We have join exporter india as par below detail platinum+ membership for 1 year invoice no. - 31726 i am pay money for 30/march/2018 till date we have no any information for leads and not start my work support our communication person is mr. Parvez mo.[protected]

My name is hemanth and i run a family business in bangalore and we arealmost 8 decades old company. Our business is very well established and we have already marked our foot prints nation wide. Though one client profile was good enough and our business was doing well but eveyone knows to aquire something than sky is the limit. My company was a free member of many b2b portals like indiamart, ali baba, indian yellow pages, market central, exporters india, etc. Since many years.

On 15th may 2018, i received a call from exporters india team and mr. Ashok mishra was the marketing executive who approached me to get registered for gold membership. He told me that at you are almost 7 yes of free member of exportersindia.com, and there are many unattended inquires have coming to my inbox. He had put up his full efforts to get me convinced to take gold membership and explained me all the benefits including the website hosting, responsive device compatable website, monthly 4 genuine inquiries, front page promotion on google and bla bla bla...
And for that first be said the normal charges for the gold membership is around ₹18, 000/- +-. When i denied that i can't pay that amount for the promotion than he gave me an offer of ₹ 9000/- and promised that i whom her ask the benefits. I agreed and got convinced by his tricky marketing strategy and paid the membership fees of ₹ 9, 000/-.

Very next day early in the morning, i received a call from mr. Ashok mishra saying that my catalogue work and website work has started. I said ok, it's nice and initially appreciated for their immediate action. But during the call, he said that my membership will be of no use until i become a platinum member. He again explained all the benefits and advantages of a platinum member and the cost for that was another ₹15, 000/- when i said that i'll not get registered than mr. Mishra gave me an offer for ₹6, 000/-. I literally eat not interested to become platinum member until i get got buyers lead. But at last i disconnected the pune saying that i'm busy and was not intete to become platinum member.

Now, the actual film story begins, after a number of conversations with mr. Ashok mishra for almost 19days, i receive a call from mr. Ashish. He called me and explained me regarding ssl package and promised to give many benefits where a platinum+ member enjoys. He offered me the package for ₹20, 000/-. When i denied to pay the sum than offered me the same package and insisted me to pay ₹10, 500/- (One time charges for life time) where i can enjoy all the benefits and my website won be secured by ssl layer technology. After a long conversation once again for almost 45mins, i got frustrated and said that ok, i'll pay off the sum and proceed for the package. The same day, i received a confirmation mail stating the overall benefits of the above said package. First, mr. Mishra sent me a mail saying that this ₹10, 500/- will be charged for 1year subscription and had to be renewed every year until i discontinue with my membership. When i questioned about this to mr. Ashish than, mr. Ashish said no sir it was a mistake and will send another email if the benefit which was committed. And i did receive the mail too.

Again very next day early in the morning at 10:00a. M, mr. Mishra gives me a call and questions me that how and why did i agree for ssl package and didn't agree to register for platinum membership? I said that this was just because of continues unwanted calls from mr. Ashish who forced me to go for this. He (Mr. Mishra) than says that, sir your ssl package and could membership is of no use until you opt for responsive device compatible website and promotion on google. (This was already been committed on the first half itself before becoming gold member). He again kept on explaining about the benefits of a responsive site. And for this i have to pay another ₹15, 000/- for life time or ₹ 10, 000/- for one year. When i denied to pay the amount than i openly said that i would not be enjoying all the benefits of hold member and will not her proper buy leads. Listening to this, i tried to contact mr. Ashish who was the person behind this commitment but he was not pitching to my call foul afternoon. I got frustrated and lost my temper and said that i was a very deciplined person and do not want to abuse you. Kindly forget the amount whatever i had paid and i don't want to services from your company and asked him to shut down my website which was already hosted. Listening to this mr. Mishra gave a statement that i'm a indeciplined person otherwise i would have enrolled due responsive site. Now his tone changed and was very rude and arrogant. I lost my temper and disconnected the call saying not to call me once again sir any services.

Therefore, after this overall scene and fake commitments from the exportersindia.com team, i would like to warn and request every single individual and company to be aware f r on such rules of fraudulent employees. These people just come with a perception that how can they cheat the customer with false commitments by showing the big dreams for our own benefit.

Request you all, think twice or multiple times before you register with these kind of b2b portals. Do not waste your hard earned money so easily in these types of fruads.

Jab mujhe service di gai tab bataya apko hum 28320 mai genuine exporter buyer denge but ab total service cost 1 lakh se howe ja rhi h jabki mai 3 year ki service ke liye 40000 pay kar chuka hu
But ab mai exporter india se service nai lena chahate isliye kirpya kar ke mere paisa refund kiya jaye 40 thousand.
And apke reprensetive nai bhi (Roopkishore sharma) mujhse asabhya roodly tarike se baat ki

They said it will be sent within two days, but 6 months is over, we did not receive it.

We require it now. So send it urgently without any delay.

We have not received any single enquiry from exporter india till date. The worst service provider i have ever seen. The employees are worthless. They should not be called themselves as employees. Worthless people. Dont have any manners how to talk to a customer. Never solved the issue and behavior is very rude. This company is fraud. Everytime we used to call them they are ready to fight. Dont have any manners how to talk with the customers.

