        After purchasing AMC, no technician has visited to service the Aquaguard. Only emails are being exchanged with some strange reference number.

          I had recently booked a complaint as my aquaguard service light was blinking. The service person was not cooperating .He was saying he will not do the service since the AMC renewal is due within 10 days. He will do the service post the AMC renewal only. He is also charging for the parts for which earlier aquaguard did not use to charge. When we told him that we will write a complaint or mail to company, he did not even care by saying that we can complaint wherever we want.

            Dear Team,

            After online enquiry, the sales person
            Mr. Parthiban ( Ph +91 [protected] ) came for a demo.

            After the demo, he promised to offer on purchase all for free,
            1. Pre filter ( free )
            2. Two referral coupons worth Rs. 2000 (which I can use during next service)

            I purchased the product.

            The sales person also generated a referral OTP, through backend system. I received the OTP in my SMS, he took this OTP number from me saying that he will pass on the referral coupons.

            It has been more than a month no response.
            Tried calling him multiple times but in vain.

            I am a victim of false promise by Eureka Forbes.
            Please help!

              My aquaguard machine is down since 10th Sept. Complaint lodged with customer care center on 10th Sept 2022. However there is no resolution till kow. Customer care hasn't been able yo give a firm date commitment for sending the technician wvwr after followup on regular basis. Also my AMC is in place still the response is very poor. Requesting you to resolve my query within next 24 hrs or refund my AMC.

                Eureka Forbes has not been sending their Service Engineer to service our Enhance RO water purifier. Service request was first placed on 12th Sep and on the same day a representative came, looked into and said he will come back to change the filters the next day. We waited for him to come until the next day evening and since there was no clue about him, tried calling on his number couple of times but he didn't pick up the call. So, on 14th Sep an escalation was made through IVR but still didn't hear back. Again on the same day evening, spoke to the customer care representative over customer care number and registered the complaint and requested if they can send the service engineer on an immediate basis. Though the promise was made, no one attended to our request even till 15th Sep evening. Again, an escalation was made and asked to attend to our request urgently. But still, we haven't been attended to, for changing the filters.
                Our request is not being attended to despite being an AMC customer and having paid about Rs. 10, 000.
                Since filters are not being replaced, we are getting hard and tasteless water to drink for more than a week now and more over lot of water is getting wasted due to filters not being functional.
                It has been a frustrating experience with Eureka Forbes not being efficient in their service. We have been using Eureka Forbes water purifier for more than 15 years but unhappy about their service. Even in the previous AMC, we were promised that they will come and service voluntarily every 3 months and we were also promised of some goodies. We neither got the goodies despite the follow ups with the one who got us the AMC nor the regular service.
                Looks like Eureka Forbes have given up due to lot of competition in the market thinking they won't be able to survive and hence have forgotten their customers as well.

                  Bought Eureka Forbes Water Purifier in April and from the first month i had registered complaint regarding filter membrane which resolve in a week. Again after every alternative 15 days having same problem. In 9 July 2022, Registered a complaint and requested replacement. Now in September I'm dealing with same issue . Every time customer care executive saying we will resolve the issue soon .

                      I had taken AMC Contract for water purifier from aqua guard Eureka Forbes. From last 11 days i have registered my complaint that purifier is not working next day technician has visited the site and replied that mother board is out of order i will come tomorrow and replaced it. 10 days has been passed but still our purifier is not repaired whenever i contact they replied pls have patience we will get touch u with as soon as possible.
                      So please help how can i raise my issue.

                      Water purifier booster model Aqua guard is not working. One yr contract of AMC COMPLAINT REGISTER on dated 2/9/22 nearly 11 days has been but machine is not yet repaired.

                        I thought this was a trustworthy company but it has turned out to be fraudster too. I booked a complaint by calling their call center and they sent a Technician(email from Eureka Forbes with Technician name) over the next day. I bought an AMC and he said that the invoice will be delivered in 24 hours time.

                        Now after 10 days and constant follow up they are telling me that I should get in touch with their Technician directly and resolve the issue!!!

                        What a horrible, useless customer service. This is the last time I have bought their product and I will tell everyone of my friends and acquaintances never to buy a Eureka Forbes product!!

                                I have made several calls to Eureka Forbes since 2nd September but there technician has not visited my place yet. My RO is under warranty and AMC. Every day they tell me that the technician will visit today but it doesn’t happen. I’m incurring Rs. 500 a day on Bisleri water. I’m very dissatisfied with their pathetic service. I want reimbursement of the expenses that I have incurred as well as want my RO to serviced quickly. Made a huge mistake to buy this RO. Worst company with pathetic service.                                   Logged a service complaint with Eureka Forbes customer service 7 days ago that my product is not turning on. No response and no progress. Worst experience ever. I escalated the issue twice and this is all I get as response but nobody contacts me about fixing my damn product.

                                    I have never experienced this kind of customer service ever, no timeline adherence, no responsiveness, only fake promises. I have a 2 month old Water Purifier which has stopped working, I contacted the customer service on 3rd of sept, they told me a technician will visit by eve or next morning. There was no call or any kind of contact from their end. Again on 5th Sept I call back to check on the status and guess what they say???? Your complaint was not properly registered, well i recived the complaint number so how is that possible?? But nevermind, they said they have registered now and a technician will be there in next 24 hrs. Cool Great. Today is 10th September, no sign of technician. I am soo done with this fake promises now and feel like giving up. But what to do, I've paid for my product and used just for 2 months so have to get it fixed, hence i called back again demanding them that i want to talk to some higher authority, she said she will call me back in 30 mins, tbh i don't believe it coz they have left nothing to trust them for.
                                    Oh and ya, they also say that they have put the matters as emergency, god knows what's their definition by emergency.

                                      I had raised a complaint after my aquaguard filter started leaking water on 01st August 2022. Since, then, The technician comes, tells me this part is not working/damaged(First:-Pipe in back, Second:- Pump, Third:- PCB). They are going to request the part and then they will replace. Each Part took respective time(Pipe:- 10 days, Pump:- 15 days, PCB:- 20 Days). All this while, I made sure that my machine don't stop working despite leaking so much water so I have ability to have drinking water for my family. The PCB in particularly took large time, for which I have to connect with Call Center, Regional Head and Service Center representative everyday. Now, I get to know that the PCB that came was not correct and this service center got to know after they took my so far working machine to their office. Now, I don't have machine for which I have an AMC of 3 years. They can not resolve a simple leakage since a month and half. I have connected and escalated my complaint on all Channels(Whatsapp, Call Center, Email, even Calling Service Center also). I see a clear lack of expertise and commitment from the Servicing team as a whole.
                                      I would sincerely request to please refund the AMC and the machine back in working state.
