Hello team at ExportersIndia,

I was recently contacted by one of your sales representatives "Mr. Harjeet" from the following phone numbers:

He claimed that both the lines are recorded by ExpotersIndia, but after what all he talked to me I really doubt that these lines are recorded.

We were in discussion about Platinum+ plan, for which we had a limited budget and I clearly told Mr Harjeet that we cannot go beyond this budget at any cost, if it's not possible for ExportersIndia to provide us the service in that budget then it's completely fine as I understand that every company has it's limitations like ours. Maybe in the future when we can afford the service, we'll work with ExportersIndia.

But when I said that it's okay if you can't give service and I cannot pay more, then maybe in future we can work together. Then Mr. Harjeet started making personal comments as below:
"A businessman never thinks about small amount of money, I know you never wanted to buy the service"
"Give me in written that you never want to work with ExportersIndia, and same feedback we will be given to any export inquiry that you cannot pay Rs. 3, 000/- extra"
"We will share this audio recording with any export client who asks about your company"
"You do not have 3, 000/- money, how are you doing business"
And many other personal comments and taunts.

Considering how unprofessional the sales team ExportersIndia has, I don't even know if this feedback will even be taken care of or not. Or maybe ExportersIndia already know about this behaviour of their sales team and they themselves are encouraging it.

But as a concerned and responsible consumer of a service, I had to give this feedback. It is saddening to see such behaviours of sales executives.

I hope this will be taken care of and improvements will be made :)

Exporter india demanded 2.5 lakh more after i paid 70800. i could not pay this amount. they told me if you want to make good site you need to pay this amount (2.5 Lakh ) more.

they belong to Marketing team, once they get money not given phone reply correctly.

I have book star service and paid 70800/- 0n 06/02/2021. they told me they will do promotion activity within this amount now they want 2.5 lakh more for promotion activity.

I am fed up their attitude and now I don't need their services, i need back my money.
I told him that please return my paid money, he denied that they return no return policy.

Exporter India is fake only taking money not given as committed services. Once customer pay money they want day by day more money .

we opened an account in exporter india before a few days and at first opened a basic package of 12, 000/- later we decided to upgrade and opt for the premium package. that time we told him again and again that we mostly want to do export oriented work and that time he never once mentioned abut the other hidden cost regarding export oriented work.
now after a few days people from exporter india are calling me again and again and telling me i have to pay another 80, 000/- for some document verification process for export order.
now my main problem is if there were other cost involving export oriented work the agent should have told me on that time itself that i need to pay another 80, 000/- later then i would have decided and made my plans accordingly.
its not about the money or the amount that bothers me it's the way the agents handell new clients. you are supposed to inform a new clients all the rules and regulations before hand, inform a new customer properly first then let him or her make a decision.
they way the agent handled the situation can be easily classified as business malpractice and is not atoll expected from a big company like that.
if this is how your company runs then i would like to cancel my subscription after this year, its better to work with a small company with honest employes than a large companies with dishonest employes following business malpractice.

Exportersindia.com is a fraud company. they promise you to provide a good business within a week but only talks about giving you business.
they only want your hard-earned money from you. at the time when you do not take their membership, they call you and disturb you every 2-3 hours and ask you to take their membership. they all are such disgusting people who don't have ethics in their works at a time when you take their membership they want to make it to star seller blah blah blah they just talk ###.

the all are fraud their complaint person Vicky Kumar also don't forwards YOUR COMPLAINts they have lotted us I have all the call recordings and mails which they promise us to do. I am going to file a legal case against and these persons for frauding me. and also filing legal case against these people also .

We at Natural fabrics by BAAFNA have taken a platinum member ship Last week with exporters india . We are being harassed by the marketing team Namely Manjit mobile number [protected] and pankaj mobile number [protected] to take up extra verification by paying huge sum If not they will not promote my membership .
This was not informed to us while taking this membership . We are highly disappointed with the service and threatening attitude by your marketing team . We need complete clarification and expect decent approach and complete support from exporters india team .

I signed up for their membership very recently. At first i was promised 6 buy leads a month, promotion of my website and organic enquiries from google. However, after signing up, i was told that my business had to get "further online verification" by their company, which would cost ~35k + taxes. I was not informed of any such cost before signing up for the membership. Additionally, they said they would only promote my website on their terms (Again something that was not mentioned to me before the payment). When i asked for a refund, they said they have no refund policy!
This website makes big promises initially but once you're tied in they only want more money for their unreasonable services.

Above stated every person has played an immense role in tracking me down fooling me looting away my wealth of 3lacs by there sugar coated fake promises which blinds the consumers conscious by bogus fact and figures shown to you its a bad world out there...

Whatsapp chats are there to prove their faults

And much more i have enough proof to ground every single person in the above mentioned list...

Imalkeet singh made me open two profile stating it will help to narrow the traffic towards you website working in two qoutatuions...

I have 80 buyleads per month from which not even 5 relevant buyers are available on the portal niether does the company has provided with more than 5 buyleads per month.

Exporters India is a cheat company, when they called me for subscription they promised me that they will generate export enquiries for me . After taking the subscription and constantly following up for 2 months . I receive a call saying they cannot generate any enquiries for exports, the enquiries comes on their own .Completely changed their statement .

So on 1st may, 2020 we (Van agro farm) subscribed for the platinum plus membership plan (Annual plan) of exporters india to get the benefits of scaling up our agro based farming business. Initially the company promised about giving the business demand of products by 20 exporters per month for expanding the business globally and asked rs 24, 000 for the plan. The idea of global expansion for a farmer is ideally very much benefial so we subsribed it. Further the company proceeded it formalities and set up a website on the behalf o[censored]s.

