I wanted to seek Job opportunities in India on urgent basis as we wanted to settle down here it self. I approached few job consultancy and exalt consultancy placement services as marked with good ratings I decided to go for same. As promised by them, I was suppose to get my refund back in case of finding job from other source. I haven't received my refund of rps 5000/- since 4 months and I have been back of them since 4 months now. I haven't received any update over same. I have been fooled everyday saying that I shall get my refund on end of the month. I tried talking many ways but no success.
Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Just go to [protected]@INSTAMOJO from whom you got your receipt for Payment made for your registration. click on "REPORT AN ISSUE", It will show all your payment details & click on create a case. it will generate one user id & you create password. Then you select an option "SERVICE NOT RECIEVED" & write some thing about the problems faced by you after your payment to ECPS & submit. it will resolve within 7 days time. If problem does not solve, then you may escalate to their ISO AUDITORS who can cancel their ISO certificate. Again for getting ISO certificate from the Authorities, ECPS has to spend lakhs of money. So they will refund your entire money

    Please dont fall for their scam!!
    They will call you and make false promises telling they will refund if you dont find a job/unhappy with services & take your money, ask you to sign a document (please read the terms & condition carefully till last point, it is completely in their favor) send few emails here & there and thats it, their job is done for the money you have paid. They will never refund the money. Very bad service and arrogant. The grievance team is just for name sake, no point having them.

          Initially they called about service witch they told me wrong service then after payment again their website is not working .
          After payment they I called and complain about it they hung up and not receive any call . I mailed also still not received any support .

            I took job assistance service from this consutancy. I clearly told that my requirement but they didnt maintained the data correctly and continued sending stupid irrelevant job requirement. When i got offer on my own they are now showing tantrums in doing refund ( which is applicable as per policy)

              The quicky placement is a fraud website that has cheated me 7000rs...at first they wanted me to send 2000rs for Registration and after that 3000rs for enrollment and at last 2000rs for giving my refund...a lady spoke to me she speaks like a psychological doctor and brainwash other people...pls I want my refund amount 7000rs...

                When they reached to me multiple times they mentioned money will be refunded if I am not getting placed. After they got money they didn't call or inform about any interview scheduled. They sent emails night before the interview is scheduled, even though they knew i was in notice period. It was not even 2 days before. The company's sent were 80% irrelevant to my skills. I replied their emails with my feedback stating not relevant. After somedays the emails were not coming. I got benefits in my current company and I asked them to refund. They are not doing it.

                    Good Day.

                    I have registered to ECPS on Sep'21 for three months (as promised by Malini) service agreement. However, I didn't get any interview calls or email from any of the companies in last three months.

                    Now, I have submitted my refund claim to get back money after three months as promised. But the refund team ( ECPS) stating that " as per clause #4 refund is not possible" at this time. Please note, I have not signed/explained with any of your agreement at the time of payment.

                    The only thing I have heard/promised by the ECPS agent was " after three months your money will be given back, if you are not positioned in any of the companies"

                    Please support me in getting my money and request you to take necessary action on this complaint at the earliest.

                      I have made a payment on believe of their promise. After getting payment they were not reachable and they have confirmed if you are not getting job within 3 months your full amount would be refundable.
                      But after 3 months when I reached them for refund they told me to fill refund form. So I have filled and submitted but after that also they have given me only Rs. 2000 as refund balance yet to get after continous followup

                      Pls be carefull this is a cheating consultancy they are not arranging any jobs or interview only collecting money and after that they will not respond your properly.

                        On 19th Nov, 2021 I got call from MS Priya introducing herself from ECPS a prominent job consultant from Bangalore . She promised that from profile matching they can schedule interview on Monday from reputed Banks but for that you have to enroll first by paying partial amount for Rs.5, 000/- plus applicable tax . Once I checked the company website credential it seems genuine, then a number of repeated call received from different number for payment of initial amount . Which they reduced to Rs.3611/- inclusive of GST . I paid the same on same day . But till then I have not received any call or they schedule any interview with the prospective employers . Therefore I am forced to believe that Exalt Consultancy Placement Services is a fake company and it is cheating the job seeker by taking partial payment .I will lodge the complain with cyber police in this regard . This is quite common modus operandi under which they are operating.

                          Hello Sir/ madam, I would like to file a complaint against Exalt consulting. I was given a call by a lady called Sania. Given all king of commitments about the services and commitment and job guarantee or fee will be returned back.

                          Nothing of that sort happened. I was send offered at 6pm in the evening for next day interview at 9 am. With no JD or any information of the organization. When requested to first share the JD and confirm with the candidate regarding the interview and the availability. It was never heard. After multiple calls and email conversations this was not heard and I did not get any job.

                          After the tenure was over I applied for refund there was no revert. Tried calling them number of times the call always goes on hold for hours and no one comes on the call.

                          After almost a year I got a call again from them to forge me again. Spoke to a lady called Malini and told her everything and she told me that she will come back to me. However, no revert from her as well.

                          Hence I would like to lodge a complaint and want my refund of money from them.

                          Please help.

                            They are not upto mark and not at all professional. They don't have the basic courtesy to call back and respond. like all others have raised the concern even i haven't go the payment back. when i asked they gave false mail id for refund.

                            They have looted my hard-earned money of Rs.5416/-. Gang of professional robbers.