I paid rs 60000 for year and market people ambar and adithya told me we will get leatast 40lead per month but it's absolutely carrect i'll get 40 leads and all are one month pervious leads and and i will wait 2 days i[censored] have not taken any action i'll go for legally and also i'll go for social media.
Market people only forced me to take service but now they not responding properly

I took platinum plus services for that they give me option to pay total 19000 in two instalments, but after making payment of 12000, they given platinum membership instude of platinum plus, they push very hard at the time of sales and give fake commitment and false promise and none of this fulfill after payment,

I booked the www.exportersindia.com website on december 19, 2017. Lured me and showed the false dreams related to the website. For example, your website will appear on google's top page. Your search will be on google's top page. The website was fixed at rs. 19690. Let me say you give rs 5400 as your website will be booked. I told that your website will be completed in 15 days. I did not have the money, so i said the remaining payment would be given in 1 to 2 months. On 22nd december, the call from his employee again and again offered me that if you make me a payment in today's day, i will give you another benefit. Though i did not have the money, however, i paid the remaining rs 13690 on january 1. I offered you a re-offer that you book your item on top of google but book it, but you can book it at our top on our exportersindia.com website. Then let me say you give 10000 rupees, and in our exportersindia.com website, premium sellar will be written on your item top. I said that i do not have rupees but you have given rs 19690 as a setting. So i can give you 10000 rupees in 2 months. I told him two raktika & brijesh, two workers, wrongly talked to me and booked a website. After that i talked to his manager, radheshaim and called the employee to the office and reprimanded him. Radheyyamaji told me that i am sorry for my employee. After that radheyyamji told me that if you make me a payment today, then you do not have to give me a rupee after giving me rs. 5000. So i gave 5000 rupees the same day by the manager. After a few days, i made a call to me and told me that your v-trust service of 5000 rupees has been turned on. Then i said that i had given rs 5000 for premium sellar. Then i received a call from the manager, and turned the talk round. I told that v-trust service for 5000 rupees came in. After 40 days i said that why does not my website go to google's top page. We do not have the task of bringing your website to google at the top, so google has sent your file to the company, it will take about 3 months. I did not give money to google, i gave the money to the exportersindia website. All the staff members of the exportersindia.com website have lied to me and cheated me. Otherwise, in 10 days, my website should be on google's top page and on top of the premium seller in the www.exportersindia.com. Please return the full amount of my website otherwise; i am going to file a case of cheating rs 1 crore. And i am sending a pdf copy of the conversation in the email. I also have the recording of all these things.

I got a call from mr. Rupesh [protected]@exportersindia.com), requesting to talk to me about b2b promotion. I am already doing it via other platforms and then he started his pitch of false promises that we will provide very high buy leads daily exclusive to one customer unlike other, you will receive daily enquiries, we will develop a website and will do seo for products as you can check for our clients all in for inr 1200. I told them i am not interested and they started calling every day and reduced the price till inr 4500 and finally, i paid them. Afetr 4500 they deamnd 1000 more. I paid 1000. Suddenly i receive a call from a mr. Shiv who informed me that you will have to pay pending charges of the gold package. When i called mr rupesh for resond of pending payment his behovior are rude and cut the phone.

My complaint is regarding exportersindia. I am very upset with their behaviour. Mr abhishek was dealing with me before payment was done but now there is no body who can answer my calls or doubts. I have been calling him from last 2 days but i'm getting no reply. Please provide me responsible sale person. I feel like cheated, and not interested in working with exportersindia because tehre are othere options available.

Receintly, since long time, Mr. Saddam hussain[protected] was interacting with me for explanation of benefits and services for Platinum plus package.

During explaination, he was explained very well about platinum plus package and along with, he explained one example of how they give service in platinum plus package.
he gave us example of vijay agro company which is listed in exporters india. they explained, how they provide efforts to keep promoted company in top in platinum package, for that service, they provided cost initially, 28000, then told by him to finalise in 24000, finally made a deal with 19000 including GST for one year.

we made a payment on 9 Feb 2018 for 19200 in against of his performa invoice # 23878,[protected].

on dated 13 feb, i got a call from executive from exporters india and explained about importance to get on top of the search engine and told there will be extra amount to avail that service. that was 20000 + GST.

I was surprise with that interaction as Mr. Saddam has explained so nicely that all service will be included in that platinum plus packages with 5 premium key words promotion that will allow my website to keep in top of the page like vijay agro. we have kept video recording of all conversation made with Mr. Saddam.

today (19 feb 2018), we got mail from saddam to finalise that extra premium keyword service by INR 14500.00 but the same was already promised by Saddam to give in platinum plus package. and during their call, he never informed us that we will need to take extra package for website promotion. he told us after our payment getting done.

when i called him for that false promise, it was a very rude behavior we faced and he is not at all accepting his mistakes that he promised wrongly or he forgot to tell us that these are premium lisiting that charged extra.

we are not at all convinced for what he promised to deliver and what he told me after my payment got credited.

i am not at all satisfied with their service and their convincing skill. i want my amount return. even now onwards, i will not suggest anyone to take service of this website. totally dis-satisfied.