After 1 month there were no exporters call or enquiry related to our products, on complaining this to our support person he pressurised us to take package of 3 or 5 year plan to get benefits of exporters, which in earlier time was promised to get even in the annual package. On denying the further upgradation in plan the support person started shouting, behaved rudely and said we can't do business. This was the first time company tried to violate right to choose.

On complaining this to support care of company the support person was changed but there were no improvement in business enquiries. Further more 3 months passed away and still there were not even single genuine deal made possible by the company, and now we were not even getting 5 buy calls which were earlier promised to get atleast 20 buy calls per month. Also the company promised to give unlimited business enquiry through the website but not even a single person called in 3 months for the products. Also the salesman of the company promised that we would get so many products demand that we would not be able to fulfill the demand, but no such thing ever happened. Also the company started declining its promises.

After that when we saw no return on investment we complained all these things to the company support care but nothing changed. While researching about the company we found that we are not alone, there are many people who were cheated by the company. Many people have written complaint about, company forcing to upgrade to 3-5 year plans and even after not giving valuable services.

After the complaint when nothing happened we asked for the refund to the company, on which the company replied they have no refund policy on their term and condition. Sure, they would have such policy but they even need to fulfill all the promises they made while selling the service. We were guaranted 20 buy calls per month and unlimited business enquiries but none of the statements were fulfilled by the company. The company is not fulfilling its promises and is stating us for not to ask for refund. Thus violating right to seek redressal.

Furthermore when asked about what happened to the 20 guaranted buy calls per month, company replied that the buy calls are on demand basis and are not guaranted, which was totally against to the statement said by the salesman while selling the service. The salesman statements were about minimum 20 buy calls per month and unlimited business enquiries. Also the salesman statements were against the terms and conditions and when we said about to the salesman he said its all formalities you just have to accept to proceed further. Later none of these things were ever fulfilled and company is not even accomodating our grievances.

For the evidences we are not able to upload call recordings of the salesman, because there is not any option for mp3. But we would like to share it if the forum ask for the evidences. Finally we would like consumer forum to pay attention to this case as company is related to agro business and most clients are poor farmers which are fooled and cheated by such trade activities.

Also in our case where no promises related to the buy calls were ever fulfilled by the company, we would like full refund of rs 24, 000 for the unfair trade practice and violation of consumer rights.

The EXPORTERINDIA IS TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY.
They promise wrongly to drain your money and the asking for extra money of which they already promised to deliver in package value. Totally dissatisfied.
Recently i wasted my 1, 07, 400/-. Advice you all don’t invest on such EXPORTER INDIA company.
Don’t trust with their employee/executive’s answers. Since long time, Mr. Amit Pandey [+[protected] /+[protected]] was interacting with me for explanation of benefits and services for Platinum plus package.
During explanation, he was explained very well about platinum plus package and along with; he explained one example of how they give service in platinum plus package. He gave us example of various companies which is listed in exporters india. they explained, how they provide efforts to keep promoted company in top in platinum package, for that service, they provided cost initially, 35400/-, then told by him to finalise in 27225/-, finally made a deal with 27400/- including GST for one year. we made a payment on 26 Feb 2020 for 27400 in against of his Invoice No. - 123237. Again March 9 2020 i got a call from executive executive [Mr Ashutosh +[protected] / MR VIPIN +[protected]] from exporters india and explained about importance to get on top of the search engine and told there will be extra amount to avail that service. that was 80000 [including GST]. During their call, he never informed us that we will need to take extra package for website promotion. He told us about the above said extra package of 80000/- after our payment getting done of 27400. we have kept all data corresponding with all executives.
After we had paid full amount in two part wit 35000 [12th March 2020] and 45000 [14th March 2020] via netbanking on their payment portal. (19 feb 2018), we got call from billing dept of EXPORTERINDIA, that clear the due amount, but we already paid full against Invoice No. – 125463 . When the said services will be done within a week after full payment received, it’s still not done . Also no proper response from them on designing, many times asked corrections in designing and details. But they didn’t make that changes, EVEN NOT PROVIDED DOMAIN ID AND PASSWORD after asked many time to till now. When we ask him for that false promise of the duration, payments as well as the HOSTING LIVED OF OUR WEBSITE WITHOUT INFORMING US as it having many wrong information is there in the website which was already informed to them by us and not changed by them, it was a very rude behavior we faced and he is not at all accepting his mistakes that he promised wrongly, All these mistakes were done from their side. EVERY TIME THERE IS NEW PERSON WHOM WE HAVE TO DISCUSS ALL THE DETAILED DETAILS. EXPORTER INDIA NOTHAVING A RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN THE COMPANY; EVERY EXECUTIVE IS JUST PLAYING THE GAME OF PASSING.
[till now, we interacted with MR AMIT, MR VIPIN, MR ASHUTOSH, MR KAMLAKAR, MS HIMANI, MR TARUN..etc]
We are not at all convinced for what he promised to deliver and what they told me after my payment got credited. THEY ARE JUST WASTING TIME SINCE FEB 2020.

We are not at all satisfied with their service and their convincing skill. We want our amount return. Even now onwards, We shall not suggest anyone to take service of this website / b2b company.

I registered in exporters india portal since last 6 months back and till so far i didn't receive even a single lead and due to your this unprofessional behavior, which is completely intolerant.

And due to this negligence from your end, i don't want to continue with the company like you exporter india (Ambar gupta - sales team).- unprofessional employees

As per your commitment at the time of registration, you told me six leads per month as per my criterion but after i made payment to you guys, there was no response from your end to my calls and text.

This unexpected corporate style of working of your is not competent to me at all.
So kindly initiate refund asap.

We were in constant touch with him and driver for material but that was never delivered always promises were made that it will reach pune in next 2 days we the n demanded refund which is still not given back and always promised in next 2 days that has happned a number of times '
