I purchased the Gold AMC Plan for my Aquaguard water purifier from Eureka Forbes Ltd. on 10th September 2025, with full payment of ₹4999.
As per the plan, a technician visit was scheduled on 10th September between 2 PM to 3 PM, but no one visited. I have followed up multiple times with customer care, but there has been no response or resolution to date.This lack of service after payment is highly unprofessional and causes inconvenience.

I request the immediate arrangement of the promised service, or a full refund. I[censored]nresolved, I will pursue this matter through the Consumer Forum and other grievance platforms.
