Hello,
I was booking an air ticket on ezeego website (www.ezeego.com) for my brother on Indigo airlines from Chennai to Delhi for the date[protected] on[protected]. While booking the website redirected me to ICICI visa payment gateway for payment, where I made a payment of Rs. 4459.00 using my ICICI visa credit card. After the payment, I was redirected back to ezeego website, but no PNR or booking reference No. generated. Even I received e-mail and SMS from Ezeego saying that "Thanks for booking" but there was no PNR or booking reference No. When I contacted the ezeego customer server, I was told that transaction has been failed and I will receive automatic refund on my credit card within 7 business days. After 7 business days I did not receive any refund. After that I called customer service several times, sent e-mails and even chatted with them using online chat option on their website and every time I was told that I will receive the refund within 7 days or 3 days or 2 days blah blah blah. But the refund never came.
Is there any place where we can complain about this cheat website and beware other people of their fraud?

the ticket was in the name of mr madhusudan jalan and mrs ranjana jalan the ticket was canclled on 29.8.2008 but i have not recd the refund kindly let me have the status

Its proccess in which they work, they dont like to work for customer becouse they never work to grow a company.

Please dont book tickets by such time pass websites.They are opened there business to close one day.

its white collar attitude.

    I had purchased a ticket from Bangalore to Delhi on 20th Dec 2007 for travel date 23rd Dec 2007 for Deccan under the offer that I will get two free tickets with the booking. Though there was a catch in this that they charged 200 Rs. extra for the same.

    My Booking Reference No: EZR[protected]/A with the Promotion code : P96ZTV , WCFF2J for two free tickets.

    I tried to redeem the free tickets by booking the same online for different sectors offered but was unable to do so. After this I tried and called customer care atleast 100 times and when I finally got thru they answered to me that for any/ all the sectors and all dates I want there is no seat available even though the deccan website showed there are tickets available.

    After reading complaints of other customers, I have noticed that I have faced similar problems while booking like the ICICI page opens up when making payment and then it says error when you key in all the credit card details. I hope I am not charged for this by my credit card company else I will have to come back and write another complant for these guys. Now I have decided I am not ever going to use this website for booking any ticket if they dont come out with a solution soon.

      I had booked tickets on 4th of December.
      There was offer on ezeego. If you book with ICICI platinum card u will get 50% cash back on base amount.
      I have been following up with ezeego customer care but not received cash back yet (after almost 2 months).
      I have mail to [protected]@ezeego1.com. Waiting for their response.
      Here is the e-mail:
      Hi,

      I had booked tickets for Kingfisher flight on 4th of december (itinerary - EZR[protected].
      Before booking I had called up customer care and confirmed that I'll be getting 50% cash back on fees and not taxes on ICICI platinum card.
      I was getting around 7000/- cash back.
      So, I booked with ezeego even if it was 3000 more that that of Kingfisher site as I was still in profit.
      According to your customer I was supposed to get that in 7 working days. But I did not get it till date.
      I called up many times. I was getting different answers every time. "Sir, it is under progress. It will be done in 7 days"
      "Sir, status is under progress. It should be done in 7 day to 21 days." (this was after 45 day. Name of call center guy - Manish).
      It was too much of frustration. I never got correct answer. I asked for transaction ID for that communication so that I need not explain scenario again and again.
      But Never got any communication/transaction id.
      I got payment request number - [protected]. According to customer-care executives it is under progress.

      I have spent lot of time in following up with you people and got lots of frustration in return.
      After all this I'm not sure when will I get the cash back???

      ezeego — Not refended the cancellation money

      I booked a ticket through Ezeego on 24th September 2007 for the journey on 26th September 2007 by Jetlite S2 138 from Hyderabad to Delhi. Later I cancelled it directly with Jetlite as Ezeego telephone lines were not working. I gave e mail to Ezeego giving the details of the cancellation number of jetlite and other booking particulars asking for the refund. Ezeego has acknowledged it and promised for the refund but nothing has happened till now. They are not responding now to any phone calls. Such companies shall be banned immediately.

      ezeego — Has not got cash back yet - Its more than 2 months

      I had booked tickets on 12th of March

        I have booked a flight ticket on 11th December, 2007 using www.ezeego1.com but didn't get any PNR number for the same. I had called up the customer care regarding the above mentioned issue and they provided me the PNR number as 5454917. But, this PNR number actually belongs to a different itinerary which I had booked on the the same date. I informed them the same and they provided me a ticket number# 2536. Little did I realise then what trouble awaited for me!!!!!!!!!!

