Eureka Forbes — Worst Customer Service

I made an order on line for Eureka Forbes Compact Aqua guard Product on 18th Jan 2015, I was assured that my product will be delivered to me within 07 days, I also got mails confirming the receipt of my payment. They provided me with my customer Id, invoice number and transaction reference but till today I have been running from Pillar to the post trying to call all possible contacts of Eureka Forbes and most of them either cannot find or trace my order. I keep on getting promised that someone will get back to me within 24 hours, but in vain, no one actually calls back. It is becoming very frustrating calling those call center agent giving same details again and again listening to same replies getting customer complain number and still not getting actual response in terms of the product. I need someone responsible to reply me with confirmation of my order, as well as the mental harassment, mishandling of my product order and ill-treatment that I have been going through for last five days
