Hi,

I booked a ticket on 29/10/07 and paid online using Ezeego1.com
After receiving the Promo Code when I tried to redeem my free ticket (where I need to pay Taxes only).

The site gave me Invalid code as an error

Even after trying for more that 30-40 times no one has picked up the call & neither they have responded to my emails.

Can any body help me in this issue.

same experience here. I am trying to reach them since last 4 days and cannot reach through email, phone, or blog. Somehow I found their address and landline numbers you would be astonished to know they don't respond there also -

[protected] somebody picked the phone and said this is cox&kings, though this number is listed in http://whois.domaintools.com/ezeego1.com and snapped it.
This probably the first and last time I have booked on ezeego. The lure of getting a heavy discount on ICICI booking tricked me into it. Terrible service. Half the numbers dont work and the rest no one picks. I somehow managed to get hold of this number from someone. Talk to "Bhavya" from Ezeego[protected]. This is the ONLY NUMBER that works. It belongs to Cox and Kings which owns Ezeego. Finally I had to cancel the booking as I had not got a confirmation from the Airline in 18 hours of booking.. which is ridiculous as the ticket was flight was supposed to be less than 10 hours away.
Have booked the free tkt for Mr.Pratin Ashtekar PNR No:5009253
As per telecom with Mr. Chopra the issue has been resolved and the entire refund has been processed to the card holder's account.

    I had booked a ’Deccan’ ticket under ’Ticket pe Ticket’ offer promoted jointly by Ezeego.com and ICICI credit card. The payment for the same was made through ICICI gold card No [protected] on 25th October –2007.

    On making the payment for the first set of tickets, a promotional code was generated which was used for purchase of the return journey. For the return journey a sum of Rs 4725 was paid as a tax component of the ticket through the above said card.

    At the end of the above, I got 2 invoices from Ezeego.com acknowledging the payment. The promotional ticket generated on the second instance does not have any PNR number of Air Deccan, which I see as a booking failure. I checked with Air Deccan and the invoice generated by Ezeego has no validity with them.
    I wrote 5 mails and had been trying to reach customer care at Ezeego on the telephone number given in the web site and till date there is no response. I fear whether anything like customer care exist with Ezeego.

    I booked a ticket for Bangalore to delhi, Indian airlines flight on 30th Oct through Ezeego.com worth Rs 15175,

    And on Airport during the departure time, Indian Airlines authority told me my PNR number mentioned in the Ticket is invalid.
    I tried to call to customer care executive and I tried a lot but no one picked the phone.

    I sent them few mails, But I am not getting any response from there side.

    They are really Fraud and providing the worst service. I will advice others not to book the ticket from EZEEGO.COM.

    they did the same thing with me. their phone numbers are not lifted by anyone.
    the booking was shown as failed and the payment has been deducted.
    I am also in the same situation. I had booked a cochin-delhi ticket on jetlite do travel on 12th nov 07 worth Rs 5422, and when i inquired in the air sahara office on 11th as i had not received the paper tickets, they informed me that the tkt has been cancelled as ezeeggo did not pay jetlite on time . I ve tried to call then, but no response . I havent got any reply for my mails either. I think we will have to approach the consumer court or some other legal forum for justice

    ezeego.com — Cancellation refund

    On 30th Nov ,I booked ticket for connecting Jetlight flight from bangalore - Indore (Via Mumbai),when confirmed with jetlight they told this connectivity is not possible and they don't knwo y Ezeego offering this connectivity,after that I have cancled this ticket within hour and confirmed cancelation with Jetlight.

    But till date there is no refund after successfull cacelation of ticket.

    Same day I booked deccan ticket and there was no PNR# for that booked ticket so I again cancled this one,amount debited from my account for this non PNR ticket and again no refund till date.
    No one responding to call and e-mail till date.

    ezeego.com — No refund of cancellation

    I had cancelled 2 tickets (Cochin-Delhi) PNR No. G249PY on[protected] for travel on[protected]. I received a mail from ezeego aknowleding the cancellation with No. 123613. Since then I am trying to contact them through phone & E-Mal, but there is no response. I tried to call them even at mid night 01:00 AM, but they just give the prerecorded message 'Thankyou for your patience'. My mobile bills have ran into thousands of rupees trying to contact them. It is proved beyond doubt that, it is a fraud travel site & they are into cheating people. They neither responds to telephone, E-Mail & is non contactable.
    I am advising the readers not to fall their prey, even if they offer life time free air tickets. I am regretting for having done booking through them & hope some day they will be put behind bars.
    Have reversed the cash back as well as cancellation refund for both the Indigo booking.