        It has been several times that I have called the Ezeego1 customer care or sent emails regarding the issue I faced while booking Air Deccan tickets on www.ezeego1.com. But, no one has even remotely helped me out in resolving this issue. I even cited the urgency of this issue but I am very sorry to see such incompetent and insensitive attitude of Ezeego1 towards their customers. Getting frustrated with their idiocy and insensible behaviour, I wrote them a final mail asking for the update on the ticket number. But, as expected, these insensitive fools did not even bother to reply back. At last, I booked a fresh ticket from www.airdeccan.net and cancelled this ticket booked through www.ezeego1.com. Due to all this unprofessional attitude from Ezeego1, I lost my money.

        After my frightful and terrible experience with Ezeego1, it is needless to say that I will strongly discourage my friends, colleagues and relatives from using Ezeego1. It's really pathetic to see a service provider which claims to one of the best lacking total professional attitude.

        I had another experience. In November there was Buy one get one ticket offer in Air deccan. I bought 2 tickets and the T & C was i have to book the free tickets before 31st dec.

        When i tried to book th e tickets on 30th Dec, i was told the quota is over. Though i have complained to the customer service of ezeego, the respose was very bad
        With respect to Mr. Gourav Aich booking failure the issue has been resolved and the refund has been processed to the card holder's account.

          I made a booking of air tickets on Ezeego.com on 13th september 2007 but got it cancelled on 28th october 2007. But it's almost three months and they have refund me the money despite talking to their customer care centre many a times. After that I booked ticket on 29th december 2007 for whcih PNR number was not generated and after talking to their customer care centre I placed a cancellation request for same. I tried the same booking on 31december 2007 through the customer care centre on telephone. But same problem recurred. The customer care executive told me that I should not worry and this transaction will be automatically cancelled and money refunded to my card. After that I have been checking the status with them every two three days and they are just giving a assurance that it will be done and someone will contact me in next 72 hours. Again I called up them on 20th january 2008 and now they say that I should have placed the cancellation request for booking on 31st december 2007 too. For refunds again they are saying that in 72 hours they will call me. It seems that these people recruit people with no knowledge about the system of the company. Secondly these companies are taking the customer for a ride by keeping their money with them

          I have never used ezeego but after reading all the complaints and their attitude towards their customers I feel that this company should be legally hauled up and should be allowed to operate any more. The harried customers should approach their respective consumer prtection courts and file a formal complaint. Under the Consumer Protection Act Ezzego will have to not only refund the monies but will have to shell out hefty fine for mental trauma caused to the customers. It is a shame that such companies are existing and going trapping more unsuspecting customers. IS COMPANY KO BAND KARO BHAI.

            I had booked a ticket using Ezeego1.com on 06/11/07. The details are as follows:

            Invoice No: I[protected]
            Booking Reference No: EZR[protected]/A
            Ticket PNR No: S2-JEVNY
            From Guwahati To Bangalore
            Date of travel: 19/12/07
            Price: 7525

            This was done as part of the Ezeego1 50% cash back offer for ICICI platinum card holders. As part of the offer, I got back Rs.2025/- on 17/11/07.
            Due to unforeseen circumstances, I canceled my ticket on 13/11/07. But till now (nearly 2 months now) after repeated mails and calls, I have still not got my refund.

            Please help me to get my money back.

