This company is a fraud and looting lot of innocent job seeker. They took a registration fee of rs 5400/- from me promising me of immediate opportunity in cmm 5 level company but as soon as your payment is done, they are gone, no such opportunities exist. You get few totally fictious interview schedule mail and sms after one month but without any details and always at a same format, with no job description and information. I am 100% sure they are fraud and how they are willingly looting so many o[censored]s is a surprise. Hope somebody punishes this company for good and nobody more is cheated.

Few days back i got to know about the cosultancy which is providing job. When i mailed them person called zaffar has mailed me back and called me so many times to make the payment of 5416. He was making me to do payment as soon as possible and if possible with credit card. After i paid the fees and enrolled. Zaffar itself sent me the application form of 12 pages. Which i have filled, signed and sent him back as a softcopy. From the time, its being a month, when i am calling the number [protected] which zaffar gave me saying its his number, a lady is picking and every time she is saying he is out or will make him to call in 10 minutes. And today also when i called she said he is out for lunch when i said everytime it is happening she simply cut the call. And now no one is picking the call. I sent number of mails too, but no response on that as well.

It’s been one month i have registered myself for getting suitable job opportunity.

Even since nothing has happened and i now i find myself trapped with another scam company who take money but don’t fulfill their promises.

I would appreciate if consumer forum can assist me in getting refunding from the above company and also wish concerned authorities can take necessary action against such company’s.

I registered in the company "exalt consulting" by paying rs.5279/- on 9th jun, as they promised interview calls every week, so that i can get the right job.

I received from them only 3 mails till now, regarding the interview call. Otherwise there are only mails stating that they have sent my profile to. (Screen shot of mail attached)

First interview schedule mail (That came on 5th july 2017) went to the spam, and hence i missed that interview. It was scheduled on 6th july 2017 at 9.15 in merril technology services india pvt ltd (Address was given). The name of the contact person and his contact no. Was given. I included that mail to my inbox and ensured that none of the other mails from that address are missed.
I also communicated them regarding this and told them to also send an sms in case of any interview scheduled, so that the interview is not missed. (Screen shot of mails attached)

Second interview schedule mail and this time, also the sms, came on 2nd nov 2017. It said that the interview is in syntel office (Address was given) at 9.15 on 3rd nov 2017. The name of the contact person and his contact no. Was given.
Since it was a bad weather on 3rd nov here in chennai, i called up the number and asked him for the confirmation regarding the interview schedule. He immediately said that he will be able to confirm this only after reaching his office and he said that he will call me on the same day to confirm on the interview.
I did not receive the call that day. So, i called him the next day. He listened as if he was hearing me for the first time. So, i had to tell him the whole story again and also regarding the promise he made yesterday to call me back. He then told me that the interview will be conducted sometime next week and he will inform the date and time of the interview.
I mentioned all these conversations in my mails to exalt and also called and updated them.

Third interview schedule mail came on 6th nov 2017 (This time, no sms). It said that the interview is in truetech solutions office (Address was given) at 9.15 on 7th nov 2017. The name of the contact person and his contact no. Was given.

Unethical behaviour identified below :