    ezeego.com — Refund of taxes for cancellation of air ticket

    have booked two tickets for mumbai kolkatta from ezeego. somehw cannot travl on same dates and told ezeego to reschedule--which they say is not possible. Have told them in that case pls cancel...and refund taxes to which they deny saying as pert company policy taxes shall not be refunded since it was a free ticket. terms and conditions nowhere mentions no refund of taxes---spoke with 25 different CSA's and theit team leader aswell...however they dont support. told them to give it on mail that they shall not refund---BUT IN VAIN. told them to mail me the rule book stating no refund of taxes whcih again they are not ready too. have still not got the tickets cancelled--WHAT IS THE LAW??

    ezeego.com — No Refund

    I had bought 2 tickets from ezeego on the 23rd of September 2007. As per the promotion offer i was supposed to get 1 Go Air ticket free on both of them and a gift voucher of Rs. 500/-. I received promotion for both of them, but only one of them worked for the second I was getting CODE NOT VALID, I have mailed the company n number of time but till date i have received no response. Also, Till date the company has sent no gift voucher.

    I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 23rd Sep 2007, ( EZR[protected]/A), Canceled it around 12th Nov 2007, but till date no refund has been given.

    Also, I had booked a return ticket from Delhi to Chennai on the 23 rd of Nov 2007 ( EZR[protected]/A) , I canceled the return ticket on the 24 th of Dec 2007 and till date i haven't received any refund for that ticket despite repeated emails to the company, I have also tried calling up the company but no one picks up the phone.
    I have booked on a ticket 17th april 2008 from Ezeego.com for Kingfisher airlines under cash back offer promoted jointly by Ezeego.com and ICICI credit card.The payment for the same was made through ICICI Gold card.As I have booked for kingfisher and charged Rs5075(i.e.net Rs 4400 after cash back offer) but I have travelled in Air Deccan.I know that this Kingfisher Flight is operated by Air Deccan but I have been charged more as if I have booked a ticket directly from Air Deccan then I should have charged net Rs3948/.This means that I have booked through Ezeego thats why have to suffer a loss of Rs 600/approx and have been cheated.On that very day one of my co-passenger travelling with me and booked Air Deccan ticket and charged Rs 3948 on the same flight for which I have been charged Rs 5075 i.e. charged more.
    So now its your duty to give back the extra charged amount.

    I had booked tickets through www.ezeego1.com, PNR was generated and sent, and when I reached the airport the flight was already canceled without any prior information...and for last 4 months I have been calling the customer care to get the refund but its still not processed...
    JUST ONE MORE TRAVEL PORTAL TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS... MAY BE THE COMMENTS SEEN ON THE PAGE MAY BE OF THE SAME EZEEGO PEOPLE WHO PUT THESE OWN COMMENTS TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS...EVEN GOVT TRAVEL PORTAL LIKE IRCTC IS EXCELLENT THAN THIS USELESS SITE...REQUEST EVERY BODY NOT TO BELIEVE THIS SITE AND BOOK TICKETS USING THIS SITE U WILL NEVER GET UR REFUNDS INCASE OF CANCELLATIONS MAY BE U WILL GET BEFORE U EXPIRE...

    ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST NOT TO USE THIS SITE FOR BOOKING
    I am also quite concerned about the complexities of booking different tickets by the web booking. Many times it fails and quite frustating if you pay and get no response from any customer care only recordings holding phones for long hours without any customer satisfaction.
    I'll suggest all travellers who opt for online booking to do following;
    1) Go to the official website of the various airlines. You will find the cheapest rate over there-which is authentic as u r booking thru the airline website.
    2) sites like like ezeego, travelguru, makemytrip, plan my trip, yatra etc are only providing rates by adding their margins over the rates shown on the airline website.They dont get u cheaper rates. Dont fall for it.

    Same applies for hotel booking as well for tour booking.

      I had recently used ezeego for the first time after seeing the 25% - 50 % Cashback offers with ICICI Platinum and ICICI Gold Credit Cards. I had booked a ticket on 7 th October 2007 using the ICICI Gold Credit Card by which I am supposed to get 25 % Cashback. Due to personal reasons I had to cancel the ticket sometime later.

      - I havent received the Refund for the cancelled ticket till now.
      - Also I havent received any Cashback on the same.