              I booked airline tickets for 2 adults and 1 children with ezeego1.com on 9th Nov 2007 for the following trip:
              Bangalore to Jaipur : 20 Jan 2008
              Jaipur to Bangalore: 27 Jan 2008
              I used my ICICI Gold card, but they have not yet given the 25% cash back. I have emailed them and called customer care several times, but no avail. The customer care representative finally ends up telling only that my transaction is under processing and will positively get the cash back in 72 hours. But, even after more than 2 months I am still waiting for their transaction to complete. They blatantly refuse to give me any number for any higher manager or responsible person. Previously I have booked tickets through yatra.com and it has been a nice experience. Ezeego1 are cheaters, they just allure you by mentioning nice schemes and then cheat you once you have booked through them. Its a shame on them.

                Hi All

                Just to bring to everyone's kind knowledge the dubious working and cunning games of this particular flight booking website. In all probability, it looks to be run by a bunch of clumsy people, with an equally disastrous infrastructure.

                In the course of my booking with the website, once the site got hung and the money was debited from my credit card. On the other occassion, the site completed my booking, albeit with no itinerary, and the money again got debited from my credit card.

                I have been after these people since then and have undergone a sort of mental trauma because of feeling helpless and cheated at the hands of crooks. The people sitting at the call center, obviously are not capable of escalating any issue like this and the wait time and their replies further adds insult to the injury.

                In another instance, when I tried to redeem the free tickets received under the Deccan 1 ticket pe 2 ticket offer through ezeego1, all the seats in all the sectors are conveniently shown to be booked. So, in essence, there's no use of that offer and it's, once again a ploy to trick consumers into booking useless deccan tickets. I should have actually not fallen for these offers, but at least I have learnt my lesson.

                Is there any way to appeal for the cancellation of these guy's registration??

                I am also facing the same problem. I tried to book a ticket on 31 Dec 2007.
                Following up with Ezeego1.com for more than 2.5 months. The WORST customere care center. The lines are too noisy. Call center guys do not have any knowledge. When you ask to speak to the supervisor, you gent an answer that supervior is busy or not available and the supervisor will give a call back withn 2/3 hours. But you never gat a call back.

                NEVER EVER BOOK A TICKET THRU EZEEGO1.COM
                Ezeego1 is particularly slow in refund. I did a cancellation on 16Oct 08. Still have not received refund. I've called up ezeego1 so many times, all in vain. Booking reference : EZR[protected] A . Last complain number : 1212489 : 1-Dec'08 Please help. Subhajit. [protected].
                Pls don't hesitate to call me if you have an escalation contact in Ezeego1.

                  I used their telebooking service to book the free Air Decaan tickets offered to me as part of their promotional programe. I tried booking through their website initially but failed as it was going timedout and resulting in deactivation of the Promo Codes.
                  FInally I called their Customer Care for telebooking and repeated the Sector and Dates of travel; but to my badluck their CC Executive booked the ticket for Mumbai-Delhi Sector instead of Bangalore-Delhi Sector. During the same call, immediately after the booking , I updated the CC executive that she has done the wrong booking; she also realized that and told me that she has forwarded the case to concerned department.

                  I had called their Customer Care 5-6 times a day and was repeating the same story again n again. but was getting the same answer that the concerned deptt will get back to me. After 7 days of chasing up, I was able to get a response from that so called 'Concerned Deptt'. But again to my bad luck, after narrating the same story (issuance of wrong tickets) again, I was told that they will call me after sometime. Yet after 4-5 days of chasing, they responded back in the form of email.

                  Now to my surprise this is the response I got
                  "Firstly accept our apologies for inconvenience caused to you.
                  We request you t that you can have a word with the airline if they needful to you, its well and good ,otherwise the procedure is the sectors cannot be change that you have to cancel the same unwanted ticket.
                  Should you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us on our Toll Free No..."

                  I have a strong feeling of being cheated:
                  - They are asking me to cancel and book the new tickets on my own? That too when its all their mistake in booking.
                  - Who will bear the charges for this cancellation and new tickets booking?
                  - No proper response, I had to chase like anything calling them 10 times a day.

                  I request everyone please dont use services of this fraud company. They are so unliable.

                    on 9 dec 07 i had booked a ticket from delhi to leh from ezeego1.com on my credit card.there was a transaction failure at their end and they assured that the money which had got debited from my credit card would be refunded back within 7 working days.till now nothin has happened and repeated calls to their call centre result in false promises of refund in next 24 hrs.this has been happening continuously.

