This is related to our company domain verification for creating an email id from zoho.com. Eg. [protected]@regalimpex.in we would like to create this type of email id for which we have already initiated the process of basic registration with zoho.com but it requires doamin verification id & password & some technical detail from our side/exportersindia.com.

We have discussed with technical person of your team a week ago he told us that he will get back to us within 1 hour by discussing with his senior.

We have been associated with you for more than 3 months.

It is sad to tell u that when we were about to take a subscription to your company, about 5 to 7 phones came in full day and good talking about leads, but after making a payment, everything went wrong.

Deepak parmar does not seem to have a phone, no inquiries about the lead asked from your executive,

There was no such idea that such a bad service would be there.

Call your executives to give us the updated lead morning but we also do not get any adverse answers. If all your lead update in evening and night, so we have to continue our office for you at night? And if we want to come in the morning then there is a lead yesterday. If we have an inquiry in yesterday's day lead, there are already inquiries closing. You have not bought back our lead also. We also have an account in indiamart, so they give us lead even 2 minutes earlier.

We have not bought any leads since the 5th purchase so far, and we do not even want to buy anymore.

We want back our money..

In such a way, the business will not spend much time with cheating people.

We find quick and inexplicable answers in this matter.

Exporters india is waste of my money paid. No buyers come from them after taking gold membership. Total waste of money. Please never pay for them. They only speak till you transfer money.

I get many response and also buyers from indiamart whereas for gold membership of exporters india i have paid more than rs 20000 to exporters india is waste

I have never got any buyer from this company. It is purely great loss to me. They are giving false promises

I sarfraz from amr handicrafts products last year i have use your gold membership but i could not get any satisfactory result i was not renuwal sure according your promise. But mr. Subham call me up to last time and my father brother and black male me and promise me that now i will run you business you renue you membership on monthally basic. You can complete your website design and key works according you and from up to 15 days your work will complete but till not no any promise result satisfactory and by subham effected my work each other. Now how can i belive to mr subham he is my support person.

My company got registration with exportersindia 6 months back but still i haven't get any business from their side.

Mr thangaraj approached me to make a business with expotersindia.com. I said i need to consult with my team and i will let him know. He called me today (23/10/2018), i politely said him we have no idea to make a deal right now and he asked the reason. I said we have other ideas of google ads etc. He is rudely asking me a written letter stating my business will run with google ads. Who is he to ask me that? Is that we are your slaves to take a deal whatever you approach with? He is asking me if we are not interested what for i enquired? I didn't enquired i just register. They have't give me any business and now they keep asking to upgrade my package so they can give me business, when they did 1st fraud by convincing me for platinum+ membership they did't tell me that i will need an upgrade in short time

On 22 september 2018, i'm randomly searching onion supplier from india then i found the Soham Overseas contact from https://www.exportersindia.com/ after i send inquiry to soham everseas Mr. Kuldeep send me a text on my whatsaap, we fix a deal for 29 Metric ton onion C&F to doha qatar at 5510$, Mr. Kuldeep ask 20% advance payment which i send him by Bank telex to Soham Overseas account. After he got the payment he didnt reply my email and calls and texts. I try many times but no response, until now his mobile number [protected] is ringing but he didnt answer.

I have started adverting with this company and no positive action from them. Starting three days i have seen thier working was good and for that i have also suggested 4-5 company to join they also taken your acc. Detail and contact but now i will say not to take these services. From the owner to the gatekeeper, they all the same. They knew well what they are doing. They want more more money and never want to your work. I will i adivse all the business men/women, don't you ever waste your money to exportersindia. They will keeping demanding for more. $#*! You all. This company exportersindia.com is a fraud company. They promised me 4 verified buy leads per month and proper creation and promotion of my website but failed to deliver any of their promised services even after more than one months of three year subscription. Complaint after complaint there personnel has same repetitive sentences"we are working and soon you will get results". Shameful and frustrating attitude. I request all business community to avoid this company they are fraud. They will never cater the customer after getting money.

We are started our business 3 years ago as an sme by the name of namho exports. And being women run this business becomes quite challenging for me. So when exporter india marketing team approached me and they like to use to call me 6-7 times in a day to convert into their paid client. After listening to their business proposal, which quite attracts me. I become paid member of exporter india 6 months back.
They offered me the total membership fee is rs 13000. Rs 7000 initially and 4k after i got satisfied and when i get clients and my business will go smooth. But since the day i paid them rs 7000 rs, i started getting a call for remaining payment of 4000. And one of the managers said that it is not in the writing. And if it so it is the mark of condition apply. You have to pay 4000k for profile updation.