      There has been no response even after repeated mails to them in the complaints and enquiry division. Also no one picks up the phone, except that the IVR keeps requesting us to hold on for more than 30 minutes and even after which no one picked up. I just wish that I atleast get the ticket refunded or there is some communication from them. I just dont know what to do.

      they r surly scamsters n shud be checked . they charge the amount without booking the ticket , specially in case o[censored]pcountry customers . surely for rs. 2000 no one will take legal action but if they cheat 20 persons they r making 40,000 without any trouble. why people r not checking before booking wiht them

      I am Sunil Sharma from Bangalore and I booked following tickets on 22-10-07.

      1. Bangalore to Delhi Dated 31-10-07 vide PNR- S2-HCQT8.

      2. Delhi to Bangalore Dated 11-11-07 vide PNR- QQXF64.

      TOTAL Paid Amount for the above 2- tickets- Rs 7626/- only.

      I have not received any Confirmed Ticket Still and my flight is just day after tomarrow[protected]. I tried to contact ezeego but their is no response and also when I contacted JetLite then they told that I have to contact ezeego for my confirmation and they told that tickets are blocked but not yet confirmed .

      This is very bad and hopefully I am preparing to go consumer court with the above issue to take both ezeego and jetlite so that they can understand the result to cheat the people and taking money from them without any confirmation and response to them.

      I would like to hence request to both (ezeego and jetlite)to kinldy send me immeditely my confirmed ticket by [protected]@yahoo.com by the return mail to not make this as any big issue.

      OR

      Please revert back my paid money of Rs. 7626/- to my credit card.

      I have booked an air ticket in ezeego website on 15.10.2007. And due to some personal reasons i canceled it on 18.10.2007.

      Ticket details are:

      I have not received any communication from them. I keep on trying to get their customer care line. It is not responding. I was holding the line for more than an hour. But no human voice. Electronic voice was requesting to hold the line.
      I tried to contact them and i send a mail to their Email id. But no response.

      the same case is with my friends booking also.

      ezeego — No Cash Back

      Hi,

      I booked a hotel with Ezeego for stay from 9th august to 12th august, 2008. I was supposed to get a cas back of Rs.5000 by 31st August. Its 16th November and i haven't got a single rupee as cash back. I made so many calls to them and sent e-mail but to no use. I guess they are just cheating people.

      whener i call them.. they say that their system is down and that they will arrange for a call back... but no one eve calls back!!! some serious action should be taken against such a company!! Frauds!!

        I had booked a flight and then cancelled for which I received a cancellation confirmation email. After 2 months of cancellation and lots of emails (never reverted) and telephone calls at their GSM number given (which is never picked by any executive) and even faxed the complaint did anyone bother to revert on that.
        Such a paethetic service I would say!! Can the management give a look at it?

          I booked few tickets with ezeego1 and I am entitled for 27 Gift vouchers of future bazar. Right from 6th Oct I am asking this company for my vouchers. Even I approched the CEO Ms Neelu Singh for this matter. No one is bothered about this issue, every time they give me a false committement that the matter will be solved with in few hours by giving sme or other excuses. I request all of the readers t join hands together against this company.

          I have a long standing problem of 4 months for a debit for a ticket which was not issued.

            While trying to book an Airline ticket through the company's website, the transaction got failed however the company still charged the amount to the credit card. This has now resulted in amount being charged in the credit card statement.
            There has been no response from the company for the 3 emails written. False promise of a call back was made when contacted the company representative in call center. Also, company claims the call center lines to be 24/7 wherein they are unavailable for almost all times.
            The amount is yet to be refunded to me.

            I got somewhat similar problem,
            i have booked my flight yesterday today i got mail from them as Jetlite has cancelled the ticket so ur ticket has been cancelled.

            i called Jetlite airlines they told me that what ticket they have sent me is fake. there is no PNR as such for Jetlite.

            I have mailed a lot and called them but no response yill now.

            i havent seen service like this before.

              I experienced some nightmares all because of ezeego1.com. I booked and Indian flight IC404 from bangalore to delhi for 19th Sep. 2007. PNR No. IC-RGNFE5 was given to me by the ezeego1.com. But when I reached airport I got shocked to know that the ticket was not booked at all and the PNR No. given to me was fake. Not only this I tried contacting ezeego1 customer care a lot many times but the same thing happens alll the time i,e, a voice recorded message keeps on saying that all our executives are busy, please wait or go to our website. Also, I mailed about this to ezeego1 at [protected]@ezeego1.com but there was no response from there side.. Now that I am frustated with the pathetic service, I am not getting what to do and how to do. Please someone help me out of this. All what's coming to my mind is taking some legal actions against them.

