I have purchased a water softener model no. AWS C2500 DX on 30.10.2023 under invoice no.[protected] and the same was installed 2.11.2023. On 8.12.2023 i noticed the water received in tap was fully salty which can not be used. it appears the output water mixed with salt used in the softener for regeneration. I also doubt that regeneration is not taking place. I called the compliant registration number[protected] and i was told that my product is out of warranty which I clarified to them that the product is one month old. A compliant was registered on 8.12.2023 under complaint no. CM[protected] and same day n
ight received a message that my service request was cancelled without attending the compliant. Again registered another compliant for the same issue on 12.12.2023 under SR No. CM[protected] and till today the 17.12.2023 no technician visited despite several calls and escalating the matter. I purchased your product for Rs. 70, 000 which I am unable to use due to lack of service support from your service team. I called the sales agent Sathish to help and nothing happened. Whenever I call for compliant registration your agents are telling me that the product is out of warranty which is surprising. I am totally unsatisfied with the product and request that the product to be replaced or refunded immediately. Hope Eureka Forbes will respond to their customers.
