This is to let everyone know that I placed an order on Fabfurnish.com, 40 days back (order no.[protected] and I received the item in broken condition. From that time, my money (Rs 3599) is stuck, as even after daily follow ups with their customer care team, they haven't released this amount. I regret having bought this item from Fabfurnish. They give discounts only to lure customers and then treat them like this. Think 10...

I placed an online order of Inalsa Juicer at fabfurnish.com. The product has not worked even for one day. The company has a policy of replacing the product within 15days of delivery of product. I received the product on 15th may, 2012 so the deadline of replacing the product is till 30th May (as per the policy) .I filed a complaint to fabfurnish on 18th may, 2012.