They guys took my 3 months just to make 1 small simple webpage.
They said, they will promote us on various social media page - but now failed to do so.
They said i will get 4 verified buyer in a month. Believe you me i haven't got single verified buyer yet.
Their executive will not pick our call in a single go. You have to call 4-5 times to make your complaint file.
When i complain them about the fake inquiries i am getting through, they said our work is to just bring your company in the upfront. We will not provide you with the verified buyer.
My question is that why they haven't told this all things before making the payment. Why afterwards they have to explain everything.
Dear businessman or businesswomen kindly invest your money carefully, it's not about what big is the figure, it's is about a scam and making fools and these guys are easily making fools to the supplier/manufacturer. I request to the board, kindly take some necessary action against exporter india and kindly cancel their licence and shut down their business of fraud. They are addressing the nigerian fraud scam individual. I got 1 inquiry about nigerian fraud senator and when i inquire about it at the indian embassy in nigeria. I get to know is a scam company running and exporter india is promoting such companies without having any investigation. I want justice, i want this exporters india to shut down their fraud business and refund everybody's money to whom they have ruin.

They promise wrongly to drain your money and the asking for extra money o[censored]pgrade package . Totally dissatisfied.
Recently i wasted my 10k. Advice you all do not invest on such b2b company.
Do not trust with positive answers.
Recently, since long time, Mr. Saddam hussain was interacting with me for explanation of benefits and services for gold package.
During explanation, he was explained very well about gold package and along with, he explained many example of how they give service in gold package.
we made a payment on 12 June 2018 for 6000 and 14 June 2018 for 4000 in against of his performa invoice # 43639
After Few days, i got a call from executive from exporters India and explained about importance to get more enquiry and told there will be extra amount to avail that service (Platinum package). that was 22000 + GST.
when i told him for first provide some benefits by current package after that we will think about upgrade package they told in this package you will not get good enquiry, business etc. during this conversation, it was a very rude behaviour we faced and put the call and he is not at all accepting his mistakes that he promised wrongly.
i am not at all satisfied with their service and their convincing skill. i want my amount return. even now onwards, i will not suggest anyone to take service of this website. totally dis-satisfied.

Unprofessional, untrained and ill-mannered staff. Narrate a problem to one, they all will come defending each other without taking any sort of responsibility.

Request them to behave, they’ll make you look like a fool. They ask you to tell them the problem and then they try to divert your mind so that you forget about their notorious behaviour (‘cut the crap kind of attitude).

Give them honest feedback, they stop giving you support and even stop responding.

Make complaint, they come back with even more fierce behaviour. Don’t be surprised if you get this from their Quality team.

Request them for a refund, they tell you to buzz off in their own unique way.

Request them to escalate, they act like they are the senior most (‘do whatever you want, we don't give a damn' kind of attitude).

Request them for email of any SLT (Senior Leadership Team) or higher management or someone who is bit responsible, they again tell you to buzz off.

Every negative comment over the Internet about them seems to be very much true.

They chase you literally for months to become a paid member and if you decline they start misbehaving and try to scare you by telling you that your business will soon phase out if you do not opt for their paid membership (and what not).

Then after sometime another one will chase and then another, this continues till either you get convinced that they’ll give sound business or get scared that only they can save your business otherwise you have no chance of survival.

Once you start paying attention, that’s when they start their train of fanciful promises. These special promises keep getting disregarded one by one as you make payments. Now when you have made full payment, they come up with another plan to get more money from you. They force you in different ways to pay for it. They blatantly tell you that they will not promote your website if you do not pay more. When you ask them for a refund, they remind you that you agreed to all terms and conditions while making the payment. They twist your arm for money.

There is no coming back. They work like a mafia. Missing the most basic necessities/requirements of service industry, soft skills, customer handling skills, active listening and etiquette leave aside your business. No one takes any responsibility.

Lady from the Feedback team says “yours is not the only company, we have hundreds of other companies as well. You have been given the control panel access, you can do it yourself”.

Quality team member has the all the guts to say that “if we take action against any employee and fire him, or kill him or hang him or crucify him and he dies, we cannot take the responsibility of next employee who joins in his place”. Don't know who asked him to think of such brutality, they're just employees, all you need to do is just educate and train them well or hire better employees. It is that simple. See, no one needs to die, you go home happy and the customer also goes home happy.

So, coming back to point, basically, they do not take responsibility for anything, but they do responsibly chase you to your grave for money.

They have their own way of handling their customers. And don't be surprised if you not only dislike their behaviour but may also become irate to an extent that you may have to consider remedies to normalize your blood pressure.

Pssst..You may even end up knocking your legal adviser’s door as well.
