I purchased Robovac n mop from an authorised store for Rs. 19, 700 in Feb 2022. This product has 1 year warranty. Even though its a fancy item, I had much of a good use in my home coz it cleans the floor automatically, thus reducing our intervention as my wife and myself are busy. It had a feature that if the battery is low, it should return to the charging station. In April 2023, i.e. in 1 year and 2 months (just 2 months after warranty) the machine stops functioning in the middle of cleaning. It stays at one place and shuts down and does not return to its station. I complained the same and a service engineer came in after 2 weeks of registering the complaint and then took the machine with him. I did not hear anything from them for over a wee, so I called in to know the status and they said its motherboard had a problem and thats they have ordered a new one and will cost some 7k Rs as the warranty expired. Even though I wasn't happy but I told them to continue. Again after 1 month I did not get any update so I put up a CEO escalation. I got a "copy paste" reply from them that they are looking into matters and bla bla.. but I am not receiving any update. Then one day again I called and the service centre said they had issues getting the parts but now they found one in Chennai and will repair it asap. After that for 3 weeks no response. Again I called them and they said the new board was also not working. Remember "I had to call them every time and not a single time they called me for the update". Anyways I asked them what next step was they said they will go for refund and then refund would be 50% depreciation of the product before GST as it was out of warranty (in just 2 months). I mean really?? I had a water purifier of the same company and in 8 months its motherboard also got damaged and was replaced. What is it with Eureka Forbes and their motherboards??? This is pure cheating by the company putting up cheap components that would last only till the warranty and then scam people of the money by saying it is out of warranty. I got only 9k Rs as refund. Rest of the money gone. I would like to let everyone know never to use Eureka Forbes products again, and I am sure I won't.

Since no one has come forward for at least an apology, I am moving forward the application to Consumer Court. They will receive the advocate notice after Onam holidays.

    Existing service contract valid till 2025 was paid for yet no service technician attended to priority 1 complaint (water filter not working at all) raised on June 13 and visible in the Eureka Forbes portal. Escalation was raised (email is available) yet still no technician came in. I was left with no other alternative but to enrol a fresh service partner on a 1 year contract. Eureka Forbes should therefore either reimburse this payment or extend my contract by 1 year

      On 22nd July-2023 from Eureka forbes a person came for maintenance check and for water filter change .so for AMC renewal he suggested for 2 years, and i carried payment through Axis mobile app using UPI to Eureka forbes AMC for which amount of Rs 9100/- was debited from my account, but from eureka forbes site it showed as a failed transaction, so again after few minute again i done payment through Gpay and it was...

      I had registered my complaint on 26/07/23 requesting service. They took 2 days to give a first visit and even then the problem was unresolved due to parts unavailability. After continuously calling the customer executives for hours the technician visited again and replaced the problematic part but there were some other issues of sensor and water overflow. He promised to resolve the issue within 48 hrs and the rest is history. I have tried each and every escalation level upto the CEO escalation but I receive the same hollow promise but at the end of the day there are no visits. The fact that I have reached this forum reveals that I have exhausted all methods and the issue still persists.

      I am insured under the AMC but it is of no use if no one comes to service the machine. We have been surviving on bottled water for more than 10 days now and I see no sign of getting my machine serviced. If there was no AMC I would have got my machine serviced from a local technician who would give a visit the same day of the complaint and values his promises.

        I am Using Eureka Forbes - AQUASURE SMART WATER PURIFIER Customer ID - [protected]
        I have Purchased AMC for the Eureka Forbes Aquasure purifier that I now use. I have been Facing Terrible issues that i would mention it below,
        1) The purifier stopped working due to a PCB fault, and I have complained about it several times since 28 July 2023 . It has been seven days, and I still haven't received a satisfactory response from the support staff. The Service agent hasn't visited my home to check the problem. They are acting impolitely while keeping the situation from getting worse. After seven days, they are now claiming that they do not have the PCB for that Model. If they do not have any spares then they shouldn't promote AMC for the current model purifier. And they should be responsive enough about the same. Because of this my family is facing lots of issues related to water unavailability.
        2. They have engaged in dishonest behaviour. The AMC offers two free maintenance services, but up to this point I haven't taken advantage of any of them. However, now that I've checked the status, it shows that I have claimed one service. how is this possible? This is completely fraud. Hence, due to all this issues i would like the request for the refund of the AMC amount as early as possible. and resolve my issues.

          I purchased AMC for water purifier for 2 years and the company promised 48 hour repair resolution. Already 9 days completed but no response. When contacted support, they are telling that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours from day 1 of my complaint but there is no resolution yet.

            I purchased 2 year AMC for water purifier worth Rs.10000 approximately from 29 August 2022 to 28 August 2024.
            The company claimed that they will provide 48 hour priority service for repairs when AMC is purchased. Even today, their website says so. I booked for a repair on 19th July and there is no response from any of the technicians. When contacted the support team they are telling that they escalated the issue and it will be addressed in 24 hours. 9 days completed and no technician visited for repair

                Raised a complaint (CM[protected] on 22-Jul for engineer visit to resolve leakage issue on Water purifier but still no one visited(though i got sms that engineer will visit in next 24 hours).
                Contacted customer care desk many times but no support provided yet.
                Even requested a call back from escalation contact but that also didn't work.

