cancelling order for your inefficiency & non performance, doesn't mean that my complaint is resolved. Therefore, don't Dare to again mark my complaint as resolved. Write it that we @ FABFURNISH are incapable / cheaters / & big time frauds.
Dear Consumer Complaint Team,
You simply ask them one question, suddenly they have realized, that because of some technical error it happened. If the same thing happened with the consumer wherein the consumer realizes after some time that he / she did it by mistake or he / she can get the same deal or cheaper at local market or through any other site, then what is there return policy ?
Let me brief you there return policy, they first don't take order for COD / Part Payment - they only take orders on prepaid basis. if some thing went wrong from customer side, they don't refund or return a single penny once the order is placed in case of furniture.
And if the fraud done by then, then they simply cancel the order that without customer confirmation, and initiate the refund. When the policy is for customer, it should be for them also. Why the policy is one sided only & why the company is always have an edge ?
Customer is the looser in both the scenarios. What kind of buyer seller agreement is this ? If the customer is penalized by not getting the refund on cancellation, once the order is placed, then why not the company ?
Company should also be penalized, for non performance / for fraud / for cheating, they are doing it with customers, you will also find N number of complaints against them on google, this clearly reflects that it is there perpetual problem.
They have debited my account, hold the money in their for number of days, then they didn't perform their action i.e. non performance & then they cancelled my order that too with out my confirmation.
And still they have not updated the number of pieces they are giving on this product, which they are saying that it was because of some technical error. I can still share the images of the same.
What I would like to request you & wanted to take some action which should be in the interest of the consumer also, that's why I have approached this forum.
Otherwise these kind of cheaters, will continue to do like this. As I said in my above mail also, that they have still not updated their products as of now, I can show you the screen shot of their site @ 9:57 PM on 04.07.2016
I would like you to act against them on my behalf, otherwise I have no other option to file a suit against them.