              There is another cheating case from ezeego1. I booked a ticket for my spouse from Kolkata to Bangalore on 22nd of Oct and date of journey was 27th Oct. To my sheer astonishment the PNR was fake and there was no confirmation on booking or any ticket number. The jetlite people asked for ticket number which was not supplied by ezeego1.com. The call centre lines are always busy and no one can reach the call centre even i[censored] try for 1 hr. Also they dont care to reply the complaint and feedback mails.
              Its a sheer case of fraud and I am planning to take some legal action. Please beware of this site.
              I also have the similar experince. I booked my flight ticket through ezeego1 for Hyderabad to Delhi on 27th of this month for indigo flight. The reference no is EZR[protected]/A.

              After that I tried to reach them on both the numbers that they have provided on the site for last 4 days, but I am unable to get them. I sent more than 10 mails but I haven't receive any reply from them. When I called to Indigo customer care and I came to know that my name is not there in the booking list for that flight (6E 302). When I asked the Indigo people that ezeego1 is booking the ticket on behalf of you so u should have the detail. They simply said that I have information about indigo only I am not responsible for your problem. I think both (ezeego1 and indigo) sharing the amout by cheating the customers.
              I am planing to advertize this incident in all the daily newspapers by my own expense.
              I booked an Jetlite flight S2431 and S2 372 from bangalore to bhubaneswar and bhubaneswar to Kolkata for 08th Nov07. PNR No. S2-HZQ0L was given to me by the ezeego1.com. But when I checked with Jetlite then they are saying ticket has not been booked, and this PNR has been canceled by Ezeego,Not only this I tried contacting ezeego1 customer care a lot many times but the same thing happens alll the time i,e, a voice recorded message keeps on saying that all our executives are busy, please wait or go to our website.               I have booked ticket through ezeego1 on 14/12/2007 but due to server problem the pnr was not get generated but still ezeego has not settled my money .

              'EZEEGO1 NOW BECAME NO1 CHEATING COMPANY BETTER NOT TO BOOK'
              Something similar happened to me also. The money was deducted from my bank account and they never got back with the trip id, pnr, mail, sms anything but with a registration website. today when i wanted to print my tkt, thr was none in my account on their website. they also offered to book but only on today's rates and deal of the day which is more than what i paid originally. that too they wud take 15 days to refund the amount and can book the tkt on fone only with a credit card... why will i trust their online system... feel cheated and helpless!!!

                Hi,



                This is some thing Riduculous.

                I had book the Ticket through from Delhi to Mumbai for Two of my relative & also recived the PNR Number.

                Today was the Departure Date.When my father in law has reached the Airport It was informed that the Ticket is not Valid.

                I checked with my HDFC Credit Card & They confirmed that The amount has been debited.

                How Come did you Cancelled the Ticket & did not bother to Inform after the Money was debited from Account.



                What Service are you providing ? Is this the way You people treat Your Customer.

                What pain should my Relatives has to Go on the Airport

                  Ezeego has advertised an offer for SBI credit cards on Indian airlines to give 25% cashback on base fare booked on all domestic airlines.I booked 2 tickets from my SBI credit card but got cashback for only one ticket.I called customer care and they said within 7 working days it will be done and ezeego also claimed to make the cashback in 5 days but it has been 15 days and I got my statement also and they have not done the cashback till now.I have mailed them also but didn't get any response till now.Now when I call SBI customer care they are saying to give the full payment.Please help as I am not getting any help from there side.

                  I was booking a ticket on ezzego.com for travelling fro Delhi to Goa, but the transaction was failed on the site, so i got the mail from ezzego.com in my mail box that your transaction of worth Rs. 17565 is failed. But ezeego has debited this amount from my credit card, and now i am calling on customer care, no one is picking up my call and they are not giving response of my several mails. I have raised this issue with icici credit card department into disput mode...But still not getting any response from ezeego....they are not returning my amount . If anyone can help me out...so that i can get my amount refunded .

                  The same issue happened with me while booking ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad and then i filed complaint with core.nic.in and they had to look in the problem.... though the refund is still pending.,suggest u the same..
                  Ezeego has advertised an offer for ICICI credit cards on Indian airlines to give 25% cashback on base fare booked on all domestic airlines.I booked 2 tickets from my ICICI credit card on 06.10.2007 rs. 11787/- from Delhi to Pune and Pune to Delhi. They claimed to make the cashback in 5 days but already more than 7 months passed away. But till date no cash back received. Now when I call ICICI customer care they are saying to give contact to EZEEGO for cash back.Kindly do the needful at your end and it on urgent basis. Because more than 7 months passed away.

                  the best way is if all of you have got the proof of transactions and payments, then visit a lawyer and send this company a legal notice also put up a complaint in the consumer forum..writing here will not solve any problem, believe me immediate action will be taken against the company..

