This is to let everyone know that I placed an order on Fabfurnish.com, 40 days back (order no.[protected] and I received the item in broken condition. From that time, my money (Rs 3599) is stuck, as even after daily follow ups with their customer care team, they haven't released this amount. I regret having bought this item from Fabfurnish. They give discounts only to lure customers and then treat them like this. Think 10 times before you place any order on their site.

almost same experience here - but this time they playing with my Order also (not only money).. Sad

as per them - its cancelled by error, Product not in stock, but that day (within an hour of cancellation) their executive offer me that same Product (Order by Phone Option) for list price with COD charges, ,
Summary - due to discount coupon - they cancel my order.
So I posted my comments in their Facebook page and in another site(mouthshut), , after few days - again I received phone call and emails from this FakeFurnish (maybe after they read my comment) offering same products and this time WITH DISCOUNT COUPON, ,
so I done my 2nd mistake by placing another Order

Even still I am waiting for my 2nd Order which i placed on 12th July :(
Worst service!!! Useless Customer care!!!
I received ‘SAFED JHUT’ from their SO CALLED “Customer Care” via email (27th July)
as per them – My Order cancelled again as requested by me!!!
“Following item listed below from your order have been canceled as requested by you”

their team now very busy :) but not for replying or helping!!
Fabfurnish using their employees/paid promotional guys now praising their product on Internet, all reviews are similar, they are using it for two months, (product is awesome, service is awesome, rating is 5 stars at random!!)


From my past two month's harassment and bad experience - i can say - fabfurnish.com is the WORST online portal. I never expected such Bad Customer care and "JHOOT" from this type of portal who advertising that they want to improve our living by their service, , , Heeek - its become my nightmare now, ,


My 1st Order Date 27/06/12 20:24 Order No[protected], ,
Received email on July 3rd ""your order[protected] is out of stock and hence we have to cancel this item from your order""
- its cancelled because "Product not in stock", but that very same day (within an hour of cancellation) their executive offer me that same Product (Order by Phone Option) for list price plus COD charges, ,

next day (10AM) - I received phone call (and email also) from this FabFurnish (maybe after they read my comment) offering same products and this time WITH DISCOUNT COUPON (Their executive request me and even she assure me about keeping I pc of that item for me if I place my order that day)
so I done my 2nd mistake by placing 2nd Order on 4th July (Paid for the same items 2nd time) Order No.[protected], , and 3rd Order on 12 July.
But received email on 27th July - your order have been canceled as requested by you
till now - received only one water bottle from 2nd order.

Review submitted:

First of all about the business ethics of fab furnish. They will send you the furniture in dismantled state and when you call up their customer care they will tell you that you will be charged a extra 300 bucks to get the product assembled. Now you wonder wait I never saw it on the site while purchasing the product, and hence you ask the question and the answer you get is "Sir this is company policy and we have mentioned the same under FAQs". The information which you should be showing in bold on product description page is safely hidden on the FAQs page. FabFurnish and their fabulous ways.

Now coming to the product quality. I will tell that their product would be so useful for people who hide black money in their homes because their table has so many potential gaps that when you see a good quality table you won't see those gaps in such strategic places. The raw material they use is also of very poor quality and the prices they are charging are exorbitantly high considering the quality they are delivering. I would never suggest anyone to buy furniture from fab furnish. Considering that this is a Rocket group incubated company I never expected such bad business ethics from them and the only reason I went for them in the first place was their association with the group. Bad name for the group too.
I ordered spice rack worth 830.When I opened one jar was broken as it was not packed safely n with few thermacol sheets.I have complained to customer service .Finger crossed as have seen bad reviews above.
Hi...I have placed an order of bedsheet and made the necessary payment by Cod nd wht i found tht it was
Single bed size sheet where as i ordered double bed size sheet and moreover double bed size bedsheet was
DIsplayed in d pic...wht a website ...poor service ...think before u order
I guess u shud nt...I want my money back or get it replaced by double bed size sheet
Same here received defective and broken wall clocks...not once but thrice...the wall clock was of real poor quality and felt as if it was made by a piece of cardboard and not aluminium as suggested on the website...the hands of the clock were also bent ...very very poor quality!!!

my experience with Fab Furnish is good. I have ordered a book rack from the site...it was delivered on the scheduled date and is of a good quality. happy with the service.

    Order no.[protected]. I had ordered 4 planter sets which i received 3 days back.

    However, they are not of the specified length and height that were mentioned on the site. Infact they are not even half the size specified. What kind of nonsense is this????

    I am an avid online shopper and this is the first time that i have been deceived by an online site.

    I would like to the goods taken back and my money refunded immediately. I have your bill and invoice .

    What is worse is that no-one has even called me despite my complaint on ur toll free no.2 days back.
    The whole purpose of online shopping is to save time and that's exactly what i am wasting following up for these stupid planters. Please take them BACK and refund my money IMMEDIATELY.

    I would like a senior responsible person to call me and provide closure to the issue as i am really short of time and highly irritated with the whole affair. Ur call centre said that within 48 hours i would receive a call. I am still waiting....

      I placed an online order of Inalsa Juicer at fabfurnish.com. The product has not worked even for one day. The company has a policy of replacing the product within 15days of delivery of product. I received the product on 15th may, 2012 so the deadline of replacing the product is till 30th May (as per the policy) .I filed a complaint to fabfurnish on 18th may, 2012. Its been 4 days i am calling them daily and they just ask me to wait saying they will revert back. no one has reverted back since 4days. Kindly help me.