I) once again, due to bad weather on 7th nov i tried calling the number to get confirmation on the schedule. Now i found out that the contact no. Was the same as the contact no. Given for the second interview as i stored that number of the contact person already. Still i called the number, but the call was not at all attended this time. So, i decided to go to the office anyway for the interview.
Ii) i went there and showed the hard copy of the interview mail to a lady there in the office. She took the hard copy from me called that contact person (Who was working in that office), but she got the information from him that he has not called for any interview that day and their company do not have any tie up with exalt consulting. She also told me that some consultants take the job requirements that they post in the job portal and send it to their registered candidates. She updated this to me and i was sent back without the interview.
Iii) then i returned home and looked at all the 3 interview mails, and found that
A) the contact numbers of the respective contact persons are same in all the 3 interview mails. But the contact names seem to be appropriate and they might be the persons working in those respective companies. (As that lady from truetech mentioned, these details apart from the contact number of the contact person can be taken from any job portal).
B) all the interview schedules are sent to me only the previous day of the interview. (This gives me the suspicion that they just want to show the counts of interview mailers rather than actually arranging the interview.)
Iv) hence, i mailed them regarding this unethical behavior and asked for the refund of my amount on 7-nov-2017, but that mail is not answered. Instead, they are continuing to send me the mails, stating that they have forwarded my profile to.
So, i referred their terms and conditions and found that i have to send the refund related mails to another email id. So, i forwarded the complaint to them and asked for the refund. But they send the mail that i can only ask for refund after 6 months as per the terms and conditions and mailed that they want to be allowed my service to me.
I sent the reply stating that i want to terminate due to their unethical behavior and asked for the refund once again, but the mail bounced back as “undelivered mail”. I resent again, but still it bounced back.
So, no response till now after these mails, and i did not get the refund.

Hence i am registering the complaint. So, please do the needful.

I am a candidate with 7 years of working experience in testing domain i registered with this consultancy on 26th may 2017 and the time until which they have promised to place me somewhere is 3 months, its been 1 and half month, till now not even one interview they have been able to schedule for me. I am looking for a job in mumbai and at the time of registration every person at the consultancy will call at least 100 times to make sure you register by paying 5279 rs, that is it after that noone from the consultancy is bothered to even answer your calls/emails. The first interview that they had scheduled was for a non relevant profile and one more that was for bangalore location although my application form clearly states my job location needs to be mumbai. I have written in total 116 emails to this consultancy including the grievance officer, noone has bothered to address the concern, forget getting a job the contact persons will not even pick up calls at the time you need them. None of the departments in the consultancy has any coordination about anything going on with a candidate also the customer care representatives give false information when you call, i was informed by the customer care executive, mohammed that the second interview job location is mumbai although after me doing some thorough research found that the company where the interview was scheduled does not have any base in mumbai at all, then the placement officer finally confirmed that the job location is bangalore. After i wrote an email to the grievance team about this incident, obviously noone responses, the next day i received an email from the consultancy placement team asking about the review about the interview that i actually never attended because of incorrect work location, hence this shows the lack of coordination, the people at the consultancy dnt even bother to read your emails. When you call the customer care support who do not know head and tail of the candidate's profile, will only tell you to drop in an email and that we will receive a response by the end of day that never ever comes. The consultancy has claimed to refund the registration amount by end of 3 months in case they aren't able to give a job hence its pretty clear that their only way of making money is through interest derived from candidate's registration amount as they are not at all capable of getting you a descent job, at the time of registration they will promise though that they have openings in a lot of mncs and getting a job for an experience candidate is not difficult at all however nothing of it is true as their only focus is to get the registration money from the candidate. Its been 1 and half months of my registration i am waiting for the other 1 and half months to get over so that i can claim my refund, seeing the response of the firm i can surely say getting the money back will also be a great challenge, so i am prepared to visit the consultancy with a legal attorney as they have not left me any other choice. Its by far the worst set up and cheapest organization that i ve ever known, a firm that takes advantage of candidates like us desperately looking for a job to mint money. Please please please dnt waste your time, energy and money considering this consultancy for your job search.

The system will not accept anything less than 1 star which mens that the rating is bad but for a firm like this there cannot exist a rating at all as they are below everything and the cheapest organization.

I am updating this thread to let people know that this consultancy has not been able to get me a job in 3 months, i have filed for refund on 26th august 2017, the consultancy tool 1 month to acknowledge my refund and said that i am eligible for refund on 9th sept 2017. Today is 10th october 2017 and i still dnt see the money in my account. I have sent more than 100 odd emails but there is no acknowledgement. I dnt have any more words to explain how much fraud this consultancy is and how they are making money from the interest earned by keeping candidate's money for indefinite amount of time.