                    On their request i have even given auth id of icici bank on which my acct had got debited.

                    I STRONGLY WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS SITE WHEREIN THEY MAKE FOOLS OUT OF INNOCENT CUSTMOERS AND STEAL THEIR MONEY .

                    Ezeego1 — Transaction Failure

                    Hi,

                    I was booking my ticket through ezeego1 and they have debited 17830/- twice from my card (total of 35660) and they had promised to get the refund done in 72 (priyanka from the Customer care had confirmed), This was not done.
                    Because of this my card limits has been exceed and i was unable to book my tickets and has caused a lot of inconvience.
                    I would requst you to take this up seriously and an action taken of them.
                    Why should i suffer a loss because of the fault of ezeego1.

                      I had send this below complaint by email to ezeego and would have sent several reminders till now. I did not receive any response till date. Calling the customer care is a nightmare. It is an STD call in the first place and it takes about 15 minutes after the call is through to speak to the officer. And again the person puts you on hold very often. And finally they say please send an email and slam the phone down without listening to you. For emails they dont respond. Pathetic service and a high level fraud company I have ever faced in my life. I had booked a ticket through ezeego from Chennai to Hyderabad . The details are as follows

                      The ticket was booked for 2 adults and one infant. But when approached the Indigo check in desk I was told that the money for infant ticket was not credited and I paid the fare again. Kindly request you to refund Rs.500/- which I had paid towards the infant ticket.

                      Whoever is reading this mesasge pelase go to makemytrip.com and book your tickets, the best service and they really take care of their custoners

                      Yes I agree with this. This is the biggest cheating company I have seen. They just dont bother to take care of their customers. They are only money minded and they want to to loot people. They do not even reply to emails and answers to phone calls are simply stupid
                      This company seems to be making money by fooling people. Look at the no of complaints in this site. I think they just want to make money as early as possible and run away. ICICI must be ashamed to be associated with this company. I do not know if any ezeego official is readind these complaints or not. He must be proud that his objective of cheating people is working out well.
                      Hello Everyone, I heard from my close friend too about the bad experience he had with this ezeego1. Never ever book tickets thru this site. Dinesh is correct. please book tickets through makemytrip.com. They are excellent. ezeego is not even 1% of makemytrip.
                      Somebody pls stop this nonsense activity done by this company. I am sure that the MD/CEO of this company must be very happy that his company is appearing many times in this site. CHEAT!!!!
                      A third degree fraud company. Govt officials should take strict action against this company. This site alone has 150 compaints. There are also multiple complaints in the name of ezeego1. I read complaints in other sites also. Many would not have complained. So over all there are thousands of people who are affected and this company is still shamelessly advertising. HAS JUSTICE DIED IN THIS COUNTRY>

                      sir 040108 i booked 6 tickets but there is no icici bank offer then no valid date for promotion code.i forgot my password can u help me.my no [protected].

                        Booked tickets through www.ezeego1.com, PNR was generated and sent, but one day before departure when i went to collect paper ticket, i get to know the ticket is cancelled and i should check with ezeego for the reason of cancellation and the refund.

                        Checked with their customer care - Got no reason for cancellation and an answer that fill the form for cancellation of ticket then you'll get the refund which is amount 25,000INR (for international flight). after21 days.

                        It's a fraud company- please guide me how to file a case against them and get my money back.

                        I had booked ticket using ezeego1 on 22.11.2007 from cochin to mumbai of indigo airlines. At that time i supposed to get 1699 as my cash back by using ICICI Platinum card. Yet know am struggling for that amount, their top management are not ready to had a talk on this, and their lower levels are not working properly. Am frustrated and planning to move into court.

