I purchased Anual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eurekaforbes for my Aquaguard RO water purifier through on line on 30-Sep-2023.
Mandatory Service ticket got created and allocated to the technician Rathod Yuvaraj on the same day.
During the previous visit, the same technician suggested taking AMC or new PRODUCT purchase through him so that he will get incentives.
In Spite of it I purchased AMC through online unintentionally on 30-Sep-2023, as the current AMC is going to expire soon (01-Oct-2023).
AMC mandatory service ticket allocated to the same technician as he has been allocated to our area. The technician intentionally put the service on hold for more than 18 days as I did not purchase AMC through him.
From 1-Oct, I raised complaints and escalated the ticket daily due to no service. It's been more than 19 days, till he did not attend the service.
As the AMC expired, the device gave trouble and did not give purified water. All of our family is suffering from throat infection due to this. Was this information helpful? |