I am waiting for 18th oct 2017 which as per my calculation completes 18 working days from 9th sept 2017 post which i will be filing an fir against this consultancy, its not about the money anymore its about exposing this consultancy in public so other candidates are not fooled/cheated. There has been reports in the past on all leading newspapers about this consultancy being fraud and how they make money by lying to job seeking candidates, somehow they got away with it and now i believe its time again to have the issue reported and dealt with legally so consultancies/companies like this cannot play with people's emotions.

Do not trust the caller and any claims for a job

I have received a call from a person who could be hired for a business development / tele-caller job. After having rejected similar calls in the first few minutes, i must commend the guy was able to hold the conversation as well as my interest and kept me engaged in a call for more than 10 minutes. I promised to get back to him and requested him to share his contacts. A simple google search after i received the email directed me to this site and i am posting my findings.
This is definitely not a legit job services company (My analysis, you can choose to ignore if you have spare cash to share with them)

Read the fine print
Their refundable money claim comes with a clause in their terms & conditions http://www.exaltconsulting.com/terms.html, part of which is as under:

A). Rs. 15, 000/- inr (Inclusive of taxes) is payable immediately after the acceptance of the offer provided to the applicant if the monthly pay package is 49, 999/- or
B). Rs. 25, 000/- inr (Inclusive of taxes) is payable immediately after the acceptance of the offer provided to the applicant if the monthly pay package is 50, 000/- and


Remember there are similar service providers and exalt is not the only one. Beware, do not fall in the trap, work on learning new skills and improving your knowledge. You will get a job

As i have enrolled with exalt effective from 18th aug'2017, as asha kolanji called a lot many times. Mam you need to enroll and you will start getting calls the next day.
I had a discussion with asha before signing the contract and she confirmed that this contract is for 3 months, but now i am asking the end date of contract, nobody is ready to tell me. Then i said give me my refund.
I am getting a reply, read this clause and that clause in the contract. I don't know why they are not telling the last day.

One person sating 3 months before registration. After registration everyone is saying 6 months. Customer support don't take the calls, if by mistake they take the calls, the lady drops my call everytime.

After lot of harassement i am taking this step. As no one is ready to give last day of contract in written as per discussion before registration.
I am not getting the answers for my questions.
Asha is also not responding. Nobody picking up the call.
I am getting mails for interviews which is not at all related to my exp. So what's the use of paying money if no one is interested in replying???

They are cheating people by telling that they will provide very good offers with very good packages. Please don't believe these. I have any my money back from th m. Ecps traps for registering with them and did not scheduled any interview after multiple followups.
It was not even tried to scrutinize profile. When demanded for they are not refunding fee & they are saying that next forms to be filled for refund. No action taken for refund even if it's eligible

I tied up with exalt for job placement month ago however thet seem to be very unprofessional. They make you to tie up with sweet words. But the response is very sad. Also i interview details are sent day before in the evening without JD. I was surprised wen you call them or mail them regarding this there is no response at all and wenyou speak to manager there whose name is michael he gives unprofessional replies as if they are favouring those who have taken their services.

Hi, myself arijeet ghosh, i just wanted to make all of you aware that "exalt" consultancy is one of the worst agencies in the country, initially they have called me so many times to got myself register with them with the promise of getting job within 3 months, it have made payment of 5500, but after that they were not even responding to my calls, they have scheduled my interview couple of times, but the details given in an email was completely wrong. When i have reached the venue there was no such interview scheduled, even the contact person details given in the email was wrong. Such companies should be closed by the government. I will definitely file case against them.