                        DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE REASONS I COULD TRAVEL ON 21 DEC 2007 WITH THIS TICKET AND TRIED TO CANCEL THE SAME THOUGH KINGFISHER AIRLINES, BUT THEY SAID THAT AS I HAVE CROSSED THE 4 HOURS DEADLINE, THEY CAN'T CANCEL IT. THEY SUGGESTED TO BE A 'NO SHOW' AND ATLEAST THE TAXES WILL BE REFUNDED IN THAT CASE. I CONFIRMED THE SAME WITH EZEEGO1 CUSTOMER CARE GUY (VAIBHAV) WHO TOLD ME YES THE TAXES WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME IN 21 DAYS. I PLACED A CANCELLATION REQUEST ON THE SAME DAY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING THESE GUYS REGULARLY AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT REFUND WILL BE DONE IN NEXT 72 HOURS. BUT NO USE. LAST SOMEBODY NAMED JAGDISH SAID IT WILL BE DONE WITHING 7 DAYS BUT AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED.

                        CAN SOMEBODY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO AS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPING.

                          Despite my repeated reminders since October 2007, the cashback has not yet been paid to me.

                          I had purchased an Indian Airlines return air-ticket for Delhi-Chennai-Delhi sector on 28th September,2007 thru M/s EzeeGo.com for an amount of Rs. 31,410.00 paid thru my SBI Gold card.

                          At the time of booking I had confirmed from the booking executive that the purchase would be eligible for 25% cashback under the ongoing scheme of Ezeego-Indian Airlines-SBI Card. I was told that an amount of Rs. 7145.00 would be credited to my account within a period of seven days.

                          Now almost a month has passed since I booked the ticket and undertook the journey, but the cashback has not been credited till date to my account. I have complained several times thru the SBI Card helpline about the same and they have registered the complaint but without any result.

                          I do not see any reason for the delay. In the meantime, I have received the bill from SBI Card for the entire transaction amount of Rs. 31,410.00 which I have paid.

                            i have booked ticket 9w 324 for 6 nov 2007 thro my ICICI card and as per T & C i supposed to get cash back of 50% on my basic fare , as and when i call to call center they undersan the issue and infrom me about that cash back will be given in 3 working days, atlest i get in touch with more then 10 time, there is no mackinsam for trakimg the complain, also mail send are unanswered .

                              This is Rajat Gupta, I have booked a air ticked from http://www.ezeego1.co.in on 16th Dec 2007 from Pune to Delhi for 24th Feb 2007 with the Air Deccan flight DN 628 and after completing payment etc. I got messages “Your booking has failed. Please call our call centre on toll free [protected] or [protected] or GSM [protected]”

                              After that, I spoke many times to their customer care representatives some name I am still remembering like Abhinav Kamle, Himangi, Yogesh & Hilda all of them told me that concern department will touch base with me in 24 or 48 hours but till now nothing happened. They charged my credit card with the following details:

                              Air Booking Reference No : EZR[protected]/A
                              The payment Reference No : [protected]

                              Till now nothing happened and I am only waiting for get this resolve.

                              Please let me know what should I do in this case.

                                I had recently used ezeego for the first time after seeing the 25% - 50 % Cashback offers with ICICI Platinum and ICICI Gold Credit Cards. I had booked a ticket on 10th October 2007 using the ICICI Platinum Credit Card by which I am supposed to get 50 % Cashback. Due to personal reasons I had to cancel the ticket sometime later.

                                I have called in several times and got such pathetic replies. Sometimes on further questioning THEY USED TO HANGUP!!!!

                                - I havent received the Refund for the cancelled ticket till now.
                                - Also I havent received any Cashback on the same.

                                Even if the contact center picks up the calls, all the folks provide the same reply, to wait for a few minutes and then they would say "I am logging in a complaint to the Finance Deptt. and I promise that I will get back to you!!", but it never happens and you have to describe the whole history to each analyst when u call them up. EVEN THAT WAS NOT THE END!!! NOW THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY DETAILS ABOUT MY TICKET WITH THEM THOUGH I PROVIDE THEM ALL THE TRANSACTION IDs Et Al !!!!!

                                Now I dont know what to do......we should be banning this site once and for all !!! That should be the only answer to these cheats !!! Or we should ask the Consumer Court/Government officials to have a serious look at this !!!