                Seeking help for resolution.

                  For my water purifier under AMC, I have booked a service request (CM[protected] on 10.07 2023, but they have closed it without attending and requested feedback.I informed them that it was not attended, and on 20.07.2023, another request was raised (i.e. CM[protected], which was not addressed until 23.07.2023. Whenever I call customer care, they simply tell me it will be dealt with as a priority. I'm just fed up with such responses. This is not the first time they come to visit us at the time of renewing my AMC, but no one ever comes back.
                  This is how they are taking our hard-earned money; they are cheating us with the name of an AMC service. There is one service provider named Arpita from Guwahati who renews me AMC every time without doing anything for me.

                      We are escalating with a deep regret suspecting Very Big Fraud in the service section as assigned service providers are not giving priority to assigned complaints & spoiling the brand image of Eureka Forbes.
                      Having faith in Aquaguard products, a year back we had bought Aquasure Prime UF+UV water filter from one reputed electronics store Digi 1 at Kalyan West.
                      After one year immediately the service provider renewed AMC & took standard charges. Since last one month the unit was signalling issues however not taken seriously considering water issues at our end.
                      Last week we contacted AMC area service provider M/s Sai Shraddha who deputed Technician for complaint resolution. During this service he removed one part saying it is not required & you have been given an old model. This was a surprise to us & we kept informed service provider coordinator Ms. Kavita.
                      Since the last five days we have been spending on mineral water as the deputed technician could not streamline the filter issue. Initially we tried Ms. Kavita for urgent resolution who showed very reluctant, careless approach & did not respond to our calls, messages & never deputed a senior technician to attend to our concern.
                      In the last couple of days it was experienced that Tele call center /helpline representatives are helpless after registering several complaints & senior service team at Eureka Forbes are also not willing to look into the problem though it is considered to be escalated several times.
                      It's very surprising to witness how market leaders in the water filter segment can tolerate the irresponsible approach of such service providers who are trying to spoil the brand image. In our view such service providers & representatives are to be blacklisted if EuerkaF really wants to retain their market share.
                      At least those who have been under AMC shall be respected as per company values & vision.
                      I request Digi 1 kalyan sales team & authorities to look at the difficulties customers have to take while dealing with Eureka Forbes products & it can be new learning for your branches where we blindly promote such products.
                      We hope the customer care team will take positive note of this & some senior team will respond with responsiveness to the customers like us.
                      Some big bad governance & practices cant be ruled out in the service division.

                            I have renewed by AMC but no technician has visited my location, on calling the customer care they have the same dialogue and they can't provide any information. What is the use of customer support if can't resolve my problem. It's already been 1 week and no one has come. I am tired to contact the customer support for any update because they speak like some robot that have the same dialogues. This has turned into a nightmare now, the company charges us hefty price for amc and in return they do not provide any service.

                              I purchased purifier from amazon, for installation eureka Forbes team delayed in installation by 1 week even commitment was to install in 47 hrs. After this within a month purifier is not working so i have raised my concern with their team through application. Even after one week i didn’t received any response and not getting proper service after n number of follow up and escalations

                                  I have bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner drift cord on 17/10/2021 from croma DB mall Bhopal also croma have sold me ongosite policy[protected]
                                  for two years .

                                  This piece was defective i have maid complaint on 27/08/2022 to anand services your service provider & croma bhopal but no response from their side afterwards made complaints to
                                  eureka forbes in oct 2022 due to non availability of part this complaint was closed on dec 2022 with some jugad type of repairing
                                  although i have requested to change the piece.

                                  In march 2023 same problem arises again & i have made complaint which was closed without solution and since then this machine is out of order n lying in home

                                  again i have maid complaint third time which was closed without solution

                                  Now, finally, the fourth time I have taken the complaint number WO[protected] dated 23/06/2023 from the eureka help team again with no response and I am feeling cheated by eureka forbes.

                                  My humble request to change this piece of machine and provide me with a solution .

                                  This is my last hope, otherwise I will go to consumer forums on social media for sure .

                                  Croma have also cheated me by selling me a wrong insurance policy

                                    CM[protected] DT.5/7/2023 Stil not resolved. Please find a photo attached herewith in which the purifier inside is showing the magnet and some loose wire connections. Probably the technician Majji Anand dismantled the connections and as harassment he is not attending the service. I feel his action needs strict punishment. fifteen days passed and we are without filter water for drinking. Spent nearly 2000 rupees purchasing drinking water for the family. There is no collection of filter water in tank but water from outlet passes in a low stream. I request the authorities to resolve the matter as soon as possible by sending a good technician. Don't send Majji Anand as he disconnected many things in the purifier and went away. His action in this regard is unpardonable.