Not returning amount 5000. Daily making new points and saying fill this details. Executive said if you could not get job after 3 month you can refund amount. But after 3 month they said after six month refund even i did not get proper call for interview. After seventh month still not returning amount.
A day i got call from executive and said will provide job with reference in good organization. If you register today next day you will get call for interview. But after registration they did not provided a single call in a month. After that they have provided call, but they have just mail after 6.30 pm and interview time and date next day 9.30. Which is not to reach interview location. No of time i said complaint but they did not follow request. No of times i had called they have disconnected phone immediate.
But my point is when you have committed after 3 month your money will refund then why said after 6 month will refund. Till six month i have waited then should refund amount but still they are making false commitment. If they very professional and sincere consultancy they should return amount. My Name is Hanamanta, on Sept 23rd 2016. I got call from one of Exalt consultancy executive offering services related job. Next day again they made another call for paying service fees & Request fee [Rs 7625], they assured me that, they will be refund amount if they are not finding any opportunity for me.

i have done multiple followups and send multiple mails, but there is no response. Evening i have requested customer care executive to allow to talk their supervisor but they have take request still there is no revert.

I request to take serious action with that company

They were keep on calling me and made fake promises, and didn't leave me until i took membership and pay money in january 2016. Once i paid money no one was calling and keep on sending emails telling (Anyway the role or job nature was not matching for my skill) that they have forwarded my cv to big mncs and those mncs will get back to me if my cv gets shortlisted. I got some hundred emails but none of company contacted me. First they told i can claim refund after 3 months later they changed it for 6 months and after 6 months i had to struggle to fill the form because they are asking to provide all the company details to which they have forwarded my cv (Its really meaning less) and i filled it and claimed for refund in july 2016. No communication from them after that i asked them for updates and they simply said "you didn't attend any interview that we have scheduled so you are not eligible for refund". Why they didn't inform earlier that its mandatory to attend interviews? And how can i attend if that profile was not matching for skill? Many questions to ask this stupid consultancy. Please take some action against exalt, they are cheating and playing with unemployed people and hurting them mentally. Thanks

Exalt Consulting Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. is paid consultancy. Also it is true that it gives job to its candidate but not perfectly because from registration to interview schedule, the work process is very fast and after this God knows what happens to them. The placement or joining process becomes too slow as if you will lose hope on them which results dissatisfaction.

Of-course i was placed by exalt consulting so i cannot say it's a fake company but in the same i cannot forget the incident took place regarding placement. According to my profile i should go to any software department for interview but they suggested me to join in management department and there was an argument between me and their staff very seriously but latterly they found guilty themselves and rescheduled the interview for software department in which i was selected.

They took money from me & promised to send my resume to few companies & arrange job interviews with them.Then they keep sending fake job interview mails. Every time I went for the interview, I found out no interview is going on & the companies don't recognize the consultancy. I called back the consultancy a lot of times, but nobody got back through mail or phone about the complaints. Every time some new person picks up & will listen to the same complaint from the beginning & promise to get back but they never will.
Event after complaining lots of times through phone & email, They dont reply back & they dont refund money. I have all the proof of their mails & recorded telephonic conversations with them. Please help getting my full money back & teach them lesson

Exalt placement proved to be fraudulent company in my experience. I paid Rs.7410/(Rs Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ten only), receipt attached on 20th Oct 2015 and till date(20-Feb-2016), I didn’t get a single call, either from Exalt or from any company where they claimed that they forwarded my profile to so many companies but nothing was true. So i wrote about them in Mouthshut, Consumer Complaints and Consumer Board. Once my review published in all media, they frantically called me, promised my case will be look upon with priority by assigning one SPOC called Ashfaq to me - but even after 3 months i didn't get single email or call from anyone.

But until the complete 3 months period, I didn't get a single call either from Exalt or any Employer. So finally I submitted my refund papers [22nd Jan 2016]. It's almost a month I am following up with them for refund, didn't get any response. But today morning to my surprise I got an email from Consumer Board mentioning my complaint has been removed from their site - as per them I sent an email to them asking for removal of my complaint as my issue is resolved. It was suchjavascript:void(0) a shock to me to realise that these people are not only thieves but hackers also. I am attaching all the relevant conversations I had with Exalt. So please refrain from registering with these dangerous hooligans, otherwise you repent for life time.