                                  I want the difference of fare that i had to unnecessarily bear and make myself sit in an uncomfortable middle seat of the flight. That your organisation is using unfair means is evidenced by the facts that i have made several telephone calls and i have received no reply. Upon asking for your registered office address, i am told that the lady does not have permission for its disclosure. How irrational. Perhaps, you deserve the mass media attention !!

                                  Give me my money back or else i will be compelled to take recourse to all available legal meand entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences, take good note of.

                                  Hi,
                                  I bought air ticket from ezeego1 scheduled on 12th November, 2007 with Jetlite. But when I reached the airport Jetlite confirmed that the ticket is fake and there is no booking for the issued PNR number. I tried calling their call centers but all in vain. No one answer the call except the answering machine. After two weeks I got a mail from ezeego1 that as my flight was cancelled they are refunding the whole amount. But the flight was never cancelled. It did take off. They have cheated me. I had spent approx Rs.15000 extra just because of this and lost two working days.
                                  I request you all not to use their services Otherwise you will repent later.

                                    I have booked two tickets thru Ezeego under so called "Ticket pe Ticket" Offer. While booking, the site was displaying the offer for promotional code also. To my surprice, after booking the ticket, the promotional code was not generated. I have written a complaint to their email ID, there was no response from them.

                                    I have been calling their customer care for last thirteen days, but it all went vain. First they hardly lift the telephone. Even they lift the phone they all gave same answer of "You will get the code within 24hrs" every time. But nothing happended sofar. It is very apalling to see the fraudulent companies like this who are cleverly fooling the public. I have talked to them atleast 10 times and no offers any kind of help. When we ask for any contact details Ezeego officials so that we can take up this issue, they simply cut off the phone.

                                    I feel I have been cheated and request the public to take a note and don't waste your hard earned money to cheaters like this.

                                      I had booked Ticket for myself to Pune via Air Deccan and the same was processed, however PNR number was not generated. After several follow-ups, just one day before my travel (the travel was important business trip) got a call from customer care about my tickets not being booked because of some technical glitch at their end. The customer care executive was very rude and unreasonable suggesting that I now buy a new ticket at triple the price (although he said that at the most they can refund my original amount, however I don know how many follow ups I probably would have to do in order to get it after reading so many other similar complaints). When I kept questioning about the solution, the guy just banged the phone down and an email was received stating cancellation of ticket and now I am stuck for no fault of mine. The company and the executive should bear the brunt of their fault and not me. I have now with no other solution bought the tickets at a higher amount but the price for this should be borne by ezeego1 not to forget the mental trauma that me and my family are facing.

                                        Ezeego1 is fraud company.
                                        I had booked a ticket Ezeego1.com, Here is my details:

                                        From : 12 Nov 2007 Dept 10:50 Indira Gandhi Airport Delhi
                                        To : 12 Nov 2007 Dept 12:55 Hyderabad Airport (HYD), Hyderabad
                                        Total Amount : 3159.00 Rs

                                        When I reached Delhi airport then Jet lite executive not allowed me to check in with given ticket. They told me this is not valid ticket, there is no such class mention in ticket and when I again request them to check on you system then they find this ticket has been cancelled. My hole day waste for finding due to this negligence.


                                        I tried to contact ezeego customer care, but no response, I called many times after that and send mail, but no result, I always hear same message ‘all our customer care executives are busy on other calls’.

                                        I send mail to all their mail alias, but no reply.

                                        Then on 20th Nov I cancelled my ticket from ezeogo website, so that I can get refund. But online dispatch status always showing ‘InProcess’.

                                        This is the worst experience and completely ridiculous way to handle customers and is fraud being conducted by this company.

                                        Yes, After registered my complains in this website and with ICICI i got full refund.
                                        though my experience was very bad,they cannot return my that day but still I am happy that i got full return(Ticket Amount),
                                        Why does this Company act only when a complaint is posted on this website? Do they not realise the serious damage done to their reputation thru such complaints that are read by so many when they research if they want to do business with a Company?