We subscribed to platinum plus membership for 3 years and paid rs. 23040 as advance and left rs. 15360 for the next instalment. They activated our catalogue subscription for 1 year and 9 months and booked our domain for 2 years which was in accordance to the amount paid but they never made our website live. They are continuously telling us to pay the remaining amount if we want to get the website online. Now, we are requesting them to make the website live for at least 1 year and 9 months for which we have already paid but they said that they will make it live only after we make the complete payment otherwise they'll hold our project and our 23040 will also go to waste. We have already lost rs. 23040 and don't want to lose more. Request you to be aware and refrain from using the services of such fraud companies. They'll just dupe you and you won't be able to do anything about it.

Its a scam company. None of the leads are genuine. They have a team of 5-6 people who talk taking different names. Moreover, whenever you want to raise a complaint with them they will always end up saying the terms and conditions are this and that etc or i am the senior most person in the team etc. Thoroughly disappointed with the entire team! I wish i had never invested with them.

These exporters india thugs first made me buy a platinum package promising high buy leads which will be exclusive to one client, website development, good direct enquiries and seo in this package. As soon as i bought this package for 18000 they informed me i will have to pay 1 lac more for these promised services. So it turned out to be a big scam and they wnated me to put in for money, these scamsters are pathetic and make more false promises. I resisted and didnt pay them a single penny more. So now i have to register my gmail suite professional account linking to my original domain name for which they have the details. But these fraudsters have been promising me to give details for past one month still no luck. The same person changes their name while talking. A person named rohit will talk with another name telling i his senior and then a customer rep sonia will talk from her number as zahida. Hardly staff of 4-5 people who scam with different names. Beware of this fraud and i hope i get my domain details.

Initially we have avail this service as per our budget. After that miss. Ratika try to push us to upgrade this service by putting double the amount, but after clearly saying no to her, exportersindia post wrong leads in our inbox which has wrong contact number as well as wrong mail id.

I regret my decisions of investment in exportersindia as the representatives are abusive, irritating and irresponsible. After taking your subscription they keep on calling you for more i. E. Up-gradation. From one month nothing has been improved no suggestions has been answered. And you want up-gradation.

I am having a terrible experience with exporters india as they sold me one of their products without disclosing the full information associated with it. I purchased one of their packages that provides 4 international leads in a month and also creates a website for our product.
I clearly told the sales executive that i am yet to finalize my brand and once my brand is finalized i will require making changes often to the content of the website depending on how my brand is and how i want to market it.
The sales guy never once mentioned that only 3 changes can be made to the website and for any further changes there will be additional charges.
Now for a new product, we have to make changes for it to suit the market. And now when i tell the customer support that i will need to make multiple changes to the website they flatly refuse and tell me that there will be a charge after 3 changes and they are asking me to purchase their other product that allows multiple changes to the website.
This is hiding information while selling a product and their customer support cares very little about customers.
I have already wasted one month on them and they never come with any solution.
I also asked them to check the recorded lines however they are making excuses and not checking the recorded lines of the company.

I am radhakrishnan m, i had registered with exporters india on 3rd november, 2017 where they charged rs 39000 for marketing my product globally. So i did the payment believing that this would be a genuine marketing team but again they started demanding for extra money for star seller package with complimentary 150pages template based website till 09.11.2020. Now totally i payed 1, 09, 000 rs as 39, 000rs, 25, 000rs and 45, 000rs. And we got the mail from [protected]@weblink.in that "we have recieved your final balance payment". But again nagarjuna ([protected]) called me and demanded for 40000rs and karthik ([protected]) supported nagarjuna.
Now i request you to activate our website or give back my money

I told them i am not interested and they started calling every day and reduced the price till inr 10620 and finally, i paid them. Suddenly i receive a call from a mr. Anil who informed me that you will have to pay other charges for another enquiry.

Even we are not getting any enquiry for the last paid 10620.

I got a call from mr. Rohit, requesting to talk to me about b2b promotion. I am already doing it via othwr platforms anf then he started his pitch of flase promises that we provide very high buy leads daily exclusive to one customer unlike other, you will receive daily enquiries, we will develop a website and will do seo for 100 products as you can check for our clients all in for inr 25000. I old them i wasnt interested and they started calling everyday and reduced the price till inr 19320 and finally i paid them. Suddenly i receive a call from a mr manjeet who informed me that you will have to select a membership of inr 1 lakh if you want us to promote your website and provide you any enquiries and you are visible on top. This wasnt informed previously and i realized its a fraud ponzi company and first they promise seo and website for inr 19k and then they try to loot 1 lakh through more false promises. I dont know how this company is operating openly and government is not taking any action. Their team calls you again and again for investinf money for paypal addition and other frauds and in reality they havent done any work. They had to launch my website 2 weeks back but still havent. This is a fraud team of call centre unemployed people who arr cheating hardworking indian business. I just hope they all put behind bars and justice is served. I want refund but these fradusters completely deny.