                              Gang of professional cheater are working here. They are using ladies to stole your money. You will not get any job here rather than only advertisement and fake interviews they are scheduled. I got job from my own end. They promised if they are not able to gave me any job refund will be 💯. But now they don't give my money. Only giving excuse. I will raised this incident on higher level. I ll not let them to do cheating things with anyone else. Don't go fr this I repeat don't ❌❌❌❌

                                When I get first time call from ECPS they have told we will go through your resume and we will schedule interview as per your resume and if you get from my side job we will refund the money.

                                When I registered the ecps first 2 week I have not received the call from ecps team, I called back ecps team and they confirmed we are reviewing the your resume we schedule as per your resume.

                                Later ecps team schedule the 3 interviews when I spoke with hr they confirm we are looking for process specialist but in IT industry, but I am from BPO operation team as a process specialist, 3 interviews scheduled not based on my profile, then I spoke with ecps team they said we go through your resume and going forward will update as per your database.

                                Mean while I got call from Accenture, as per my resume I given interview and i got selected.

                                Then I spoke ecps I got call from Accenture, my end I got selected could please refund my back so ecps team told will get back some time but epcs team keep on schedule interviews all most 7 interview scheduled again I called ecps team I got selected Accenture from my end please refund back then they told as per policy you have to wait for 60days.

                                Again I waited 60days but no refund money given, later spoke with ecps team, they given the form update/ Scanned and send.

                                After 3 reply ecps team response wait for 15 days.

                                Now saying we not refund money.

                                  I have been forced to enrolled with this co for job during 26.02.21 and paid for consultation Rs 5400. As per their commitment if no jobs or interview arranged within 3 months so full amount will be refunded. But I was continously following up with them they use to answer we are working on profile we will share the details if any requirent.
                                  Til jun21 end I have got no response thru mail, sms or phone call so I have asked them to refund my amount now their technic started.
                                  They told share urbank details it will be done with 10 days after 10 days when I called them they asked me to fill refund form and submit so I filled the details, while enrolling they have not asked me any details now while refund they wanted all the details such as ur qualification passed out years and marks obtained experience in detailed so I have given all the details.
                                  After receiving they called me u have to write 14 co. Name were ur resume has been shared so I told the. Till 30.06.31 u were telling working on ur profile and now suddenly 14 co name they told this is just for our records u will get full refund after 10 days. Now they are telling we have shared ur details with co but u were not selected so ur refund is rejected. Which is not acceptable.
                                  This is simple trick of cheating person who is searching for jobs pls be aware of this type of consulting service providers

                                    On 25.03.2020 I have registered myself with ECPS Pvt Ltd when I received a phone call from executive Ms. Mari/Maria with Rs 5416. Since then I have not received a single call for an interview and also no phone call. After the time limit, I initiated the refund process ECPS Pvt Ltd rejected the refund. On escalation, they agreed to refund but lessor amount which was not mentioned anywhere before. For the last 4-5 months they are not refunding the amount and just giving foolish reasons on mail and harassing mentally. They are treating me like I am begging for money whereas I have given my hard-earned money to them and they have blocked it for the last one and a half years.

                                    After verifying your details we have procured that your refund is already done in the month of Sep 20th 2021 kindly look into your account

                                    It was clearly said by their executive, the full amount will be refunded if m not selected or got the job by own (all phone recordings can be checked ). Now they are giving a number of reasons to reject. They are saying what about our effort-full amount is the cost for that.

                                    Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] again rejected the refund. They are fooling me for the last many months. Below is the response that they have sent to me by mail.

                                    Dear Mukesh,

                                    It is to inform you that your claim for the refund of introductory fees has been rejected as per the clause number #16 of the terms of the service agreement accepted by you at the time of enrollment after verification of the facts.
                                    11.2 The amount to be refunded shall be determined subject to the process of effort estimation as per the company guidelines. To complete the process of effort Estimation Company may require few documents, which candidates shall submit & co-operate with the respective department. Therefore, the agency will take a minimum period of sixty days from date of application for refund to arrive at a decision. The Agency reserves its discretion in the matter of calculating the amount to be refunded after following the procedures as per Agency norms and policies. It is further clarified that the parameter in determining the amount to be refunded is the effort of Applicant, it is not a matter of right. The decision in this regard, made by the Agency shall be final and binding on the Applicant.
                                    We suggest you to read this carefully and then suggest us how to go about this, We put sincere efforts to get you the opportunities for complete 3 calendar months / 6 months, please suggest us if you expect the complete amount to be refunded then what about our efforts and investment which we have invested on your profile, i hope you understand and help us to resolve this issue.

                                      On nov 19 Maria, Sr. Recruitment Advisor, had sent a mail regarding their company profile, as per marketing she said that i will getting a job within stipulated time but nothing, now i requesting for my deposit, reply from their end " We hereby acknowledge that we had received your form #2 i.e. Refund Form

                                      You will receive a written communication within 15 working days with regard to your refund application until then we expect your kind cooperation which will help us to serve you better."

                                        As we receive a call from the Exalt consulting placement services stating our profile has been shortlisted for the best company opened positions and your profile is shortlisted and best suitable.

                                        Communication will be excellent from them, such that anyone has to believe it's true and enroll with the introductory amount of 5416.00 directly to there web link account.

                                        Not sharing the confirmation email received from the companies has security reasons and demand money to clear for the next steps to proceed.
