Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself salil warekar bought a new water purifier from Amazon, but due to some reason I received my product late from Amazon vendors.
After I called to technician to install the purifier but they visit and after checking they said product is faulty meanwhile my return period was over. So I request you take necessary steps to provide me new product as early as possible.
Meanwhile a week ago sending message to concerns staff but no response. So I expect good and effective response from your side.Awaiting for your prompt reply.

    Comapliant raised october for which techician visited and promised to visit in two days with spare. after nearly two week visited and told company running out of spare and will take another week. mean time collected charges for visit and again in novemeber last week visited and half work done without out put of water. know not lifiting the call. plz short out the issue

      I have paid for AMC and raised request to change filter and no one resolved the issue for months now. I have escalated the complaint many times in phone and mail. Still no one respond to me properly. Very frustrated with eureka Forbes service support. Complaint number CM[protected]

        I have raised service request to repair my aqua guard on November 30 2022 . Still no technician visited (dated 14/12/22). The product under amc as well. I made many call to customer care. No proper response or action. Cust ID.[protected].. Eureka is doing worst customer service i think. No proper channels to resolve their products issue..the interesting thing this the assigned technician put my mobile number in block.

          I got the candles of the Aquasure water filter changed on sunday 11.12.2022 through the service person of Eureka forbes, Mr.Vinod reddy.. However, after he left, we noticed that water is leaking from the water filter. WE lodged a complaint through Eureka Forbes asking the service person to come and rectify the problem on 12.12.22. However, till date nobody has come which is not proper. Please instruct them to send the service person immediately.

            I have raised the service request for water purifier service on 30-NOV-2022. But till today nobody for the Eureka forbes has not even called me or even not visited for the service. I have called the customer car multiple times and every time they say as soon as possible our technician will call and they your complaint has been escalated. But till today(11-DEC-2022) there is no response from them.

                I have purchased Aqua guard Select Classic + Hot water purifier on 17 sept 2022 from the authorized sales representative of Eureka Forbes.
                Within 3 days of the installation, the water has starred leaking from the machine. After visiting the technician, he has told us that the machine is faulty and will have to replace it. After 3 to 4 days the machine got replaced and re installed.
                To my surprise after a month the same problem of water leakage has started with the 2nd machine as well. Once again, the technician has visited and told us that one of the part of the machine is faulty and it needs to be replaced. It took 3 to 4 days to get the part replaced and after replacing it, the problem is still persisted. Once again technician has told us machine is faulty and it needs to be replaced. Now it is almost 10 to 12 days, neither the water purifier is working nor it got replaced and we are getting the mineral water daily from outside.
                Who is responsible for installing the faulty machine and for such unauthentic / untasted products. Who is responsible for mental harassment to the customer and who will pay the water charges for getting mineral water outside for 12 days and more…..?
                What kind of quality checks are made before certifying the machine is ready for installation ???
                How can I trust that new machine will not have again the same problem ?
                As my trust and faith has breached, I would like to return the product and asking for full refund along with water charges for 15 days and compensation for mental harassment.

                  I purchased Aquaguard water purifier lat 4 months back, last month this water purifier was not working since 25 days, I complained 6 times to customer care, but till now no response, I never seen like this bad service

                    AMC policy cancellation and refund

                    I own a ro water purifier from Eureka forbes- Aquasure Maxima+. My purifier stopped working around 23 October 2022 I called in the technician he told my purifier's pump is not working and I busy the AMC policy my repair and spare parts will be free of cost. I bought the AMC policy online and after buying the AMC when I called the technician he denied that the repair will be free and I will have to pay around ₹3500. I don't want to pay that...

                    I have at least sent 5-6 email to the customer care of eureka forbes
                    regarding the service complaint of my Robo Lvac. Only once a technician
                    visited and assured that my Robo will be replaced as it is not working and
                    it is under warranty. But later he refused to pick up my phone. Eureka
                    Forbe customer care always provides me a new reference number and assure
                    that a technician will visit and my Robo Lvac will be serviced but no one
                    has visited except the first in last 50 days but interestingly Eureka
                    Forbes does the same thing, provides me a new reference no and assures that
                    a technician will visit.
                    But no one is visiting.

                      I have registerd a complaint with Erekha Forbes on Security device and Robo vacume cleaner. 11 days over and no response. Multiple times called and always they say escalated. Its very frustating.

                      I feel like throwing the devices on their MD's face.

                        I have been requesting for filter change for my RO for 2 weeks but no proper response came after I extended my RO warranty. Before extending the warranty I was assured by company customer executives and technicians that I would get services fulfilled within 24-48 hours but after extending it feels like a scam. I have been requesting a tentative date but still, that was not given. Now the customer executives are not picking up my calls.

                          I had purchased an Aquaguard Nrich model from the Eureka Forbes salesman after believing that the waste water would be only 200ml for every 1L but after installation it is 2L for every 1L.
                          They had said I can return the product and get refund within 30 days if I dont like the product, I raised the request and its been almost a month and still they have not processed it, everyday they are telling me that they will do it today or tomorrow. It is such a harassment.

                            I brought water purifier and facing water leekage problem for third time. Every time when I complain technician come and replace some part but after some time I get same problem.
                            Replaced parts are not good to work for long time, I want better parts to be used or replce the product.
                            I ordered Eureka forbes Aquasure from Wquaguard shield 6 L RO+UV+MP+MTDS Water Purifier from flipkart, my orderId is OD[protected].

                              The product is under warranty period.
                              Since the date of purchase, I faced so many issues with the unit and lodged several complaints. Your service center technicians used to visit and replacing small components. But the problem was not solved. Some one told that it is mother board issue which needs replacement. Another one told that the issue is with filters. But no one found the actual defect. The machine is not filtering water and it is taking hours together to fill the tank. frequently showing red light.

                              I sent several emails to your customer care, but receiving formal replies from them. Even I lodged complaints/service requests, through Eureka App and even escalated as well.

                              Since 2/11/2022, my issue was not resolved so far. Your service center people were arrogant and irresponsible. They are demanding money to replace some parts of the unit, though it is under warranty period.

                              Previously I used Aquaguard classic model for 10 to 11 years and did'nt face any major issues. one the suggestion of your service technicians only I bought this new unit by replacing the old one.

                              I never expected this this type of irresponsible attitude from the Eureka. I don't know why the company and franchise service center are behaving like this. You are driving me to go for alternatives including legal help.

                              I hope this message will reach to correct person or department this time and will get back soon, under advise to me.

                                Eureka Forbes Quick Clean DX Vacuum Cleaner with 1200 Watts is in warrnaty
                                *I am lied by the service centre representative stating that I shall be delivered with a new vaccum cleaner, since the current one has a fault in the motor.
                                *I have been returned the problematic vacuum cleaner, without repair due to the above mentioned promise, and the otp of resolution was extracted from me by manupilating me to the new vaccum cleaner delivery.
                                *I have also escalated the same thing to the customer support through numerous phone calls and e mails (also escalated to the ceo help desk).
                                *In all the trail mails, I am only assured that my request has been prioritised but no action has been taken yet.
                                *The ceo helpdesk team has also blocked my messages.
                                Need help to sort this out.