                  EZEEGO IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITY NOT TO GET TRAPPED WITH THOSE CROOKS. SORRY PROBABLY U'LL NEVER GET BACK ANY THING
                  ezeego is never so ezee for customer, I had booked a bus tickets for my family on-line. The problem came on the boarding day, as the bus condition was very bad, no service at all. The Bus from universal Travels had to leave Bangalore at 8.45 pm, the bus arrived at 11 pm and we had to wait on the road not even chair to sit. Such a bad experience, as a customer cheated by there is no refund or any kind of cutesy from the service provider.

                  My strong recommendations not to use such site who know very well, once paid by the customer they can take us for ride.
                  I have had the same experience with ezeego (for that matter any cah abck offers). I mailed these ones but they never respond. Pls do not fall for its business unfair practices. why dont you approach consumer forum and file complaint.
                  Dear Friends, It is really ironic to see people from all walks of life just getting carried away with all these 'offers and discounts' always.

                  Friends please be reminded again 'NOTHING COMES FREE - OR EVEN CHEAP'. They need to make money and they make money. You dont get discounts out of anyone's pocket, which means that online portals are nothing but online travel agencies making commissions out of their sales. The best way is to check airfares online but buy from the airline website, thats the best way to spend online!!!

                    To Press/Cox & Kings officials / Airlines association/Airlines Officials & Ezeego1 officials,

                    With utter disgust and dismay I am compelled to write this email to all of you to please cancel the registration of Ezeego1.com . Here are some of the links and now I have realized that I am not the only victims but just one of the Huge lot but a few do voice out their opinions and views out of the huge chunk of people victimized or rather tortured by Ezeego1.com. Cox & Kings company of international repute should probably stop dealing with such a company as I understand from the airlines officials that Ezeego1 deals with your esteemed company which really sounds disgusting after having faced such hardships in receiving a simple refund. It would be better if a Leading Service company like Thomas Cooks doesn't want to run down its reputation or add filth to its reputation .                     Beware of new immature Flight Booking Agencies as dealing with them is no less then involving yourself in an imbroglio. Following is my repeated emails I have been sending to Ezeego1 , website: www.ezeego1.com. They got 2 email addresses to whom I had addressed my below email ( [protected]@ezeego1.com, [protected]@ezeego1.com) as I have not been able to cancel my ticket on phone as I believe probably they have put up a call center just for NAMESAKE!! with no proper staffing or probably they want to promote online booking more for cost cutting.In fact on phone itself the hold message states that if you don't wish to hold on the line for long you can contact us at our email address. Well but as usual like their Hold message which goes on an on...till glory so is their pathetic email support , I really doubt if this company has got an Email support service at all. I would please like you all to put my article in your news paper as it has been more than 2weeks since I have sent the following email after my failed attempts in contacting any of their representatives to cancel my ticket. There is neither any provision to cancel the ticket online nor I could find any gentleman on phone in their sales office to actually assist me rather I had to face a bang of phone on my ears before I could speak anything about my issue to the representative just banged the phone on me which speaks enough of their customer service. Well such services really makes me think who says Customer is God I guess for such companies customer is just another 'Bakra'.

                    I would rather prefer booking tickets directly from airline companies rather than going through such callous agency with lack of infrastructure it is better to have a Baniya ka Dukaan rather than running such a business and being part of the Service industry with the most pathetic service one could actually face. With my above message I would like to open eyes of innocent Indian citizens who end up being a Prey of such unscrupulous,uncommitted Company which holds no regard for customers .

                    I would appreciate if my grievance is taken up suitably and having high hopes and anticipating your support on the same as this email is for a noble cause to bring such companies to senses and prevent people from dealing with such disgusting agencies.

                    EzeeGo1 is an EzeeCome, EzeeGo Fly-by-Night disorganisation with no staff and ethics. It needs to be kicked in its .....well .... anatomy region.

                    I was similarlry put to unnecessary hardship on the 03rd November 2007 while travelling on the Bombay - Coimbatore sector. Till today, I have no reply with lots of assurances, all of them falsies, that my issues would be resolved. When and how; I do not know. Better be wise and look out for standard agents please. Spare yourself the anguish and headaches later.

                    EzeeGo needs to be charged with criminal defraud of its gullible customers. It needs to be derostered from the ROC. Somebody [censored] this muck.

                    yes, i totally agree with mitesh ezeego is a horrible site and i have similar experience with them they have not credited my money even after 2 mt of cancellation of my ticket, i everybody not to use this site for booking anything.
