Eureka Forbes — Wather purifier

I have Eureka Forbes water purifier and have AMC for next 3 years.
I raised a service request on 11 May 2025 and did raised the 2nd request on 7th June. But no one from Eureka Forbes attendded the request.

The escalation machanisum is very poor and they are always saying did a follow up reminder but no resolution even after 2 months. Did multiple followup through call center and whatsapp, and no use of it. I spent 6.8K and Eureka Forbes cheeted me after getting money.
