Ecps traps for registering with them and did not scheduled any interview after multiple followups.
It was not even tried to scrutinize profile. When demanded for they are not refunding fee & they are saying that next forms to be filled for refund. No action taken for refund even if it's eligible

Exalt Consulting Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. is paid consultancy. Also it is true that it gives job to its candidate but not perfectly because from registration to interview schedule, the work process is very fast and after this God knows what happens to them. The placement or joining process becomes too slow as if you will lose hope on them which results dissatisfaction....
